      We made an appointment with the ******-based location of DaBella for a shower replacement. We were given a price, signed a contract, and put down a deposit. Five days later, we received a call from our sales person's manager saying that the price we were quoted was too low and they were cancelling our contract; that is unless we agreed to pay another $3000+ on top of the contracted price. (Otherwise known as your standard "bait and switch.") While any reputable company should/would honor a signed contract, we were shocked to learn that DaBella can cancel a homeowner's contract for basically any reason within 60 days, yet the homeowner is only given a 3-day window to rescind. We declined to pay $3000 more than our contracted agreement, and DaBella said they would refund our deposit. After more than a week, that still hasn't happened. I placed another call to the company and was told it could take another **** days for our money to be refunded. Buyer beware.

      Da Bella ID salesman are pushy and unwilling to listen to customer's needs and desires. On Aug 21, 23, I allowed two Da Bella sales people into my home to provide a supposedly 60 to 90 min Window presentation. All 29 windows were measured. Over several hours later, the salesman, *********************, would not take "No" for an answer. I finally agreed to be charged $7,911 for three "All Side/Glass Wing" double paned AR gas filled vinyl slider windows (qty 2: 60"x 36"x 96" and qty 1: 72" x 48"x 120") and their installation. I really had no idea the cost comparison to other windows of same construction. A week before, I had talked to ******** Windows and they were about $4K per window and installation, I paid in full for Da Bella windows with personal Credit Cards. That night I received a phone call from another All Side Window mfg rep and was told I could receive a much lower price quote; I scheduled a visit.The next day I decided to with draw my order or at least place it on hold for 5 days. I called ****************************** and shared my idea. He started to present many cheaper options that were not present the night before. I just wanted more time to compare. He only want all the details of why I wanted to change my mind. I would not provide all my reasons because I knew from the previous day's visit he would take all my objections and turn them against me. He told me I was being *** and wasting his time by play games. He told me he did not need my order and that he had plenty of other customers that loved him. I asked for confirmation of Order Cancellation. He hung up on me. Later that day, I replied to emailed order asking for Order cancellation. No reply.Aug 25, 23, I noticed a Pending $5,000 Da Bella charge on one of my two Credit Cards. I read the Da Bella contract, I needed to have print, sign and email the Order Cancellation with in 3 Business Days in order to cancel. Now I will have to spend more time to Dispute this Charge with my ********************

      My project with DaBella Vinyl Windows was a pleasant experience. The project was explained by ******* at length as to window materials, construction, window styles, energy efficiency, window operation, etc. Each window (6) to be replaced was inspected and measured both inside and outside our home to determine the scope of work needed. My home has stucco siding with no exterior window shutters.. As part of the contract, DaBella provided written detail regarding the full extent of work to be performed and the impact to extra costs and labor if there were any work deviations from the original contract. We felt that this was an important part of the contract and were glad that ******* provided this to our satisfaction.Before the new windows were manufactured, a visit was made by a contractor to do "critical measurements" of each window size and inspect for anything unique about old window disassembly for removal. The installers were careful to first laydown adhesive polysheets (carpet film) from the front door to each room where windows were to be removed and replaced. The installers where also kind enough to help move furniture from around the window work areas.Installation of my windows was unremarkable, my family just stayed out of their way and let them do their work. Caulking around the window frames both inside and outside was complete and professional looking.All debris was removed from work areas and carpets were vacuumed. Thank you very much!As a final touch, the installers were kind enough to hang my window blinds back up as their weight was too much for me to handle alone.********

      They ignore no soliciting signs and knock on your door anyway. As soon as I pointed it out, the walked over to the next house with the same no soliciting sign and did the same thing. The 2 solicitors were extremely arrogant, they cursed at me, and told me I couldn't afford a roof. Don't trust a company that chooses not to respect a simple request.

      08/22/2023 1.0 Scamming an 80 year old Elderly Couple for Siding and Roof repair at it's best. - Pressured an 80 year old couple to enter into work on Roof and Siding - Pressured an 80 year old couple to finance replacement of 10 year old roof and siding. - Pressured an 80 year old couple to accept incomplete, shoddy and over-priced Roof and Siding. - Ignored and gave lip service repeatedly when requested for refund, completion, documentation and original work requested. Charged for services NOT rendered,Description of Work:Leak around skylight was original issue. DaBella pressured 80 year old couple to replace 10 year old roof at 2x the cost of new roof and finance it when a repair was needed. The leak still exists. Siding is still not complete and doorbells are covered up and not operable.

      Had our siding done, and was told that someone would be by to get the leftover plywood. No one came (there's 10 sheets left). I have called and emailed so many people and alls we are told is they will look into it. We had to have an electrician come out and remove our meter because we had dry rote. And was told by our representative that sold us the siding that we would be reimbursed. It was $1396, and none of our outside lights, doorbell, or electrical plugs was put back. There is still material left over from the soffits that wasn't done all the way(we asked for all of them to be done and only two were). I just wish I could put up all the pics as well. We paid way to much for an incomplete job. Although my wife and I are happy with the siding and it looks great. We just wish they completed the job.

      My wife and I were ripped off.The salesman wrote up a bid for the windows and price, and we agreed with the bid. Then they sent us an e-mail document that had lesser quality windows for the same price. We did not notice the difference in quality and signed the e-mail document. We talked to a DaBella representative but he said DaBella would not honor the bid because we signed the e-mailed document.If you sign anything make sure you carefully read the e-mail document or you might get ripped off.

      DaBella did an awesome job installing windows at my house. It took several weeks for the custom windows to arrive but the instinct took a few hours. The workers were polite and professional. Id recommend them to anyone. ??

      Received great service from Dabella from start to finish. *******. That came out and showed me your product explained the materials being used and the process to install. Also answered all questions I had and worked with me to get lowest finance so I could afford payments. Two days before install materials were delivered and the day the installers came they went right to work and had roof torn off in 7 hours. Next day they were back at 7:30am and were finished putting new roof on by noon. During install they were very nice and answered any questions I had about the roof. She finished they cleaned up quickly and left. Great Job.
