  IF I could give them a 0 star rating I would. If you happen to grow your company and add extra accounts but then get smaller again, they keep billing you for those accounts. Even though on your admin console, it only shows the smaller number of users. We at one point had 13 employees. We let some go and dropped to 9. My ********** console shows 9 users. But I got my annual renewal and it was really high. It doesn't actually show 13 users just a lump sum (which is in and of itself dishonest). So I calculated out the annual fee for each account and discovered they were still going to bill us for the deleted users. So I chatted with them. The only way you can reduce users is to ask them to do it. So if you aren't paying attention, they will just go right on billing you at the higher amount whether you are using them or not. So deceptive. So sneaky. So dishonest. Hundres of dollars a year. And we are only a company of less than 10 people. Be wary. This company does not have integrity.

  Could not give zero stars so stuck with one. This company is fraud central. I had an expired credit card on file and yet they chose to use my updated one (that was NOT associated with that account) to renew a domain. I left the expired one there because I had NO intention of renewing it as I have had issues with this company before. The domain was not set to renew until 10/20 AND they used an expired credit card. THEN you get customer reps who offer no assistance. Dodgy company and avoid at ALL costs.

  I prepaid for a year of my domain name in May 2024 but had to cancel shortly thereafter. Despite my efforts to seek a refund for the remaining unused months, I was informed by customer service that a refund could not be processed because it fell outside their 15-day ********* an annual subscriber, I find this policy to be extremely disappointing. I understand that policies exist for a reason, but it seems unjust to lose eight months of payment without any compensation, especially after having paid upfront for the entire year.Overall, my experience with ********** has been frustrating, and I cannot recommend their services due to this unfair refund policy. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future

  Breach of contract. Company site states and charges for services and then when you try to activate them they say they no longer offer it because they changed servers (there was no email sent out stating this)

  It appears that they are scammers. I got 2 emails on April 5 and 6, 2024 that a domain that I am not using anyway was about to expire if I don't renew it, so I let it expire. Today, on April 22, 2024 I got charged $49.99 for that very "expiring" domain that I don't use. Their chat support with an unpronounceable name could only repeat 100 times that they can't refund. Does seem like a scam.

  Domain.com, Real bad company. Will take your money, No results, Chat is very bad with their people. You can not get results from it. They will charge your card and tell the company you are with. It was automatic renewal. So makes your credit card money to send them money.

  Domain.com is a scam stay away. They put you on automatic renewal without you signing up for this. Then suddenly their email goes to junk about the renewal so you never see it (all their other emails come straight to your inbox). Then you cant see the banking details they have on file for you under payment. It doesnt show. But the agent from another country has complete access to your banking info behind the scenes. The agent said they could see it and deleted it but refused to refund the money they drafted.

  Big SCAM they take your $ then your lost. No human to speak with the ** chat sends you link to erro messages. Dont waste your time with this scam!

  Bought multiple domain names here- paid $$= however EVERYONE of them is available for purchase on godaddy- I've been waiting in live chat for help(available in 4 minutes) for over an hour

  Auto renewed my account 5 days before agreement date, I cancelled account immediately and still was not offered a refund- even though they clearly wont be offering me any services for this next year. Choose someone else! Also, customer service chat disconnects off and on and a 5 minute conversation takes 40 minutes.
