Had 2 sales people out to give us a bid on 5 windows.. I was sick that day so my husband was showing them the windows after I met them and I went back to bed dad. Days later it's later I got a fraud alert from my bank card. We also received a packet from a loan company in my name . After I went through everything I realized my signature Was fraudulent. We contacted one of the sales guys and mentioned all these issues and and he promised to call us back a spake, he never did.. We ask that everything be canceled immediately and it wasn't. I contacted this loan company and they wanted my information of which I didn't know what to tell them . Finally got that canceled.. Contacted citibank And make sure any further charges would be denied.. Continue to try to contact ******* with little to no result. Contacted contacted their head office in ****** and they promised a call back from the office manager and that never happened.. Called back again today today and again the office manager is not available and they refuse to Close this order because we failed to cancel within the 1st 3 days which we had no idea about. We finally got a phone number from one of the sales guys that without a name and he refused to give us a name.. We called the number and it was a completely different company, sounded like a scammer. We called back again today and asked for everything to stop and be canceled just like we did last week and again we were told office manager would call us back. I am attaching screenshots of 4th the pages show the pages showing the variations of forgery on my signature.Business Response

Attn: A credited business resolutions team's member.
I wanted to give an updated report and status on this complaint.
The general manager at ******* (*********************) Has not been trying to resolve this issue.. In fact he accused my husband of bringing the bringing their tablet to me and then forging my signature. We'd been married for 33 years and there would be no reason for that period the only reason I can think of why they would forge my signature is because they knew I only wanted a bid for 5 windows. I was there and I was available. My husband is stage 4 cancer and is on chemotherapy and cannot be signing anything right now.
***** has contacted us numerous times times trying to intimidate us intimidate us and threaten us into signing away our 1st amendment rights, please see the attached document that he sent to us. He is trying to extort us. I simply asked to have everything canceled at the very beginning when I saw how screwed up it was.. Then I noticed my signature was forged and I insisted upon the cancelation. We also never got a signed and current contract that they said they had that I knew they didn't because I never signed one. ***** kept insisting that he was looking at the contract and that my signature was the same on every line. I was also looking at the one I had which was not the current contract because we never had one and my signature is not there. I am listed as the primary on this paperwork and yet I did not sign any contract. They also initiated a loan with a 3rd party without my authorization.. They are insisting we are not allowed to have an opinion about this mess. They have threatened us on the phone where both of us have heard it on speaker. We are prepared to get an attorney if they are not prepared to simply cancel this mess they have created.

Number 1 no 1 had permission to sign my signature and my signature was forged throughout the original document.
I have asked for 5 windows to be really placed and I showed the gentleman which windows I wanted to have a bids on.
3 the next day I found out that they had talked my husband into replacing all the windows on the front of the house and Kept telling my husband to sign my signature but my husband does not sign my signature and I was in the house.
4 my husband is on chemo therapy with Stage 4 cancer and is on disability and should not be making decisions which is why I was put on as primary person. At this time I requested that everything be canceled they canceled and it was at this time that we started receiving threats from this company. The latest is this settlement Documents wanting us to give up our 1st memory rights because they had done something wrong when are when all we wanted was for them to cancel everything. They have things so screwed up that this would never be successful and I would never have signed these papers and I did not sign these papers and my husband would never have signed for me.

Fall 2021 we purchased a roof from DaBella for $38,363.58. Ongoing problem regarding communication with the roofer. The roofer was unprofessional and DaBella did not stand behind the customer. Two vents were removed from the garage, no wood to replace the holes just roofed over. A few cosmetic flaws on the front of the house that draw attention, a few spots where the siding was cut.We have contacted DaBella a number of times. We were told we would be contacted and a roofer would take care of the problem. We were not contacted, no one was home and a stranger was on our roof for the repairs. A neighbor asked the man to leave since we were not home. ******* does not return any calls, text, emails. We do not have an order number. We contacted another roofing company to see if our concerns were legitimate; this roofer stated that the repairs are minor and should be completed for customer satisfaction.Business Response

