      I applied at ****** furniture for financing through CONCORA CREDIT and got an approval for 12 months interest free if pa8d in full. Then CONCORA CREDIT changed that to 6 months even though theres a print out saying 12 months on it *** CONCORA refuses to honor it.

      This is a sorry business Closed account after bill was due on April 12th paid in full on April 13 th late fee is ongoing with no call from company I to was a business owner and this is a sorry way to treat people

      I opened an account with this company, and on the credit application site, it tells you. You can use your card after you approve it without having it in hand. I tried that, and they claim subspinous activity, and it was me trying to use the approved card. Fraud - Fraud - Fraud. Your site should not offer something and not comply. After speaking with a so-called Supervisor, they stood by you need to submit your driver's license. I did that, and now I can't confirm that they received it. This is some BULL S***

      This company is the worst, I applied for an Indigo Credit Card their requirements to apply for a credit card is outrageous. They require personal documents from the person applying for credit that **************** or Discover don't even require. They want you to fax or mail a copy of your driver's license, your Social Security card, and utility bill. I applied for credit with them, spent $25 faxing everything to them from a ***** store, only for them to tell me everything I faxed was ineligible and to mail the document. I mailed the documents; they received them. I sent a copy of a cable bill and an E-Pass toll statement with my address; they stated it was not good enough, they need a utility bill. My utility company doesn't provide a statement because I deposit money into the account for the energy I use; there is no bill or statement. Don't do it; the customer service people you're dealing with are incompetent. Your calls are rerouted to another country, and their standard approval for credit is far beyond outrageous. Not to mention their first-time opening account fee, then monthly fees, and outrageous APR rates. Don't do it; you will regret it. I withdrew my application.

      I paid off my balance...in FULL. The money was pulled from my bank account as well as posted as paid to my credit card ...I was taking a trip with my kids...only to be told that I would have to wait almost 2 weeks to receive available credit...WHAT!!!!!!! They gave me the explanation of "The System" but if the funds were withdrawn, showed posted on my credit...shouldn't I have available credit...? Needless to say I closed my account. My advice, stay away from this company, they will pile on fees and take your money....Seriously...stay away!!!!!! People work hard to pay bills, only to be told, you have to wait weeks to use your card, that you work so hard to pay!!!!! It is a money grab, and its ridiculous.

      I was with Milestone at first, things was ok i seen that my payments was made and my balance was going down. When they switched to Concora, the fee's, over draft protection, $7.99 i denied to have. And ***** card holder fee. Didn't have before Concora taken over I declined them also. I told Milestone to freeze my account. After being frozen, i was paying the minimum payment of $40.00 still, the fees was coming out. And my balance has been ****** for the last year. After making minimum payment. And I have not used my card since 6/24. And they still charging me now account over ****** on an frozen account.

      This company sent me an email saying I was already pre approved for $750 credit line and no impact would be made to my credit score..well both were lies..Don't contact me again

      NOT HAPPY! I have this card through purchasing furniture with Raymour and ********. I was given a credit from Raymour and ******** for problems with the furniture. Concora NEVER applied the credit which was 1 month ago and yesterday they added a charge for the credit i was supposed to receive because Raymour and ******** accidentally sent another credit to Concora but I NEVER RECEIVED BOTH CREDITS! They had no problem charging me but not the credits. I have called Raymour and ******** multiple times about this and on their end Concora took their money but never gave it to me so now I am waiting for Raymour and ******** to get back to me about this. After reading all the complaints I wish I never opened the account with them.

      Sent in an application for a credit card they sent me a email back saying I was declined. Turns out 2 months later they actually opened a card in my name with a made up address and started billing me monthly fees for an account I can prove that I never had. ******** company please Never do business with them.

      One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had a new cc sent because the first one I never received and I moved I explained to the customer service . No problem he said they sent me a new cc only to find out when I went to use it they had locked it and said it was because they expected fraudulent activity. Even tho I told them I moved and they sent the card to my new address let me activate it and locked it I never received a phone call letter anything. I never once missed a payment nor did they block my other card that I had with them when I called explained and I was told that there was nothing they can do to unlock it and no one that I could talk to had the ability either all I heard was sorry but no solution . Then had the nerve to tell me they expected me to still pay my bill or membership fee! I spoke with two supervisors and one manager neither could help they want me to go out of my way to fax or mail a document even though I explained to them it was me. They admitted to their mistakes on a recorded line. Funny thing is they tell you theyre recording you but when I told them I was recording them one of the supervisors hung up on me! I had to waste an hour of my day when I was right. If they expected fraudulent activity, they did not even put my other account on hold. This place is a complete and utter joke. I would stay as far away from this company as possible they were no helps They expect you to pay for something even when they expect fraudulent activity they have nobody that can help you when you call ***************** The only thing they could say was sorry I have been a Customer of theirs for almost a year now and this is how I was treated . Save your money and youre time. This is exactly what is wrong with America and these companies they take advantage of people with no regards theres no remorse and no action when they are wrong. I strongly urge you to not make the same mistake I did and be a customer of their.
