      Order #********** & Order #********** I have tried to reach this company on eight occasions to stop a shipment/cancel prior to it shipping the product and get a refund due to an allergic reaction. There is no phone number for me to call, and they provided me with store credit that I can and will not use, as I am experiencing hives. There is nothing I can by of value, and want my money refunded.

Since we’re closed on weekends, our team got back to you on Monday afternoon (June 24). You followed up again on June 27, and we responded that same day.

      We’ve now issued full refunds for both of your orders—#1521323931 and #1521209994. Those refunds were processed back to your original payment method and should reflect within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank. We’ve also provided instructions on how to manage your subscription through your account if you’d like to make any changes going forward. We appreciate your patience and hope this resolves things.       My fianc and I have ordered quarterly from this business before and we loved it and had zero issues with everything! We forgot it was on autoship and tried to reach out to push it back as we were out of town, but Gruns never responded and the new quarter was shipped out. We decided to not escalate further because we knew wed get use the vitamins later down the line anyways. We started taking the vitamins last week and realized immediately that they are not the same color, consistency, or taste and they are overall horrible and tried one more pack to make sure and our new theory of a changed product without notice was confirmed. I then reached out to obtain a refund and to send back the product, but no response was received even after multiple emails, so I felt as though I was left with no choice but to reach out via BBB.

      Had an order shipped, despite asking for it to be cancelled was told that my order is uncancelable and that a email before the order is placed is sent 3 days before in order to react, never got said email. The package was returned to sender since I refused delivery, despite reaching out to their email multiple times never received a response. I would like a full refund on my order

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to explain further. As outlined on our website, we typically do not accept return-to-sender packages as we are unable to track or process them once they are returned. We encourage customers to go through our returns portal, to which our team is more than happy to make an exception for if you do not want your order. However, in this case, we made an exception and went ahead with processing a refund for your returned package. While we did not receive visibility or confirmation of the returned item through our normal channels, we wanted to ensure this was resolved for you.

      The refund has been issued and should appear in your account within 510 business days, depending on your payment provider. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.

      I wanted to start a new subscription for my husband and also for my daughter. The website said you could get up to 52% off so I chose the option for (2) people- $***** every 4 weeks. It CLEARLY shows a price for auto ship and there is a choice at a higher price for one time only purchase. It definitely leads one to think it is this price shown for the subscription BUT when you go to check out- in Tiny writing, it states $119.98 will be the recurring subtotal every 4 weeks. WHAT? It just said $*****. I contacted the company 2 times- I was told that it states on the website that this price is a one time offer and you pay the regular price after that. Nowhere on the their site do I see anything to that effect. This is totally False Misleading advertisement. I was offered one discount - 15 dollars off and when I disagreed- they upped the discount to 20% off of THREE ORDERS ONLY. That doesnt come close to the advertised price. This should be reported to the ***! I want the advertised price of ***** every 4 weeks for my husband and my daughter (2 Subscriptions).

      Gruns uses deceptive marketing and discounts to upcharge customers, auto-opt in to renewals and upcharges without consumer consent, and misleading return policies and lies from customer support.I ordered a ***************************** monthly subscription with a discount on Feb 21st. I immediately canceled the subscription to prevent getting charged again. Instead, they updated my order to auto-renew to an even larger subscription (quarterly), without the discount from the initial order. They never asked me if I wanted this, and never displayed the price I would be charged anywhere. I got no email confirmations about the new order, there was a sneaky "order updated" email *right* after my legitimate first email order that said "Upgrade to Quarterly on Next Order 1" and was listed as "Free". No mentioned of price anywhere, and I NEVER even did the upgrade, they did it for me.The first legitimate order was delayed by several weeks. They sent out an email saying the subsequent subscription (which I didnt even think I had) would be delayed accordingly since the first one never even arrived.A few days later I got charged the massive price for the quarterly subscription anyway. I immediately reached out to cancel the order since I didn't place it and never saw an email reminder for ********** told me that they sent me a reminder, and I went back and found an email sent at 12:40AM that said "to your good health", that was all images and no text that ambiguously mentioned an upcoming order. No order confirmation or price or anything, just baked into an image you can even search for or see. I was told not to worry as they will help process a refund once it's delivered but they can't cancel it at this stage. It took over a week to even process/ship, and then once it arrived, they said they cant process a refund because refunds are for first orders only. Their site says "30 day money back guarantee" everywhere, and no mentioned of the limitations except tiny fine print.

