    I was charged $84.33 4 days early and $27.98 15 days early before I could cancel the autopay by February 15, 2025. They do not offer a phone number, so I had to use their chat. The person said customer service did not work with their billing division so they could not refund the one year charges even though they billed it early

    All of this occurred between 7:15pm and 8:35 pm on 10/27/24. I went to their website for a domain name. I put the name I was looking for in their search engine. They said it was available so I purchased it. about half an hour later while I was working on line, I googled the domain name and found out the name was not available, another business is using it. I contacted them right away thru chat and was informed that once you pay for it, there is no refund. Had this domain truly been available and not being used by another business, there would be no problem, unfortunately this is not the case. For this reason, I feel the money should be refunded, my account closed and my credit card removed.

    On April 30th, 2024 I logged into DOmain.com, created a profile and signed up for a website domain www.cascadestrategyteam.com. and paid $109.79 for them to host the name. on May 1st, 2024 I decided to create an easier name and created www.cascadepartner.com and paid $46.24 to Domain.com. I incurred another cost of $39.67 on May 14, 2024--all set up for annual auto renewal.1. Over the course of the five weeks, I had difficulty getting the email link set up with them--they promised it would only take 24 hours for the update to happen (it took roughly five days and several chats with customer support to make it happen). 2. Then I noticed the website was not accessible on any search platform ******** Edge, Safari, etc). They instructed that I needed a *** Certificate verifying the safety of the website. So this was purchased. and I was told it would take 24 hours to take effect. After 48 hours the website was still not accessible, so I contacted customer service. I was told engineering was aware of the issue and working on it and to wait for them to address it. I waited 72 hours and it was still not addresses, so I contacted customer service again. This time they said the certification was validated and I checked a ****** search and the webpage was accessible. However, I also checked Edge and Safari, and it was not. I was told to wait 24 hours for it to update. on Monday July 1, 2024 I received two emails verifying that the *** certificate was validated (copy available). I waited 48 hours and found it was still not accessible on these platforms. I contacted customer service. Having had more than five contacts with customer service and waiting for over a month to have the website accessible, I decided to cancel my subscription. I contacted customer service and asked them for a refund as my webpage was never truly hosted by them. I was told they could not provide a refund. I tried to cancel auto-renew and was unable. They said the would, but i would have to wait 24h

    I paid under $10 for the domain, Cleverr.store. I am using this on social media. This payment was made in 2023. This year, Domain.com is billing me for $79.99 for this domain. This makes NO sense.I contacted their customer service chat. They told me that .store renews for a higher price compared to the original registration price. This does not make sense considering that .store domains do not rank as high as (dot)com domain names or (dot)net in search engines.I also own many domain names through Domain.com. I pay yearly renewals and none of them are $79.99. I usually pay between $15-30 for a domain name. Domain.com also did not post any disclosure on the future $79.99 pricing at all, or in plain/obvious site. Otherwise I would not have made this purchase.

    I purchased a 3 year hosting plan from domain.com. They have declined in support and the website has been non functional multiple times on their end so I've decided to switch hosting companies. They are flat out not responding to my request for a refund. One agent lied to me about my plan and the next one refused to respond.

    I used this company starting last year to buy & register a domain name for my small business. As the months went on, I decided to change the name of my business which they would not allow me to do. I asked them to cancel my service more than three times and they have not honored my request. They are continuously harassing me with emails indicating that one such a such a date they are going to automatically withdraw money from my bank account. I advised them in writing that I would be filing a formal complaint if they did not cancel my service yet they continue to send me harassing emails. The next time they scheduled to pull money from my account, based on their email, is June 12 and its for more than one transaction. I would like to have help to stop this company from further harassing me with their emails and ensuring that they canceled all services once and for all as I will never use this company again. You cannot even get through to them on a phone call to reach a live person. They automatically disconnect the call after they refer you to communicate with them via chat. This is totally unprofessional when people are paying their money for the service and may need help at some point. If someone could please assist me with this matter, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. By the way, every email that comes in the address is Different at the bottom of the email as I have tried to look them up with no luck.

    I have been an active and happy user of Domain.com for about 2 years.They are easy to buy domains from, they provide email, and hosting. However, their service levels have suddenly and drastically changed. They no longer offer phone based customer service. The chat service also used to be good but is now only providing me with canned, cut & pasted responses. I cannot contact management, register a complaint or get straight answers. This is really terrible for me as my URLs and hosting is with Domain.com and transferring is very difficult and time consuming. i am not even sure how to do this and feel trapped there. I have been using Domain.com for 2 years and my billing details worked fine. Recently, they deleted my billing details, which lead to my hosting going down, which lead to my websites going down, which lead to lost business. I am not able to speak to anyone by phone and can't get a straight answer. One of my urls that is attached to an email supported by domain.com, it wont email anyone with a gmail email address. Every person I try to contact with a gmail, it bounces back. But Domain.com says it is fine and nothing wrong.Its like they suddenly have completely new management. It took me an hour to get on chat with a manager and the manager disconnected after 1 minute. This is terrible. People need to be warned so they dont but their URLs and end up with all their business being held hostage by this company. I hope you can help.

    I spent over $10,000 w company digned up w live prople. Chat doesnt work Noyhing wotks they shut me down without notice I cannot reach yhrm to tell yhem domeone stole the card. No chat or anyyhing eitkd
