      Recently had a new roof installed. The old roof's last layer was 30 years old, it had 3 layers of composit tile and original shake. The DaBella reps ********* **** and ****** ******* were extremely thorough in inspecting and documenting the problems with the roof. They were adept at applying all eligible discounts in making a quote. The contractors who performed the installation were profesional, courteous, and thorough in the clean up. They have my highest recomendation for any roofing needs.

      We have no soliciting signs posted. An employee chose to ignore those signs and knocked and rang the doorbell. They are putting their employees at risk. This is not the 1950s where door to door was the norm.

They took the time to walk us through all our options, answered every question with clarity, and made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the entire process.       ************** presented plan for replacing our siding. They were very thorough in explaining what DaBella could do for us, answered all questions, & were pleasant to do business with. We were very impressed with both as representatives of a company I kook forward to doing business with.

      DaBella reached out to us by phone to schedule a roof assessment. We attempted to decline, however the customer service *** insisted on scheduling an appointment, offering many incentives. We were too nice to not just hang up. We agreed but expressed that we only wanted a quote. The salesmen arrived early, around 6 pm. We explained many times that we only wanted a quote and did not have all evening to devote to this. They said it would take only ***** minutes to assess the roof and come up with a quote so we agreed. They were at our home for 4 and a half hours. They did not leave until 10:30 pm and despite our insistence that we wanted a night to think everything over and do some research. They indicated the quote is only good same day and would not leave until we signed a contract. Also, they had no knowledge of the incentives mentioned when we scheduled. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience and we agreed only to get them to leave as we were very tired. We contacted them to cancel first thing in the morning, 6:30 am and received a response back 10 minutes later. Despite this they still pulled our credit. We drove over an hour to take the cancellation paperwork to their office in person as the customer ***resentative did not seem sure about how to cancel the contract but we knew we only had 3 days. At the office, we received the run around about how to cancel and what was required. We provided the form and requested confirmation of the cancellation via email. We have not yet received this. Instead we have received calls with attempts to renegotiate the contract that we thought we had canceled by delivering the form in person. The sales *** told us he was experienced, the manager told us he is in training. The *** told us if there is a lawsuit they are large enough to win. This company cannot keep their story straight, they intimidate, and don't listen. At this point we are not even sure if they will honor our request to cancel despite following directions.

      Dabella isnt the company they make themselves to be. I recently got windows installed, and they messed everything up. Been trying to get a hold of the *************** but apparently the lady I was promised to talk to cant ever answer the phone and when she does, she always has an attitude. I think her name is ******. I wouldnt not recommend Dabella if you want to upgrade your home. I talked to someone named **** and he was also no help as he just told me the whole time ****** would handle everything, which she didnt.

      What they have in service quality, they lack in service accuracy. They got the color of our siding wrong, three windows were incorrect and I've given them a year and half to fix it.Not to mention I had to join the company for them to drop the price to an acceptable level.Overall, If they are your absolute last choice be clear with them your expectations and make a document trail and be ready to negotiate. If you have the chance to work with someone else- do it.

      ****** and **** came out to talk about our roof replacement. They were amazing and very thorough. We knew exactly the condition of our roof and how they were going to fix it. We are extremely happy so far and sure that the job will be perfect.
