      Worst company ever!!!!! Do not use this company!!!! ******* Oazeta came out this past Wednesday to give us a quote on siding and windows. Our appointment was for 2pm. She was late and did not call to let us know she was running late. She was here over 4 hours and had to reschedule because her estimation program was not working. She was supposed to come back this Thursday at 2pm but called after 2pm to tell us she was still with her first appointment of the day and rescheduled yet again for today at 2pm. Did not show and when we reached out to her she said they are same day business which doesnt work for us! We never got a quote! She raved about the companies honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. If this is what they think is excellence they are sadly mistaken. Worst company ever!!!! They do not deserve even one star! Do not waste your time!

      **** ***** did an amazing job presenting for DaBella. He made sure to take time to focus on my specific needs and lay out all possible options. Because of my personal situations at the moment, I did not go through with a purchase yet. But because of ****, I will be calling DaBella if I decide to go through with this project.

      **WARNING** VANCOUVER WASHINGTON **WARNING I am APPALLED THAT the salesmen for ******* as they had to write their own review after I complained about them taking advantage of an 84yo woman with Dementia over the phone. I noticed that all reviews are with first names and last initials and then there is *********** completely spelled out. The date on this review is right after I called with my complaint about ELDERLY ABUSE AND THEFT BY DECEPTION!! Maybe IMPERSONATION should be added to the list!This lady doesnt have any access to go online to write a review, nor does she have an email address that was on a contract that she was pressured to sign.I bet the two names that were stared out are **** ****** and ******** *******.PLEASE READ THE REVIEW FROM PRISCILLAGALLANT - DATED 02/25/2025 - NOT HERS!!Perscillas son Review dated 02/28/2025 ******* *. IF THIS IS REVIEWED BY CORPORATE, PLEASE PROVIDE A WAY FOR A CONTACT - AS PERSONAL INFORMAITON IS NOT ALLOWED and your/mine number will be stared out.Early February two men working for DaBella canvassing the neighborhood where ********* ******* lives and had knocked on her door. ********* is 84-years old with dementia. Priscillas son ******* ******* has power of attorney in place and has for a few years.Through this visit, ********* was told that her outer walls were holding moisture and pressured her to purchase siding.Although she was told that people would see her home and decide to buy the siding for themselves and that ********* would be like a "sample".Through signing the contract, the salesmen ILLEGALLY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED THE CONTRACT FOR HER and created a false email address. So now there is a loan for $36,698.02 (65K with interest) that she has no way to be paid.PLEASE CONTACT ME AS THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO THIS EVENT THAT CAN BE PLACED HERE IN THIS BOX. ************** ***** G Help the other elderly people before it happens to them!!

      We have fulfilled all of our contractual obligations with honesty and respect, and the project was carried out with the professionalism and integrity that reflect our core values: We Lead. We Care. We Grow. DaBella does not operate in any manner that could be perceived as taking advantage of elderly individuals or those with cognitive impairments.
      That said, we are reviewing this situation with the utmost care to ensure full transparency.       I reject these comments as **** and Donavynn are Not involved in my complaint, it was **** ****** and ******** *******-*******. Please keep complaints and phony compliments separated. Just like the phony review from on 2/25/25 it's not from your customer. I'll bet 40% of your positive reviews are not from your customers but from your. ***NOTE*** NO INVESIGATION OUTSIDE OF DABELLA. I'll pray for the other elderly people that awaits the DaBella's high pressure path as I'm sure there will be others!!PLEASE BEWARE!!

      Deceptive door-to-door marketing. Initial sales pitch is not truthful when describing the no-obligation appointment. I had an extremely pleasant and professional tech for the home appointment, however they use high-pressure sales tactics to get you to commit during their visit. After the appointment, your phone will explode with calls once per hour. The product and education seemed valuable. I may have signed up had I not been lied to.

      Ketrell was great. I did not have a ******. The sales practice was deceptive. A *** named ****** came to my front door and advised HE would be the one coming to measure my windows if I scheduled an appointment. He said not to worry when the scheduler called to confirm, that they will say ***** minutes but dont worry it doesnt take that long. He also promised I could continue working during the visit and that he would simply leave a quote for me to review. ****** went on and on about how this is what separates DaBella from the rest. ******* did great at my house, however it was certainly not what I was expecting. It was a high-pressure sales pitch which took over 90 minutes. This is deceptive. I wasnt left with one piece of information to refer back to.
