Dabella sales rep ******************* came out to our home to give my husband a bid of almost $37,000 to replace our windows. This kid was scheduled to show up at 2pm and got here at noon, and when I home from work at almost 6pm he was still here! He tried to sales pitch me then when he couldn't get my buy in he became offensive. When he was leaving he had the audacity to ask my husband if he could call him if he ran out of gas, and my husband being the nice person he is told him yes. I am so glad I checked out Real Reviews because he out tight lied to me about them.I will not be doing business with this company.

I received a voicemail stating I was a finalist for the $15,000 sweepstakes. I hesitantly called back and the guy on the phone confirmed I was a finalist and that they wanted to send out a guy to take a look to make sure it was something that they could do. Once the guy got to my house, he tried to sell me on products and stated that by getting a quote, Id be entered into this years drawing for the sweepstakes. Very scammy sales tactics, not to mention, overpriced/inflated products.

Being new to the area, I searched for a window replacement company and the first to respond to me was *********************** from DaBella. I was very impressed with the detailed explanation of the windows construction and performance. Dannyn was very professional and answered all my many questions at the visit and quite quickly through text messages.

******* looks beautiful! There were some miscommunications along the way, but ultimately, the issue was solved to my satisfaction.

Reps were at my home on 7/9 and were very insistent. I have read other reviews on the BBB website about aggressive sales tactics and I must agree as I saw it first-hand. I initially felt that they had reasonable prices (not the lowest as I had other bids) and decided to sign a contract with them on 7/9 and applied for their financing (which was approved on the spot). After contract execution, I was informed that some on would set up an appointment to come out to obtain final measurements prior to the fabrication of windows. I followed up several times as the vendor was not responsive after contract execution, I did not hear from them to obtain measurements and had to follow up several times as a result. 7/27 - received a phone call from the 'regional manager' I believe his name was ****** and he stated that he could not honor the contract that we had signed as the sales person classified one 8' window as a 'single' window, when it should have been charged as 'three' separate windows. They wanted to upcharge me ****+. Keep in mind that this conversation took place almost one month after contract execution, and DaBella charged a deposit, ran a hard credit inquiry, and held my $650 deposit without issue. When I reminded them that they signed a contract the manager stated that they wouldn't be willing to do the job for the agreed-upon price. This company does not abide by their contracts, which leads me to believe that I could also not count on any guarantees or promises they made while at my home (which im sure includes their "50 years to life" warranty". The contract itself also stated that they provide a " year DaBella Labor warranty, while they also claim a 50 year warranty on their windows and installation (which is a direct contradiction on the contract itself).

After a cold-call, door-to-door lead generator came to our door, followed by a pushy phone call, two DaBella sales guys showed up to ostensibly give us a quote for some new windows, but what we actually got was a really hard sales pitch for what seemed like a really high price for three windows. After well over two hours when we declined to sign their contract, and made it clear that we weren't interested they started getting rude and wouldn't leave. Finally, my wife had to get intense with them before they finally left (they still sat out in their running truck in front of our house for another 20 minutes). I would never use this company as this business is clearly not working from a model of integrity or customer service just based on the rude, hard sales pitch they inflict on you just to get a quote. We felt harassed and if they show up again I will definitely NOT be letting them on my property. I would recommend using a smaller, local contractor where the owner of the business is directly involved over one of these large national companies.

I feel harassed by this company. They came over to my house yesterday evening talking about quotes. They came back today to "just give an inspection" (spoiler alert: they lied to one of my roommate's face). They stayed here for nearly three hours, absolutely overstaying their welcome. We gave them plenty of opportunities to leave. My roommate got home during their overstayed visit and she felt very uncomfortable due to their commentary to her regarding the situation. Their strategy in selling is manipulative and rooted in harassment. They attempt to make you feel guilty by having conversations with their manager, supposedly, and a "worse" situation in your neighborhood (ours was a neighbor with a leaky roof). They knocked off $24,000 from our original quote because of deceit. This company is not honest in their practices and they harassed my entire household.

It was a complete pleasure to work with ********************* during the entire siding project. He provided an extremely competitive bid and even though he wasn't the absolute lowest, I chose DaBella to do the work because of him and the thoroughness of his word. I absolutely couldn't have had a better experience. The work was done by C and A Contracting with ****** checking in with me and them almost daily. I'm thrilled with the result of both DaBella and C and A contracting and they would be my first call if I needed any additional work.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if i didn't have to! We met with the saleman for DaBella to do replace our roof and we were sold on the presentation and decided to go with them. The very next night the salesman showed up at our house at 8pm unexpectedly wanting us to sign the loan documents. We were so put off by him just showing up unannounced at night time and said we had changed our mind. A "manager" then contacted us and came out and said that if we don't go with them we would still have to pay $11,000 regardless b/c of the binding contract. We were also promised a gift card at the end of the job. The job was completed in the end of January. We had ZERO follow up! a $27,000 dollar job and not one call to follow up....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The installers broke 2 solar lights that they never mentioned until i noticed and had to call for them to come back and fix, and by fixing they just put tape around it. I also called about nobody coming out to pick up nails and shingles that were still all over my yard and driveway, black marks they left all around my house, and tears in window screens. I called several times, left lots of messages, and never heard back from the so called "project manager" for my job. I called and spoke to someone else in the office who said they would tell him to call us and we FINALLY got a call in APRIL!!!!!! I missed the call and when i returned the call and even texted, once again i didn't hear back. I finally got ahold of someone in the office in JULY (again, project ended in January) who said they would send someone to clean up everything and look at the damage and said it would happen by July 12th.....it is now the 22nd and i have yet to see anyone. It is the worst customer service i have ever had in my entire life and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Horrible, horrible company!! They were in my home for hours and wasted my entire evening. We negotiated a deal that would cost me $11,000, which is a lot of money to me, but apparently not to them. I gave them a $2,500 down payment and they told me they would be calling to set up an appointment. A nice lady called me the next day and said she would be my contact and would let me know when they would be coming to do the work. I was so excited to get the work done and I was anxious to get started. I waited for 2 months without any communication. I finally called and asked when they would be coming to start the work. After waiting on the phone a manager came to the phone and said, "Didn't anyone tell you? Your job is too small for us. If you had more work for us to do, then we could do it, but you're not spending enough money with us". Evidently, DaBella is not willing to keep the promise they made to me. They don't care for the little people, which is how they made me feel. They only care for those who can afford to spend $$$$$$. Who treats people like that?? DaBella does! They don't care about you unless you're willing to give them a lot of money. And apparently a written agreement with a substantial down payment doesn't mean a thing to them. Such a pitiful lack of integrity. I've never been more disappointed is a "professional" organization as I am with DaBella -- I'm so very disappointed in their lack of concern for me and their unwillingness to do what's right. Stay away from this company - they tell a nice story upfront, take your money, and then treat you like a low-life. I'm just so sad they couldn't find a way to make good on their agreement, so sad.
