      I give them a ZERO for not following up 100% they only fixed 3/4 of the issue and charged me $1827 and still brushed me away to go else where. Why couldn't they tell me me if they fixed motor mounts instead of making me waste time and money then trn around and say they don't fix any motor problems! I feel I was robbed and I feel disapointed. DON"T GO TO LES SCHWAB!

      BBB Review - ************************* We regret ****************** had a negative experience at the Aloha, Oregon, Les Schwab Tire Center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, ****************** brought his **** Dodge Neon (vehicle) to the tire center on December 5, 2022. He informed the technician that he hit a curb and the vehicle now makes a noise when turning right. Upon inspection, the tire center technicians replaced the inner tie rod end, and lower control arms and performed an alignment. ****************** later came back with the vehicle and indicated it was still pulling to the right. Les Schwabs technicians performed an additional inspection and found the right lower motor mount that is behind a plastic piece in the right front wheel well was snapped. Unfortunately Les Schwab does not repair motor mounts and informed ****************** he would have to take his vehicle to a mechanic to repair it. ****************** was displeased with the findings and left the tire center at that time. Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in this report, we would like to assure ****************** that we remain committed to providing the best service and products possible

      AVOID THIS Les Schwab if you value your credit score! Its management team, **** and ***, are a couple of good ole boys that will play games to destroy your credit even if youve paid faithfully for a decade plus JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN. We had a disagreement that turned completely childish with them and they lowered my credit limit without notice that put me to 801% utilization and blamed it on a few late payments at ANOTHER STORE OVER A DECADE AGO and I was fully current for over a year when it was moved and accepted. Previously **** insisted I move my account to their store from another which I agreed to. They dropped my limit in the process without telling me which ruined our plans to buy a house.This last time was it. They pulled my credit wo my consent which Im filing complaints with corporate over and consulting an Attorney.Inappropriate behavior and childish retaliation are standard with these yahoos. Flushed years of loyal customer down the drain for their own egos.Update 12/10/22: after finding another store to move my account to, the Asst *** ***** (Salem Lancaster Store) promised to move my account and fix my balance that the Sublimity store destroyed for PERSONAL REASONS. After 3 weeks of no response I was again promised an account of $1500 (down from $5000 balance of 10 YEARS mind you w zero missed payments). Was told just go fill out another app cuz its been awhile and everything will be set. Another hard inquiry on my already dinged credit DUE TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN! A week later I get a denial letter in the mail, my account is now closed and cost me history and 70 POINTS. ALL DUE TO IGNORANCE AND CHILDISH MANAGEMENT again I DIDNT MISS ANY PAYMENTS OR ANYTHING NEGATIVE. THIS WAS ALL DUE TO A BUNCH OF CHILDREN WHO HAVENT A PROFESSIONAL BONE IN THEIR BODY. This is apparently how they all do business now so AVOID LES SCHWAB AT ALL COSTS! Point S has WAY BETTER standards and policies and they dont LIE!

