      Really couldnt ask for better service. The technician was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. He got my cooling system working properly in short order.

      **** ****************** Plumbing, Electrical replaced the wax ring at the base of our toilet on 5_21_2024, a job that should have cost around $150, but they charged us $573.42. A copy of our bill was not given to us at the time of service. My husband did agree to the price before service but did not know that the price was 4 times the price that should have been charged. When we called the company to suggest that the price was a mistake they said we agreed to the price before service so they would not change the price. This appears to be a regular problem with this company (charging excessive prices for services). This company is not providing service in good faith to their customers.

      I had **** come out to look at my heat pump because it wasnt working. The charged $200 to come out the. Recommended a leak test . After paying another $360 for the leak test they told me there were multiple leaks on both the indoor and outdoor unit and the whole system needed to be replaced. They quoted me $12,000. I have a friend that does this kind of work too so he came and looked at it. He found 1 big leak in the outdoor unit that took 10 minutes to fix and the system works great. I called **** to discuss this and asked for a refund for the leak detection fee. I didnt want a refund for the service fee. A manager called me back and told me, sorry you signed a contract and we did a leak detection. Be ware of **** being incapable of their job and trying to sell unnecessary repairs

      I am very pleased with the plumbing work done at my home. I took three day and was very thorough. I was listen to and everything was explained to me. .Very good customer service. *********************** was efficient and professional. This was a good experience for me and I think my home is much more protected because of the work done. Thank you so much.

      I had the company send someone out on 2/13/24 to replace a food waste disposal system that had reached its end of life. **** would not provide any kind of a potential price range over the phone, but we currently have a service contract with them for our HVAC system and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. In person I was quoted over $900 to perform the service. The technician either could not, or would not, give me a break down of the cost of the part or labor. I then showed them that the needed part costs $118 at ********** with a charge of $185 for installation services. I don't understand how **** could possibly justify charging 3 times the going market rate for this part and service. What's even more unethical is the fact that after quoting this ridiculous price, they expected to receive a service fee of $114 just for showing up to provide this outrageous quote. I refused to give them a dime due to these questionable business practices and the technician had to call their supervisor to have the fee waved. I understand that a service charge is normal, however when it's paired with an extreme over markup for the proposed part/service, they are creating a situation in which a person will recognize the inflated price and feel forced to fork over $114 just to send them out the door. Needless to say, I no longer trust in ****** ability to provide products and services at fair market value. Fortunately I was able to advocate for myself and I am only out my time in this case, however I now question how much they may have overcharged me for ********** and services over the last several years.

      This is my review for ************* ! 12/22/23. I highly recommend this company my service technician which was *************************** was Top notch and very honest and professional he fixed my heat pump found 2 leaks explained all my concerns thank you for the great service! I give this company 5 stars.
