I had a flat and was told it would take 30 min to repair. 2.5 hrs later I had to ask them what the deal was. They said they had just started. Considering I told them I was already late to work this was Infuriating. After I got my car back I realized it was still shaking very bad and by the end of the day was already flat. I was told I needed the 3 other tires replaced as well and this would solve the issue. Well 3 tires later and I'm still having to fill my tire with air dew to it leaking. When I went to get the tire they just sold me fixed I was told they didn't have the space for me as there was 10 people in front of me. I'm sorry but you sold me a shotty tire and can't take the 10 mins to fix it. It shouldn't matter if there's 100 people in front of me, you need to stand by hour warranty. After ready the other reviews I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I didn't need the other 3 tires to begin with. In my opinion they are nothing but greedy selfish con artists just looking to make an extra buck. It's this kinda sh*t right here that is continuing to make this world a horrible place that I wouldn't mind if ww3 started and the hole thing got nucked. So tires of all the dishonest a******* making life that much harder when it's already hard enough. I'll never let a person I know go to les schwab ever again unless they specifically want to get ripped off.Les Schwab Tire Center

BBB Review We regret Les Schwab Tires customer, **************************************************, had a negative experience at the ***************************** Road Les Schwab tire center. We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records and a phone conversation between *********************************** and Les Schwabs **************** Representative, *********************************** visited the tire center for a tire rotation. The technician working to perform the service noted the rear brake pads were at 2-3MM. As such, he recommended that she get new brakes in the near future and provided her with a quote. To be specific, on 06/21/22 at 10:15 had my car in for a tire rotation. At the completion of the work, **************** came out and advised we needed new brakes...could do them today. Not tomorrow, a week from now, or months...but today. I said no, I'd get back to him and took home a copy of the estimated. Husband and I discussed it since we had them done 3 years ago and decided to go to our mechanic who we have worked with for over 20 years. Never, NEVER was it mentioned that I had "time" to do them. 8/15 we were advised by our mechanic that our brakes did NOT need to be done AT ALL! So I called **** the shop manager. At 11:13 8/15 I spoke to **** who advised me that **************** had been fired in the month of July. He was aware they had a problem. No offers for ANYTHING were made at that time. Just he knew, and the guy was fired. So I left reviews to warn others. ***** from Les Schwab headquarters called...and I imagine left his two cents worth that I am responding too here... He tried to say that perhaps I had misunderstood the tech...no he wanted to replace the brakes TODAY... no I had time, to do in the future...TODAY! He tried to say I had two accounts and the other work was on the second account when they did our breaks 3 years ago. All come back to the SAME email. Tried to offer me a free break job, completely at their expense... ***** kept going on how **** was going to eat the cost, there would be no retaliation towards us if they did do the work. Really retaliation? Wow. That I must have misunderstood the tech. No sir, he wanted to do the breaks that day. **** the store manager advised me the guy was FIRED for false work claims. AND WHY IN THE ***** would I get brakes I DON'T NEED done by a place that tried to s**** me?!, Even now with this response they are trying to downplay their part with some flunky from corporate responding to this complaint that wasn't there. Thank you but NO, THANK YOU!!!!Review fromRodney S

5 starsAfter having my tires rotated on my **** truck, I was informed that I need a front end alignment as the tires were showing signs of cupping. This recommendation was also suggested where I had some maintenance done on my truck this past week. I returned to Les Schwab in Riverdale to have the alignment completed. I left the truck and received a message a few hours later it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was told that after an additional inspection, no alignment was needed. They didn't charge me a dime! The staff at the Riverdale Les Schwab Tire Center has always been courteous, helpful and friendly. Now, I can add honest to the list.Review fromJack W.

Hello. I need to make this story public of what I saw happen at a Les Schwab store in bend Oregon. Apparently a gentleman had come into the store and needed a jump start for his Corvette. I don't know how long he was waiting, hours I guess. When I was there one of the Les Schwab workers came up to him and asked him what was he still doing here. They had jump started his Corvette without him being present at the Corvette like an hour before and left it running. I mean come on who does that? Anyway the Corvette ran out of gas and did something to it in the gas tank. The guy went running out of the store to get to his Corvette and he came back in a little bit later with it stating that it had trouble running because it ran out of fuel while he was in the store waiting for them to tell him that they jump started his Corvette. I could hear the car obviously wasn't running right. He tried talking to the manager asking him to go into the office and sit down and talk about it like three times he asked me this. The manager wouldn't do it and kicked him off the property told him to leave. He had to leave the Corvette it wasn't running right so they had it towed and since he's lost the Corvette for towing fees and everything else. What a Crock of s***. If I was the manager I would do whatever I could to get the guy's car back to him because it was their mistake that caused him overall for losing it.Les Schwab Tire Center

