Why aren't there negative ratings? They don't even deserve one star. I'd give them 3 p*** emojis before I would give them one star...if I could.I'm about to sue Dabella for harassment. No means no. They show up every couple of weeks and every time I tell them to remove my location for their sales opportunities, yet the cycle starts over again with me getting frustrated with door to door sales **** that were just dropped off and given no information. I've contacted them via phone to have my information removed, but this is never communicated. I will always be a potential sales to them, but every time they show up the NO gets louder and louder.DaBella

We know we need replacement windows, but we arent quite ready to commit to the work. The salespeople (Steph and ****) were great, and we were genuinely sorry to walk away from the deal they were able to set up for us. They were not pushy or aggressive, and were extremely pleasant. We will absolutely be using them when we are ready to have the work done.DaBella

If I could give it zero stars I would. I do not recommend working with any part of Dabella. Absolutely awful and pushy experience with their "sales person". They said their free estimate would take ***** minutes and that ended up taking more than three hours of them trying to push us to sign for a $30,000 roof quote for our 1600sq ft house which is astronomical. We continually said that we wouldn't be making a decision that night because of the cost. They continued to say things like "your roof is making the decision for you" which after reading other reviews is another one of their fear mongering tactics. We told them no several times and tried to get them to leave because it had been 3 hours, this now being about 10pm and they accused us of lying to them before they finally left. Then I have read of people in my area losing more than 50k on services that Dabella did not deliver after things were signed.DaBella

They employ door to door salesman that show up during dinner and ignore multiple No soliciting signs. Then they argue with you about what soliciting is until it becomes confrontational while trying to provoke the possible customer. If this is their marketing strategy it doesnt work. Next time they ignore the signs and want to argue Ill just call the police and press charges for trespassing. Tried to contact the company but was shuffled around from call center to call center. Im not a customer and actually Im looking around at some of the same services but will never use them due to this. The no soliciting signs are to **** off prowlers. If they ignore those signs that kinda puts them in the possible prowler category. Da Bella had better make sure their policies are being followed or someone is bound to get hurt. Blatant disregard/disrespect and aggressiveness doesnt sell.DaBella

Dabella is using scare tatics to try and get senior citizens to buy a new roof when their roof is fine and at way crazy cost. Quoted 30 K for a roof! When I know the roof is only 8 to 13 K Max. They have been canvasing the neighborhood telling everyone their roof is bad and they have mold. They say the siding is bad, then the windows need replacing. On houses that are only 20 years old. I really think DaBella needs to stop with these types of practices. Stop wasting so much time and stop sending out young kids who know nothing about roofs or home repairs. Be Honest and stop with the scare sign now tatics. I got quoted by a different company only 12K for everything and I could wait 2 or 3 more years.DaBella

I would not recommend this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. They came to my home unsolicited and because I needed a new roof, I agreed to an estimate only. Two men came to my home and one used high pressure tactics to get me to sign a contract even after saying I wasnt interested in spending that much for a roof multiple times. They were here for over 2 1/2 hours and I signed to get him to leave and because I had three days to get out of the contract. I did call to cancel the contract on day three however they said they would have to send out another salesman to come speak with me before they would cancel the contract. Because I did like their product, warranty and the price included replacing the decking I decided to let it ride even though they were much higher. I wished I hadnt. After several weeks the installer showed up on a Saturday and took my roof off, but the material for the new roof never showed up so they left. The installer came back on Monday and Tuesday mornings but the material still was not here and didnt get here until I called and complained to the local office on Tuesday late morning. After the material was delivered later that day without the decking and I called and asked where the decking was at. That is when I found out that the salesman made a mistake on the contract and Dabella wouldnt honor the contract unless I paid more for the decking. I refused. They claimed that the salesman texted me and that I agreed to no decking weeks before. However, that is a lie. He never texted me. Why would I call and ask about it if I had already agreed? They faked the text and I told the DM I can prove it when he called. He didnt care. I asked for a partial refund and he refused. Now I have a very expensive roof, especially due to the fact that they didnt replace the decking which was included in the price of the contract. Dont use this company. A contact means nothing to them and they will lie and cheat you.DaBella

We needed a quote for siding and windows replacement. Sale **** were very aggressive and intimidating. Not sure because Im an Asian American and my husband is black? The sale man would not leave unless we sign the contract. He finally agreed to leave to get coffee so hubby and I can have a discussion and when hes back we should be ready to sign! I had to ask him to leave and do not return.They then kept calling my husband phone so my husband made an appointment with them thinking they are a local contractor for a quote on roofing. A young men show up in his Tesla greeting me and said hes here to give us a quote on siding!?!! Obviously theyve been keeping our files active! When he found out we need a quote on the roof, he got up on our attic took a few photos, sat us down and started talking about how we need to upgrade our ventilation on the attic and asked how much we want to spend on the project and that how much warranty we want?!! Refuses to give us a quote for roof replacement. After a while he said if he presents us a quote we have to sign it there and then. I then asked him to leave and said I would not sign or buy anything impulsively, so dont waste his time. He finally left and screamed at us on his way out I hope you dont get scam! Its almost too funny to be true! So unprofessional. NO DOBELLA for life. Id rather support small local businesses!!!DaBella
