      ****** is beautiful, but their follow through on end details is horrible. There was a problem in one area, they incorrectly trimmed our outdoor basement door to the point we could not open the door. We have called many times and we are always promised that someone will get in touch to resolve the problem, but no one ever does. Crappy cystomer service.

      My first contact with DaBella I had a good opinion. the salesman was affable. The window installers were friendly and professional, except for killing part of a **** under a front window with their ladder. Now why the one star? At the first installation I discovered that the salesman had messed up the order and combined 2 windows into one. When the mistake was discovered DaBella first wanted me to pay **** extra because of the salesman's mistake (he had quit). They already had to remake the laundry room window and had forgotten the full screens for all the windows. Not to mention that the salesman had told us that the windows were tripled panes and were reflective so that no one can see in. Lies! Well I thought all was handled when a young lady came out and took a look at the situation and had them order both windows. I signed a tablet (thought it was an acknowledgment of the new situation) it wasn't, it was that the job was completed to my satisfaction. Which they immediately turned into the finance company. I had been told by the installers to not sign the job complete until it was to my satisfaction. So when they finished the job I signed the job completed paperwork the installers gave me thinking that this was when the loan would start. WRONG. She had the loan company start the clock ticking a month earlier. I would be very VERY CAUTIOUS in dealing with this company. Plus I have since discovered that I could have gotten the same windows for Half the cost.*****************. BUYER BEWARE

      The salesmen are incredibly pushy, inconsiderate, and high-pressure. They would not take not for an answer and I felt incredibly uncomfortable. All I wanted was a quote and I got a 2 hour high-pressure sales pitch.

      ***********, *****, was very knowledgeable and explained the quality of their products and process. The installation team did a great job installing my new roof and cleaning up my property when the job was completed. I recommend DaBella for your roofing needs!

      I am so glad I had DaBella come to my house and replace the roofing and install gutter guards. The work was done in time, and the roof looks amazing. The men worked hard and fast. They were patient with my questions and made me feel comfortable as I watched.

      I had an appointment with a representative of dabellas for 2:00 today September 1st. At 2:15 I called the ******************** to find out where he was. They checked and yes my appointment was for 2:00.He then checked to find out why no one had shown up.His answer was that they are not licensed in *********** yet and no one should have made an appointment. WHAT THE ****, ARE THEY THAT COMPETENT AND SLOPPY.No one called to let me know that. Really poor business practices. Never will work with them. If I could I would leave 0 stars

      There canvassing on properties with *** SOLICITATION signs at entrance. The door-to-door guys travel in pairs and are rude. They are argumentative & disagree & say that they arent soliciting. They have canvassed our facility each of the last 3 months & within the week following a different tenant has been either broken into or something stolen from their rental property. I called police and police told them not to come on our premises & that they are in fact soliciting and trespassing. This company needs to loose its business ****** license.

      Let me state now that DaBella was very professional at all times when dealing with me and my wife. We're both 69 and are well aware of scams and pressure. There was Nothing like that when dealing with the project manager Dods, in fact he was very careful to ask us if we understood everything. I have 40 years in the construction industry and did roofing too, so I'm very aware of 'high-pressure' sales tactics. There was nothing like that when speaking with Dods. He walked us through the process, showed us pictures from our roof and answered our questions about the project.The crew was very professional, and they did the job quickly (2 days on a **** sq ft home) and the finished result was excellent. They had a roll-off canister for the refuse and after they were done with the roof, they spent several hours on the cleanup. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the cleanup crew and they actually groomed the debris out of our gravel!Overall, I give the company and the crew who replaced our tired roof a solid 5 stars. Recommend this company 100%, I live in ********** ** and used the office near me.

      Other reviewers accurately describe Dabellas high-pressure sales tactics. Salesmen used predatory tactics on my 89-year old mother who was hooked because they told her that shed have a new shower in one day. They wore her down until she signed a contract on the spot and financed almost 14K. When she confessed to her family, we told her it was her money and shed be happy with the new shower. But because of an air vent that the salesmen did not take into account, my ******* old mother lived for almost 3 weeks with a demolished hole in her bathroom instead of a shower. In the end, Dabella made my mother pay extra for a shower that took 3 weeks to install. Lessons learned: 1) Dont leave elderly relatives alone with Dabella salesmen. 2) Dont allow elderly relatives to sign a Dabella contract without asking enough questions to understand how the prices, discounts, and total costs stated in the contract add up. 3) If there is an unforeseen problem, Dabella is unable to get new materials as quickly as promised, reschedule subcontractors quickly, or follow through on rescheduled dates (my mothers was rescheduled 3 times). 4) Dabellas installation subcontractors are very nice, do excellent work, and go above and beyond what is required. 5) In the end, Dabella will think theyve done right by customers who pay extra for an installation that, through no fault of the customer, takes much longer than promised. Advice: think twice (or five times) before signing a change order (or an original contract) or before letting Dabella salesmen into your house (or the house of anyone you love).
