We ordered some new windows for the back of our house (for noise control) and they said it would be 6-8 weeks until we would get them. They finally said we will be there to install the windows and we were excited. The crew that arrived said I don't think you want us to install these because they were white framed and they wouldn't match our other windows. So they went away and said we will have to get ahold of their boss to see what to do next. That was on June 3rd and 4th. It is now the 13th of June. Called them and they said we emailed you about what was going on but they didn't so we had them re-email it to my husband again. They said they were in mitigation of what to do next. We have called them several times with no answer. We even called Alside windows and they said we don't deal with the buyers??? I think we have been pretty patient. We want something happening. It wasn't our fault they didn't do the windows right!DaBella

This company has been harassing me for the past 2 weeks they have a call center that call me 4-10 times a day and Im on a no call list Ive asked numerous times to quit calling and all they do is hang up then call back in a hourDaBella

They wont leave me alone. Came to my door, I told them I cant afford siding but listened while they gave me a free estimate, I patiently talked with them for 2 hours and told them multiple times in person that I cannot afford to buy their siding. But after two months they still attempt to call and contact me 2-3 times a day. I have blocked 4 different phone numbers from DaBella. -- Reviews on Reddit show how predatorial this company is.DaBella

Tacoda and ***** were the sales **** that came to the appointment. They arrived promptly at the time that I had scheduled. Tacoda began by explaining a little about the **********************. Then he asked questions about what we were looking for. Measurements were taken, then he brought in a sample window to show and have us examine. It was their top of the line window. Unfortunately, this window was out of our budget. ****** had other options available that he went over and helped us find a window package that we could afford and a finance plan that fit our finances. We appreciated that he worked with us and would highly recommend ******. We look forward to getting our new windows installed and realize savings to our power bill.DaBella

Working with Dabella was a nightmare and an extreme disappointment. They quoted us over $20k to replace our roof (twice what other companies would charge) and unfortunately we fell for their aggressive scare tactics when they told us we had to have it done and wouldnt leave until we agreed to sign the contract for them to do the work. Then we found out not only do they sub contract the job to other companies, but their sub contractor sub contracted it out to someone else who didnt know what he was doing or didnt care because he did poor workmanship and incorrectly installed the roof. Now 2 1/2 years later we have to get our roof fixed again after water damaged and mold problems created from improper installation. It is unfortunate that we are continuing to make payments on the cost of our roof longer than the roof lasted. I wish I could get my money back and in fact I wish Id never agreed to work with them in the first place. Im not sure how they have such a high rating unless its through false reviews because everyone Ive spoken with after the fact knows the company has a track record for over charging and doing a terrible job.DaBella
