    I canceled my domain however I was charged anyway and even though I have email proof that I canceled they won't refund me. The only way to get help is through chat and they disconnected 5 times and won't respond to emails. This is a fraudulent company, that steals money.

    they fraudulently charged me after opening some account. I never had business with them and after communicating with them they refused to refund the charges to my account. Fraud.