On April 30, 2022 I signed a contract with the Dabella rep to remove the 36"x36"surround shower and replace it with a 36"x40" surround shower, including new fixtures i.e..drains, faucet, and shower head. The work was scheduled to be done on or around June 25 as per the contract, as I agreed to be flexible with the project start time. I was told at that time it might be a week before or after that date. I then gave the rep a $2500 deposit check for the $10000 qoute and the rep told me the project manager would be contacting me within the next 3 days to go over the details of the project. One week went by and there was no contact from Dabella but I notice the $2500 deposit check had cleared my bank. After 7weeks and no contact at all from Dabella, and one week before the project is supposed to start, I called the project manager to see where we were at on this project. No answer, left message. This was on June 17th. After no reply to my left message I call the project manager again and again I leave a message. This was June 20th. That afternoon I call again and the project manager answers. this was the first contact from any at Dabellas, which was me calling them, since April 30th. The project manager then tells me the salesman should have never put down that date and apologizes for his error and goes on to say that she doesn't know when the materials will arrive, that they ordered the materials for the project, and tells me that she would check on it and get back to me in one or two WEEKS, not one or two DAYS. Two weeks go by and again no response, so I call Dabella on July 19 to find out where the materials are and when the project will start. This is a month after the project manager said she would get back to me. The only contact I've had with Dabellas to this point has been initiated by me. NO returned calls, no follow up calls, no contact at all.he work will begin So on the 19th of July I talk to the ''Administrative asst" and she doesn't know when the work wiBusiness Response

Contracted with DaBella to replace our roof 9-25-2022. The work was carried out while we were not home 7-7-22; even though we asked them to wait until we returned from our vacation. Upon arriving home, there were still supplies in our yard, a skylight was not removed (as per contract), 1 of our large planters full of flowers was moved onto our grass, the exhaust fan in our master bathroom no longer works (and we can see daylight through the vent when the wind blows), and no representative came todo a "walk through" with us to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction/contract. July 12, ************************************************************************************************************** order to send someone to remove the skylight and excess materials. After repeated attempts to resolve this issue, including calls to the corporate office, DaBella still hasn't completed work as per our original contract. We are worried that they made us sign the original contract as complete so that they would get paid and not have to truly complete what was originally agreed upon. My boyfriend (*************************) received a call from DaBella on 8-5-2022 and was told that there would be a rep in our area (********, **) Monday, Aug 8th 2022 and they would contact us to setup a time for the skylight and excess materials to be removed, and the other issues to be addressed. It is now 8-10-2022 and we have yet to receive a call from anyone at DaBella.Business Response

Bebella clamps in person that they only hire contractors of 3 years or older that are master trained in installing a roof system from GAF. They claimed to remove all rotten and moldy wood from my roof. They hired a subcontractor that did not meet the minimum time frame of being in business and is refusing to prove that the subcontractor has the master traing needed to install the roofing system. The subcontractor hired by dabella installed the new roof on top of rotten Wood and left the mold. The company broke the sideing on my home and tried to pack it with silicone. They poped my sons pool. Broke our sprinkler and trampled my wifes flower more than just little accidents. They showed up 5 weeks early and just stared without any concent ******* has broken **************** law by not doing a proper roof inspection along with not giving a copy of the estimate that was well over the state limit of $2000. I am rejecting this response because: the company has not answered the questions asked but give me a answer that has nothing to do with the question. All guestions asked where either yes or no, or a number and they wouldnt give a answer in that manner. The reasoning for email only is for attorney and court purposes becasue you cant prove anything about a phone call. If this company was actually a decent company this would have gon a diffrent way. During this process I have found out that they didn't pull permits or do inspections. They will not admit to it I have it in email from them that they always pull permits and do inspections. I have in email frome the city of spokane that they didn't pull them. The are telling me when they will ce inspect instead of setting a time up. They also didn't do a led or Asbestos test when working on my home with both. They just keep asking for pictures that I have sent in multiple times and this blow right past them like they never got sent and ask again. They clame to use ****** trained contractors witch they didn't *** my home and refuse to show proof. The fatory says contractors have to be in business for 3 years to get fatory trained. The contractor that did the work on my home has only been In business for 2 years. You can look it up online for washington business witch I also sent them and they refused answer how that happens. They have been turned into labor and industry. The attorney General. The city of spokane for failure to pull permits. So sad that a company that clamps to be so good is a giant scam to just get money. I feel sorry for all the people that don't look into the work that has been done by this company

