      Over two weeks ago, I alerted the company that my card was lost. A customer service representative informed me that the card would be deactivated and that a new card would arrive within 714 business days. I confirmed my address, and the call *********, almost three weeks later, I still havent received the card. I called again on Saturday, 6/14/25, and the representative asked for my address once more. He stated that the address I provided was not where the card had been sent, but he couldnt tell me what address it was sent to.After reviewing my statement, I discovered that my address had been changednot by me. Another representative then confirmed that the card had been sent to a P.O. Box in another state.The more I think about it, the more I believe someone within the company may be engaging in fraudulent activity. Isnt it standard practice that credit cards are not sent to P.O. Boxes? And if I confirmed my address during the initial call, how did it end up changed to a P.O. Box in a different state?

      If I could give negative stars I would. Im writing to address a concerning situation regarding my recently approved card. I attempted to use the card as indicated, but I was accused of suspicious activity. I had submitted my ID that I had already submitted by the way just to open my account. Initially I had to send my ID SOCIAL AAAAANNND my bank account statement (which make sure you black out all account numbers no matter what document you submit) they said my document was ineligible. Mind you I spent money to submit these documents. So then I submit another document. The account opened and I changed the address to my PO Box. They put a block for suspicious activity. Which now I submitted the SAME ID front and back they have on file from opening the account. I had been inquiring with different credit card companies to see which ones I would use for my business and INDIGO is one I WOULD NOT SUGGEST!!! **************** is horrible and they do not like to escalate situations when you ask to speak to supervisors. The supervisor gave me false information. She told me once I sent in the documents it would be seen in 1-3 hours and the block would be lifted and it was not and when I called back they said it would now be in two weeks. It was embarrassing to be at the store and go through this process. I would never suggest to use this company. Its a hit to your credit for no reason with a $250 fee. SEEMS EXTREMELY SCAMMY to get your information.

      Predatory lending to the highest degree. . I recently had a milestone card. if I would’ve known that the destiny card was owned by conqueror Credit I never would have gotten it. I simply got this to raise my credit and you guys make it next to impossible to do that. And you’re super shady for not taking payments for two weeks. I have to go to Walmart to pay this bill so that you get the money immediately and it’s debited out of my account. I do not recommend this card for anybody building credit or trying to repair. Terrible customer service also.

      I give this company a zero stars. I was approved for $1500. I use the card one time it was told that there was fraudulent activity on my account. Which I told them it was myself that. Use the car to purchase an item of course that wasnt good enough and they wanted me to send my ID by fax. I sent it by fax and now they claim that they did not receive it. I then ended up sending it through their website and still they claim they did not receive it. They have closed my account. I paid my account off which was $154, this is the worst company ever do not trust them. I believe they are a fraudulent company that just wants to get all of your personal information and sell it on the dark web. They now have a copy of my ID which Im scared of what they could do with a copy of my ID.

      Immoral credit card company instead of paying $400 in closing my account I insisted on wanting to keep the account open and offered to pay just under $700 I believe $680 to be exact and 24 hours after I paid the $680 they closed my account based on company policies of being able to close your account for any reason that they decide, very immoral company after paying them $280 more than what they were offering me and negotiating with not just an employee but a manager as well they still did not keep their word, avoid these credit sharks they will take advantage of you.

      I have documented in excess of 600 spam emails from this company offering a "milestone" credit card. Dozens of attempts to opt out have failed. They use dozens of different email addresses so you can't even block them.What they are doing is absolutely against the law. Their website of course has no email contact or street address. They do not answer the phone. These guys are scammers.

Please advise on how to rectify this issue as soon as possible.

      I applied at ****** furniture for financing through CONCORA CREDIT and got an approval for 12 months interest free if pa8d in full. Then CONCORA CREDIT changed that to 6 months even though theres a print out saying 12 months on it *** CONCORA refuses to honor it.