BBB Review - ****** We regret that **************** had a negative experience at the Bend Les Schwab Tire Center as a result of his observance of an incident with another customer. We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer ******************************** **************** Representative, Nate, conducted a thorough investigation of Mr. ******* concerns shortly after receiving a copy of this review. It was determined that **************** observed only a portion of the interaction between Les Schwab and the customer at issue in Mr. ******* review. According to that investigation it was determined that the customer at issue in Mr. ******* complaint had previously requested a jump-start of his vehicle battery at his house. Les Schwabs technician performed the complimentary jump-start at the customers home. The technician noticed that the vehicle wasnt running properly and the customer responded that he would figure it out later. Since Les Schwab does not perform work on engines, the technician left the customers house and returned to the ********* Center. Later, the customer drove his vehicle to the ********* Center and informed the Tire Center that there was old fuel in the vehicles tank that would not have run through had the technician not jump-started the vehicle. The customer blamed the Tire ********************** for his vehicle running improperly despite requesting the Tire Center send a technician out to jump-start his vehicle and failing to inform the technician that there was old fuel in the tank. The managers of the Tire Center sat down to reasonably speak with the customer, but he continued to insist that the Tire Center was responsible and escalated his behavior. As a result, the customer was asked to leave the Tire **********************, but he refused for some time. Eventually, when the customer tried to leave voluntarily, his vehicle would not start. The Tire Center arranged for a tow truck to remove the vehicle from the parking lot. We hope that after understanding the full circumstances of the events that occurred, Mr. ******* concerns are alleviated. At Les Schwab, we take a lot of pride in our service and we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible.Review fromTerry R

I went and bought 4 new tires and wanted the front end aligned. They had my vehicle for 4+ hours and did NOT get my vehicle back to start an alignment until after 5pm as it had been in the first stall next to the waiting room all day. The mechanic that was assigned to align the front end of my vehicle came to me about 5:20pm and said he couldn't do the alignment because the adjustment nuts were frozen. I paid for the tires and went home. After I got home i noticed that the chrome valve stem caps that I had bought were missing. I discovered this when I was inflating the rear passenger side tire because it was losing air. I went back to Les Schwab and they told me that the rim was bad. I managed retail businesses so their attitude and approach had me ****** as they treated me with indifference. I went to another retail tire business and they took a look at the rim first thing the attendant did was determine where it is was leaking and proceeded to wire brush that area along the rim where it was leaking and effect repair and low and behold the leak stopped. How easy it was to determine where the leak was and affect the repair made me very suspicious. I went and scheduled a front end alignment at another tire shop a direct competitor to Les Schwab. I was shocked when it only took 45 minutes to complete the alignment. I also asked the attendant if the adjustment nuts were frozen (as had been represented to me by the Les Schwab attendant). I was assured that nothing was frozen. I had written Les Schwab regarding how poor the customer service I received was. Nate responded and said he had gotten a completely different version on what had happened from his employees. It was very obvious to me that instead of sheduling another alignment appointment they opted to craft a lie thinking i wouldn't catch on. The sad part is that Nate went along with poor customer service. Needless to say I won't ever go to Les Schwab again.Les Schwab Tire Center

BBB Review - ******* We regret ***************************** had a negative experience at the ******** Les Schwab Tire Center. We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer concerns. On ********************************************* brought his **** ******* Aviator to the tire center for installation of four (4) new tires and an alignment. Our records do not show that ****************** had an appointment that day; therefore, ******************** vehicle was worked on on a first-come-first-serve basis. That day, the store was particularly busy; however, ******************** vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. When the technician went to perform the alignment, he found that the tie rod ends adjusting nuts had seized. Since this issue would require more time to repair and perform the alignment and the store was closing shortly, the technicians requested ****************** reschedule his vehicle alignment. ******************** new tires were installed that day, but our records show ****************** did not reschedule his alignment. On May 18, 2022, ****************** returned to the Tire Center for a flat repair. The tire center technician noticed corrosion on the right rear chrome wheel, which was causing the leak in the tire. When a leak is being caused by corrosion on a chrome wheel, it is best practice to recommend replacing the wheel because a repair of the wheel is only a temporary fixthe corrosion will spread and cause air to leak from the tire again. ****************** did not replace the wheel. Les Schwab offered to replace the valve stem caps ****************** claims went missing with new valve stem caps at no charge to him. Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in his report and are unwilling to resolve his concerns for what he asks, we would like to assure ****************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.Review fromJim M