Dabella hasn't answered gestions about the sub contractors they hire. They refuse to show proof of training for the subcontractor. When given proof that the subcontractor dosent meet fatory standards for traing they clame they don't have to follow the guidelines of the fatory. They proceed to try and get me to sign off for payment on work that is not permitted. They finally pulled a permit 24 days after I filed a complaint with the city of spokane but have not payed to have the inspection to complete the permit process. This is a really poor way to do work as spokane called for 2 inspection during the roofing process. The inspector now can't see the hole roof and there could be stuff being hidden by shingles now. Permits are to be posted at the job site and be bought befor work is started. Debellas area ****** refuses to set a date to come look at my complaints about the work and just demands that he is coming over while I'm at work and that I should just stop whatever I have planed for him. He also demanded that I sing paperwork when he does show up. Our contract state that payment is not dew tell a walk through with contractor, permitted witch neither has been completed at this time.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They have pulled a permit that has not been singed off by the city of spokane. I have attached off of the city of spokane permit website showing it is still awaiting inspection. I have gotten multiple bids to fix the roof this company has put on 5hat say it needs to be completely removed and start over. The company told me on recording that the paperwork I singed saying the roof was completed was the only way to get them to move forward with what they call repairs that the city inspector will not pass them on because the roof is not installed correctly. The company is refusing to install the products to manufacture institutions. The decking they installed is not attached to my roof correctly. They did not flash the siding. The shingles do not overhang off the house correctly. They used the wrong drip edge on half the house. The vally drip pans they installed don't overhang correctly. And they refuse to get back to me via email. They told me that paperwork I filled out was wrong and that we needed to set up a new time to singe new settlement agreement to witch I declined as they are trying to keep me form talking bad about them this company prides them self on buying your silence and is why they don't have many bad reviews

I am rejecting this response because:The company has not completed the job they do not have it signed off by the city to complete their permit it will not pass inspection they have not installed anything on the home to the manufacturer specifipatients they have not installed the decision in a manner that makes it structural as they have stated they have not installed Any flashing on part of my roof and it is allowing water to leak inside my wall they have known about this since Is August 3rd 2022 And still haven't done anything to fix the problem I have shown them multiple times the manufacturers instructions that prove that they have installed it wrong and they continue to tell me they do not need to follow manufacturers instructions for the roofing components that they put on my home and that they can do as they want. They cause damage to 10 of the rafters in my home and think that they shouldn't have to pay for them or if they do pay for them that I still need to pay them for the rest of the work even though everything that they have installed is installed incorrectly and needs to be removed in order to replace the rafters and start completely over. After explaining everything that has gone on they agree that no customers should have to pay for stuff that has to be completely removed from the home to fix what they have damaged if it was their own home but then turn around and tell me I have to pay them for the stuff that they have put on my home that they installed incorrectly and has to be 100% taken off and redone. I have told the company several times that if they Fix the damages and get the roof to pass inspection I would pay the $23000 I owe them or they need to pay for the damages and walk away so I can hire a new contract to ****** roof off and completely replace it again

At this point we are pursuing litigation to collect on the contract. Due to nonpayment, the customer is still in breach of contract and we are unable to service any issue on the roof without an agreement or payment in full. We would happily consider a reasonable resolution or settlement, but this must be communicated and negotiated through our legal firm. At this point the communication and any settlement is out of our hands due to the nature of the discussions prior to submission to the firm, which made it clear that anything less than a free roof wasn't acceptable according to the homeowner. Once litigation is complete we will honor whatever the court deems satisfactory, up to and including full payment on the project and any legal fees.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
*************************I have attached the email from L&I that clearly states that dabellas subcontractor Aspen peak construction llc did not install the roof on my home. This means that ****** did not install a roof on my home. The email clearly states that their subcontractor Aspen peak construction llc hired a 3ed party subcontractor by the name of ******** Construction LLC, who did the work on my home. I have attached a copy of L&I paperwork on ******** Construction LLC that shows they have had a revoked or suspended license since 2020 meaning they illegally installed a roof on my home and have caused damages to my home. Under the contract with dabella i was to have a roof installed by a contractor that was hired by dabella and had GAF training. This has not happened as dabellas subcontractor aspen peak construction llc didn't perform the work on my home. Seeing as this has been brought to ******* attention in September of *************************************************************************************************************************** to pay for work they didn't even do at this point. Dabella is the one who breached the contract with none trained contractors without the proper license or insurance performing work on my home. They breached the contract when the contractor covered up damages they caused to my home and didn't call me to see what needed to be done. They breached the contract when it was pointed out the roofing system was not installed to manufacture specification witch is stated in the contract that everything must meet manufactur instructions and training that ******** Construction llc is lacking.