      I got an email stating that my order was preparing to ship. I thought I had already canceled the subscription so I immediately contacted the company ask them not to ship and to ask for a refund since they had already charged my card (without shipping). They told me that they would not stop the shipping process, and that once I had the item I could not ask for a refund as it was not my first order. They also suggested I should just give it to a friend. Absolutely horrible customer service

      Would refund money for products sent that gave me severe stomach issues. Advertised refund if not satisfied, tried to email numerous times with no response back.

      This company is terrible with the communication and the tactics to make returns impossible. Signed up for two subscriptions of the sugar free gummies. The order was delayed and was not not received for over 2 weeks. During this time I sent e-mails to get status with zero response. After receiving the gummies, a additional e-mail was sent stating that another order was to be sent. I had not had the product for a week! I sent additional emails to cancel and called. The number went to a empty VM box with no additional information. I sent more e-mails. At this time after multiple attempts the order was sent early and I was charged ****** for the product I did not want. I called and contacted again with no response. Finally a **** contacted me from support and blamed me for not canceling and would offer a discount. I didn't want a discount and just wanted a full refund. This was not going to happen after so many attempts. This is a terrible company that is only in business to take advantage of people with illegal tactics. Do not give them business.

      I had placed an order on 2/5/2025 for daily vitamins for me and my 3 children. We each texted a $30 day supply. My total was $140. I was not aware that this was a subscription based purchase. While I dont mind the gummies, all 3 of my kids tried them and physically cant consume them without gagging or getting sick. I received an email on 3/1 stating that my gummies were being prepared to be shipped. I responded to the email stating that I would like to cancel. I also went to the website via my email confirmation and cancelled the subscription. I then received a text message on 2/3 stating my gummies shipping label had been created and is awaiting carrier pick up. I responded to that email and added another Gruns customer service email I found again asking for cancellation and refund. The automated message received was :Thank you for contacting us! We are experiencing higher volume and longer wait times, but we've received your message and will respond as soon as possible.If you would like help faster, we find that most of our inbound customer inquiries are answered through our FAQs, which include subscription management, order delivery, and product information. ******************************************** I then was notified on 3/4 that the gummies had been shipped and was charged $225.34. I sent another email requesting this be cancelled and my money refunded with yet another automated response. Today 3/6, 4 days after my initial request I received the following email (attached)There was no resolution offered, nothing mentioned about my refund request, and then was asked to share with friends and family. It then gave me directions on how to cancel my subscription, which I did on 3/2. It also states they send a reminder 3 days prior to shipment if you would like to change your order. Clearly that isnt the case because they dont respond to inquiries or emails.

      I developed extreme issues with gas and hair breakage after a couple of weeks taking this product, leading to my need to cancel future purchases. Gruns **************** has no phone number, so everything is done through email and takes days. Several representatives in my email chain misunderstood my order return and I am still owed $137.00 for a cancelled subscription. I returned all of the product that was included in the cancelled subscription, unopened, to the company with the company's permission and with the return label and packing slip they sent me. Apparently the Gruns representative provided an incorrect return label from a previous order for me to return the product from my cancelled subscription. Because of this, Gruns will not provide my full refund based on that label information - even though the label was sent from their company representative. Please see attachments for the email copies from Gruns.Even with my records with tracking information and emails and I still cannot get the balance of my refund. There is some sort of mix up in my account with the return information that ***** from Gruns sent me to use - and without the option of speaking to a representative, relying on emails is not resolving my issue. Gruns credited the wrong order and their representatives are not able to understand what happened and are not refunding the correct amount back to me. I am still owed $137.00.