Per Les Schwabs credit terms and conditions, when he transferred the account, the Sublimity Tire Center reran his credit report. Also pursuant to Les Schwabs credit terms and conditions, Mr. ******** credit account balance was lowered to $1,500 based on Mr. ******** current credit score. In December, 2022 ****************** applied for a retail credit account online at the Salem Lancaster Tire Center, which automatically processes a credit report.       There is FAR more to this story than **** is letting on. Here is the exact timeline of events. 2014- Opened account in **********. $5000 credit limit 2014-2018- missed 6 payments in 2015-2016 time frame 2018-moved to Mill City, started using Sublimity store. All payments current through 12 months prior. Sublimity *** **** suggested moving account to his store but was concerned about $4000/$5000 balance.2021- **** decided hed move my account over and said nothing about reducing my limit to $3000 . At the time we were looking at selling our house and moving. This move he made recklessly put me at such an extreme overutilization on my credit report that we lost any ability to capitalize on the equity bounce before prices went through the roof. The put the limit back to $5000 but the damage had already been done. Still current. ZERO missed payments!2022- I needed a LifePO4 battery and did my research and knew exactly what I needed. I wanted to use my account because Ive been with LS for nearly a decade and outside those 6 missed payments YEARS ago. Zero missed payments STILL. Loyal and Faithful I would say. So **** comes back with an $1800 quote from his only vendor because the technology is too cutting edge for them currently. I pass and explain what I need is $600 on Amazon and provided info. Doing these things had never been a problem in the past. I tell him Ill think about it and get back to him. After a week or so I call back and **** is gone but the Asst. *** *** talks to me, I explain the situation to this point. He asks me to show him the link on Amazon. After looking at it he tells me Sure that doesnt look like a problem. Well get it ordered for you. So I pull the trigger on about $500 worth of supporting equipment w the battery at its core. I waited a few days with no word and when I next talked to *** he explained. I got pretty steamed at the position they put me in after all that happened already. *** got offended and I said fine Ill find a different store that will do it. He hung up on **** sat on that for a few days and decided to talk to **** because something wasnt right. **** was extremely angry and was telling me I told *** that **** said he could order it. It turned into a F you from each of us and I was done. I began dialogue with the Asst *** ***** at the Salem Lancaster store. He heard my whole story and was agreeable to moving my account, ordering the battery I needed and that was that. A week later I get a letter in the mail that after review of my credit record, those 6 missed payments were the sole reason they dropped my balance to $500 with a $4300 balance. 881% utilization. Wrecked my credit score! I call Lancaster store and explain to a gal at the front to let **** know to cancel my order please as we wasnt available.Two weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call *****. He is agreeable to move my account and will begin the process with a $1500 limit IF I pay off the balance and zero the account. So I do. To the tune of $4200 and change.Another couple weeks go by and no word. I call ***** and he still hasnt done anything but will immediately. I just need to fill out a new credit app as its been since 2019. I have to take a hard inquiry ding now for this which cost me a few more points. But I do it.3 days later the bomb drops as I get a letter in the mail stating my credit is denied (due to all this) and they are closing my account. This was one of my oldest accounts and now my credit history is GONE! This dropped me HUGE! All due to no fault of my own over a silly disagreement and a LOT of laziness and miscommunication.

      Nothing less than a con artist!Beware!!!! Dont put your car in there hands unless you want to pay additional cost for something they break, actually once they break it theyll tell you I dont know if we could fix it youre more than welcome to take your car somewhere else,Came for tires replacement at first they quoted me certain price and said it would take 1-2 hours, 2 hours laters and they havent moved it yet call over and asked whats happening and what is the new time frame they told me another 3 hours, in the end of this three hours they told me the lug nuts cannot be removed because it been stripped( what was a lie and I have a picture that prove it 30 minutes before I dropped the van there)And it would cost additional cost, I had to have my van fixed so I told them just do it, guess what three hours later calling to check status and the answer Im receiving is I dont know if we could help you replacing the tire after they stripped my lug nuts and ask for more money they cannot preform the job,Bad joke cant believe a big name like Les Schwab is operating by scams and upselling customers and the worst part unprofessionally cant complete a job after their own mistakes!!!Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.In the picture perfectly fine lug nuts.

We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, ************** brought his 2008 Chryster ************** van ********* to the tire center on November 29, 2022, to have the front tires replaced. The technician working to remove the tires found that all of the lug nuts on both front wheels had been cross-threaded and several of the wheel studs started spinning in the hub while attempting to remove the wheels. The store assistant manager called the customers to inform them of the situation and asked if they would let them keep trying to remove the lug nuts or take the vehicle elsewhere. The customers picked the vehicle up and took the vehicle to a ************** and requested the ********* tire center pay for the $700 repair bill. Les Schwab declined to pay for the service as the damage was caused elsewhere.Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in this report and are unwilling to resolve his concerns for what ************** asks, we would like to assure ************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      Now les Schwab stating that they didnt caused the lug nuts to be worn, what you could clearly see in the picture that is a lie, I never expected such a behaviour from that big of a company saying the van was that way in the first place, con artist again trying to up sell once that wont work theyll send you to a **************.