The daBella has not installed this roof to manufacture specification.the ridge beam has a quarter inch to half inch gap. The instructions say a 1-5/8 gap. So it's not installed to manufacture specifications there. the ridge vent claims to use the 3" ring shank nails provided in the vent. you can clearly see where the nails are still in the vent not used and they used 1-1/2 shingle nails in the wrong spot not even where the nail is supposed to go into it. so that is also not installed the manufacturer's specification ******* offered me 50% off of the $24000 bill to keep the roof as it is with all the damages and refuses to fix It. For that 50% off they are admitting to damages to my sighting which I have attached a photo of that also has no flashing under it which doesn't meet code and damages to my rbut refuse to fix them. My options to develop were to bring a contractor in and fix the damages which would involve removing the whole roof because the roof is not nailed down to the rafters and there is no way to put replacement rafters in with the roof staying on the home at that point or pay me for the damages so I could hire a new contractor to fix my roof correctly. At no point did I ask for a free roof as they have put a roof on my home that is in worse condition then might start it with. ******* has given me the run around since July of 2022 on fixing this roof correctly and has still to this day never had a city inspection completed for the permit that their contractor pulled who didn't do the work because he hired a unlicensed contractor to complete his workBusiness Response

Our siding project with Dabella has been completed for over 2 months. We are still waiting for a crew to come and haul away our old siding. Our point of contact, **************************, has stated for weeks that he has forwarded the request to his operations manager yet nothing comes of it. When asked to provide the managers information, ****** once again stated that he was in contact with said manager and would not provide the information. We have been very understanding and patient with Dabellas representatives to the point that we are accepting subpar service. Our experience: We scheduled a flexible installation date. We never received notice and when we called ourselves for more information the office simply said sorry I was out of office. Our project started shortly thereafter and installation went smoothly until the very end when the installers realized there wasnt enough material. They packed up and told us to contact Dabella. The installers left tube caps on our roof that are visible from our second story windows. When the cleanup crew came they simply picked up the pile of debris and left- did not magnetically sweep our yard or driveway for nails or metal shavings both of which we have found. The installers let us know they would not re-attach anything to our home. Dabellas remedy to this is to pass the burden onto the consumer. We would need to schedule the electrician and then send in the receipt for reimbursement. This proved to be impossible. I was left with exposed outdoor electrical outlets, a disconnected fire **** and a removed light fixture that I had to pay a handyman to come out and fix.We let ****** know right away about the material mishap and it took weeks of follow up to get the remaining project completed. During this time we signed the completion paperwork in good faith. This is our biggest regret. Had we waited until everything was properly wrapped up before signing I think Dabella would be far more motivated to fulfill their end.Business Response

Dabella charged me double of what other window companies charge. They lied about my financing and the product of the window. I have filed many complaints with the company directly. No one has been getting back to me and my phone calls and e-mails are being ignored.Business Response

04/22 My husband and I chose to go with (Dabella) for our home exterior remodeling. The project included removing old and adding new siding, trim, fascia, soffits, and gutters. Towards the end of the project, we stated some concerns to ******* and ***** our representatives at the time. They said the issues would be addressed immediately. Which were: Gutters installed improperly, holes in new trim were gutters were to be removed, no house wrap where lighting fixtures mount, cut-outs for outlets wrong size for existing outlets, loose siding panels, improperly installed screen door/missing parts, cut off our door **** wires/cannot reinstall, and they trampled our large daisy ********** 1 week later ***** and ******* said we needed to sign the project completion form and they would submit our concerns as a "claim" so they can come out and fix the issues. We signed. 2 weeks go by before we contact Dabella again about or issues being resolved. No answer. We continued to reach out to ******* and ***** for several days with no answer. Finally we called the main office for Dabella and addressed our concerns where they had "high priority emails" sent to management. Several days later we called to check in. No new updates for our repairs. More high priority emails sent out. Several days no updates. Finally I get ahold of *************************** # the regional manager for our area. Several days of voice mails sent and emails with no answer. Eventually out of sheer luck **************** answers the phone and agrees to meet with my husband at our home. We go over the issues with him in person and await for him to settle the matter. Text msgs have been exchanged with **************** about the company coming out to do the repairs. 3 weeks later and still nobody has come out to complete the repairs. **************** no longer answers our calls or msgs. We have been getting the run-around for weeks. And rain has been infiltrating where repairs are needed potentially causing damage to our home structure.HELPBusiness Response