Do you remember when Les Schwab was a great company? They weren't the cheapest, but their customer service was outstanding. Everything from running out to your car with a smile to the free popcorn. They fixed flats for free, the place was great. Not so much now. I went in to have a sidewall blowout fixed/replaced. Inside we determined I hadn't purchased the tires there, and they didn't have a replacement anyway. Les Schwab had moved my car and closed it up only they didn't put my tire and wheel back in the trunk. I made an appointment and drove out to the dealership where the tires were purchased, (20+ miles). They had the tire, but I didn't have a wheel because Les Schwab forgot to put it back in my car. I took the tire sans wheel back to Schwab and they would NOT put the tire on the wheel unless I paid them to do it. WAIT A MINUTE! You made a mistake, and I have to pay? Great service that is. The manager said they would do better next time. I told him there wouldn't be a next time. They have lost a customer for ever.Les Schwab Tire Center

On July 22, 2022 I brought my 2018 ****** Rogue to the center for a tire repair. Slow leaker on the right rear.I left the vehicle and they called later to inform me that they had found a s**** that had punctured the tire. They also told me that the tire had "bead" damage and could not be reused. Also, as the vehicle is all wheel drive, it would need all of the tires replaced. I went to the store and inspected the damaged tire. It appeared to have been damaged while they were working it. They said no, that it was already there. I took to and tire dealer and was shown that the damage was right where the bead break machine had made contact. I was told that improper dismounting of the tire was the cause of the damage. I went to Les Schwab and ask what they would do. There reply was to offer four new tires at a cost of $780.00. The three remaining tires on the vehicle were still in good condition. I would have been more agreeable if they would have been upfront and the new tires at a 25% discount or something similar. No they stood firm. I went someplace else. I have done business there for several years, but will end that practice for here and all ***************** stores.Les Schwab Tire Center

BBB Review - ******* We regret the customer had a negative experience at the *******, ********** Les Schwab tire centers. We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, on July 22, 2022, ****************** brought his 2018 ****** Rogue (vehicle) to the tire center for a flat repair. Before the technician at the tire center performed any work on Mr. ******** vehicle, he informed ****************** that the **** light on his vehicle was on. The technician also noted on Mr. ******** invoice that he informed ****************** that the **** light was on prior to his arrival. The technician found that there was a s**** in the vehicles tire and a tear in the bead. The technician informed ****************** that the tire was not repairable and recommended replacing the tire. ****************** declined to purchase a new tire at that time so, at Mr. ******** request, the technician installed the spare tire. No further work was performed.Shortly after visiting the tire center, ****************** contacted Les Schwabs **************** Representative (***) and informed him the tire center caused the damage to the tire and sent in a photo of the tire. ****************** also informed the *** he had another tire shop inspect the damaged bead and insisted that tire shop informed him it was caused by the work performed by Les Schwab. In the photo, the damage is to the top section of the bead. Our technicians only dismounted the tire to inspect and repair the puncture, and when they dismount a tire, the tools they use hook under the bead. While it's entirely possible to tear a bead when dismounting a tire, it would never damage the top of the bead. Instead, the damage would take place on the bottom (or inside) of the bead, since that is the only place the equipment is contacting the tire. ****************** was unable to name the tire shop or produce an estimate or recommendation for a new tire or repair. Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in his report, we would like to assure ****************** that we remain committed to providing the best products and services possible.H. Firstly, The Les Schwab tire store is located in **********, **********. The tire had not been off of the wheel since new. The milage on the tire was approximately ****** miles. ***** that tire had not been off the wheel since new, I would think the damage was done at the factory. If true, it had not been a problem for all the miles driven. Why not repair and remount the tire. Insted, I was told that all of the tires would need replacement as the vehicle is AWD. As such, I was offered a new set of tires for $850.00. High cost for a flat. I went to another business, (************* in **********, **.) and purchased new tires at about the same price. So no "good deal" from Les Schwab. I stand the same. I will not do business with them again, or any other Les Schwab service center. A bad **** for the company.Review fromRick C

1 starI went to get my tires rotated and the service guy came back after the rotation was done and told me that I needed almost $1200 of work done on my rear axle so I took my vehicle to my local mechanic and it turned out that all I needed was to have my drive shaft tightened because the bolts were loose and I only needed one new caliper for one tire and the caliper was $60 dollars so all the work that the service guy said I needed I did not need he had things on the recommendation for new calipers new rotors and a whole bunch of other stuff that I did not need