      I had the ********** Les Schwab install a set of ********************* tires, which I purchased from Amazon in 2020. They also had installed the new valve stems, which I also replaced when having the tires mounted. I took the tire back to them when I began to show a low tire pressure situation.The fellow at Les Schwab soon came back to get me, to show me, what he claimed was a tire gone bad. Pointing to what appeared to be crack across the interior of the tire. He further Interpreted this as showing that the tire was a bad tire & unsafe. The fellow at Tire Pro, interpreted this as normal lapping, saying that this was the way they are made.As luck would have it, while I was waiting on the verdict on my tire inspection at Tire Pro, another fellow came in, claiming that Les Schwab had just put him through the same kind of thing. Now I have seen & read many complaints about that smart ***, & what may go on there!

We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, **************** brought his 2007 ****** Tundra pickup (vehicle) to the tire center on July 29, 2020, to have four tires that he purchased elsewhere installed. On October 25, 2022, **************** brought the vehicle back to the tire center and informed the technician the **** light was on. The technician inspecting the tire found that the front left tire was cracking at the seam and was no longer safe to drive. **************** insisted the store needed to ship the damaged tire to, and receive a new tire from, the manufacturer of the tireBF ********. Les Schwabs store manager explained to **************** that Les Schwab is not a ********************* dealer and he needed to work directly with ********************* for any warranty issues, or the dealer he purchased the tires from online. **************** understood and agreed we were not responsible for any warranty issues; however, he still insisted the store should pay for the return of the tire and mount the replacement tire at no charge. The store manager reiterated that Les Schwab has no obligation for issues with online purchased tires due to wear or defects in manufacturing. The technician installed the spare tire, put the damaged tire in the back of the vehicle, and no further work was performed at that time.Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in this report and are unwilling to resolve his concerns for what **************** asks, we would like to assure **************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      I'd like to make a complaint against the manager at the Les Schwab Tire Center in ***********. The manager's name was *****, he didn't have a name tag stating that he was the manager at the establishment. ***** had came out of the from where he was working to attend to me. I had told ***** that I was looking for a spare tire. ***** then proceeded to explain to me in a sarcastic tone if I was looking for a spare tire, a spare wheel or if I was looking for both. I told ***** that I was looking for both since he probably didn't get what I was saying. I thought ***** didn't understand at first what I was looking for. ***** then proceeded to still talk in a sarcastic tone for the rest of the conversation. Asking over and over again what the year of the car was, asking if I had a place to put the tire. I had asked for a specific tire brand if he could order. ***** then said why would you want an expensive tire just to sit in your trunk. I was just asking for a quote on the specific brand of tires but I never implied that I was going to l keep that tire as a spare. ***** proceeded to say that "you would typically want a cheap tire and a cheap rim to keep as a spare, instead of having a really expensive tire and rim stored away.

