      Feels Deceptive I got my first order on May 30. Then, out of nowhere, on June 17, I received an email saying that my next order had already been confirmed, and I couldnt cancel it, even though it hasn't even been shipped yet!What really bothers me is how misleading the whole setup feels. They say youll have time to try the product and cancel if its not right for you. But instead, they charged me for the second shipment before I even had a chance to decide if I wanted to continue. Thats not giving customers time to evaluate. That's taking advantage of them.This doesnt feel honest or fair. I just want to make sure others dont get caught in the same situation. If you're thinking about signing up, be careful.

      Do not order. Refused to cancel "subscription" I never signed up for. Three letter I sent to cancel were not responded to. Tried to leave zero stars

      Wow, too bad I didn't think to check BBB before placing an order for Nutrops by Gruns. . . because yes, my experience tracks with some of these others. Overpriced & undercaring. The brain food gummies themselves taste fine, but I haven't noticed them doing anything out of the ordinary for me. This is one of those companies that asks you to subscribe in order to save money, but they don't send you a reminder before the next order is placed-- so you're going to have to add it to the list of reminders in your calendar if you don't want to be surprised. I did not even realize that I had signed up for ****************** usually pretty good about putting those things in my calendar, because unfortunately, I've been surprised a few too many times. The result is that I tend to not do business with companies who have subscription orders & don't send out reminders. Rather than building resentment in me, those companies w/reminders keep me because I am afforded the chance to decide whether or not it's a good time for me to make a purchase, without having to add them to my list of things not to forget. Reaching out to customer service has availed nothing and I have spent way too much on another bag of these. They are NOT worth $80! I can get the same for less than $20 in a drink form.

      One star because cant choose none. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried several times to cancel subscription. Their reply email address comes back undeliverable. This company should be shut down.

      ******************. After cancelling my subscription, they still sent out an order and charged my credit card. Order was refused and returned to them and they still failed to refund my credit card. I had to dispute through my bank for a resolution. Do not buy from this company.

      ******** customer service! They keep shipping me orders when I have cancelled all shipments! They wont agree to refund my money and send me a shipping label. I have 3 shipments that I dont want. They are unopened and I want to return them.

      My first order shipped slowly and was delayed due to bad weather so I continued. The second order charged to my credit card but never shipped. I was charged a ridiculous amount for shipping even though the first order had free shipping and having to pay shipping on subscription orders was never mentioned. My three messages to customer care went unanswered. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I wish I had looked at the BBB Rating before ordering. You really can't get lower than an F rating.

      Very dissatisfied with the terrible customer care. ********************** Auto shipped 2nd order 18 days into my 1st subscription. I Still hadnt figured out if I like the product.The first shipment has a 30 day money guarantee. BUT, the second order, charged at full rate, for which they admit they should send a pre-shipping reminder, (and after reading many reviews, is something they clearly know they should send but dont) is an utterly shady practice. I asked for proof they emailed me a pre-processing reminder, they tell me they are unable to do so???? Shameful So, in *******, where if you buy something and dont open it, dont use it and dont want it, this company FORCES you to keep it. What???