We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer ******************************** **************** Representative (CSR) contacted the store manager, *****, and was informed that he did ask qualifying questions as many customers seeking a full-size spare tire dont realize the assembly will not fit in their trunk space and allow the cover board to sit flush. Many vehicles do not come with a spare tire from the factory and Les Schwab does try to encourage people to go the least expensive route when purchasing a spare and often offer a good used tire and the least expensive wheel to mount on it. ***** apologizes if ************ took his questions as sarcastic. ***** was only trying to be helpful, but is now aware that he needs to work on his tone and delivery. Les Schwab appreciates the feedback and would like to assure ************ that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      Been to two les schwabs about my breaks. The one in bend replaced the front breaks because I knew my breaks were going. I was informed back breaks looked good. Not even a month later I started hearing squeeking, like your breaks make when they are due to be replaced. I'm here thinking probably the work done and noise will go away.I got an offer for a pre trip check for free and thought why not. Again told my breaks look fine. I look at the agent and said but it's squeaking so bad. That's when I'm told they didn't actually look at my back breaks because of the cap. Mind you I have a toddler and was going out of town and wanted to have safe travels. Most likely if I took their word as well as when I first would have gotten them done and actually checked I wouldn't be in this situation. What if something happened where my breaks went completely out while I have my family in my car. Agent was more worried about the quote she gave me saying to think about new tires and whatnot when they were just replaced with my front breaks (only two of the four tires) and how all tires needed to be replaced. Had a little back and forth conversation which lead to nowhere other than another quote for the back breaks without knowing for sure if they needed replaced. Sadly I don't have the funds to do anything. I'm speechless I'm being told my back breaks are good but you technically do not check them. Why give customers false information? I still can't afford new breaks. Let alone any quote you all give me. Think twice before telling a family or single mom her car is fine when in fact you don't even know. We put our trust in you that you're keeping us safe, making sure our vehicles are safe on the road. Something needs to change with how you inform customers what the real deal is. Honesty goes a long way.

      Went into Les Schwab on 10/022 at 8 am Silverton, Oregon . Asked the guy behind the counter , who i assumed was the manager. if he could help with a situation . Parents leaving that day to take a long trip I had replaced the brake line, and needed the entire sytem bled, contaminated fluid also. He responded to with with a very aggressive attitude, that no way will i do that unless we do a brake job, otherwise its a liabilty issue, which i understand. But when i asked if i ok a waiver to not hold them accountable. Ik new my brakes were good, but brakes a bit spongy. He said NO WAY will i do that. **** seems a bit ridiculous, and turned to leave. He yelled at me. If you cant do the work yourself, then you are ridiculous sir. ***** disrespect to a customer. Very unprofessional. NEVER will i go to a Les Schwab.

Our store manager has assured us that he acted cordially when conveying this information to ************** and we have fully investigated this claim and have not found information to substantiate these concerns. However, we sincerely apologize for any perceived unprofessional or disrespectful behavior on the part of our management.       DO NOT GET OIL CHANGE HERE !Not only did it cost $20 + more, they must have spilled a lot of oil, because a burnt oil smell leaked in the car for the next month!

      My 92 year old mother went to Les Schwab in *****, **. She went there because her senor light was on and it indicated that something was wrong with the tires. They took her car and came back and said she needed new tires. When putting on the tires they removed the spacers because they don't believe in them. The rim was now hitting the calipers so they decided to grind the calipers so the rims and tires would fit. When my mother returned home, my brother noticed that there was something wrong. He took the car back to LS and told them they could not grind on the calipers. After a heated discussion they agreed to replace them at my mothers cost. My brother told them, NO! you will replace them at your cost. They did replace them, but that does not excuse the fact that my mother could have been in danger as the calipers were compromised. We will not be going back there and I would suggest that no one else does either.... No stars!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve a one star.

We take customer reports seriously and diligently work to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, ****************** brought her **** ******* Aviator (vehicle) to the tire center on August 29, 2022 to have the **** sensor checked. It was noted that the vehicle has aftermarket wheels on it that are the wrong offset. To correct this, the customer had someone install wheel spacers, which Les Schwab discourages customers to use. This is because the wheel studs can become compromised because the wheel is pushed further out on the wheel stud. The wheel would then ride on the center of the wheel stud, not on the hub where it was designed.This can damage the wheel studs over time. Upon review of the invoices, the store replaced two wheel studs that were broken when the vehicle arrived at no charge to the customer. Also, the store did not grind the caliper, they were grinding on the bracket. It is a small difference, but nonetheless matters. Les Schwab was notified after the service was completed that Ms. ******** son disagreed with the decision to remove material from the caliper bracket to get the aftermarket wheels to fit without the wheel spacers. On September 1, 2022, ****************** returned to our *****, ** location and requested the front caliper be replaced, which the tire center did, at no charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused ****************** and would like to assure her that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.
