1 starCame to my home solicited me for quotes on about every part of my home. Agreed to an appointment and a specific time they didnt even bother to call or show up at all!! They called me the following evening making another solicited call to try again! I simply told them I was no longer interested due to their no show and she kept badgering me and finally I had to just hang up. Terrible all the way around!!Review fromSteve B

1 starSeems like their main selling tactic is to pressure you into signing a deal right on the spot at an outrageous price (45k) for a roof replacement. The salesman tried to lie and say that 6 of our neighbors already signed up to buy roofs from them just that day he was in our neighborhood (false after talking to neighbors). The salesman wouldn't leave our house even though we clearly communicated that the price wasn't going to work for us. He told us he would keep giving us time to think it over, meanwhile it is 830pm and we just want to continue cooking our dinner that he interrupted by being there for 2.5 hrs. Overall, just a nightmare of a salesman, and I couldn't even imagine doing business with a shady company even if their prices were normal.Review fromDelauna S.

1 starI need a new roof on my house. I had received several estimates. I will be honest, I was really impressed by the DaBella product itself. The sales person was a nightmare! First of all she was here over 2 hours. She asked me the companies I had quotes from. When I told her she constantly bad-mouthed them nonstop (big turn off for me). When they quoted me the estimate of around $35,000 my jaw dropped to the floor. Long story short, she kept calling her manager and they would reduce the price. She said the offer was only good that day. I told her I would never give her an answer that day. She did not except that answer. She was relentless! I finally told her my answer was NO and to please leave. After around 10 minutes later, I had to tell her if she didn't leave I was going to call the police and get a restraining order. It doesn't end there. She came right back, and said she could lower the price even more. Around 2 weeks later the company called me and said they wanted to come to my house and talk to me in which I said absolutely not. I was getting out of the shower and there was someone ringing my door **** constantly over and over. I thought it was my grandkids so I wrapped my towel around me and cracked the door open. It was DaBella! There was a sellsman and another guy who I assume was the boss since he had a suit jacket on. I don't like to judge others but he looked like a used car salesman. I was FURIOUS!! The sad part of this story is that I most likely would have bought their product it the hadn't bad-mouthed other businesses, the price was around the other quotes and their wasn't high pressure salesman.Review fromSara D

We purchased DaBella windows for our entire home in 2021. They were installed with damaged parts. We submitted a warranty claim in October 2021 and we still do not have the issues resolved. The warranty company has been so slow to process that I have now threatened legal action. As for the quality of the windows - what a terrible disappointment! Warped weep holes, locks that don't work properly, etc. Today I am sending a letter to the **** Maybe he can help.

1 starI feel harassed by this company and specifically ***********************. I requested a quote for new siding on my house and was scheduled for a 2pm visit on 8/17. The sales rep showed up on time, but held me hostage at my own home until 5:15pm making me feel very uncomfortable and I was honestly contemplating calling police based on the sheer lack of willingness to leave upon request from inside my home for over 30+minutes. Their strategy in selling is manipulative and rooted in harassment. I remained consistent in my message that I was absolutely not signing/buying anything that day, and needed just an understanding of the total cost. Beyond the harassment, I was also quoted a $26,500 job for a roughly 800 sqft siding project which was completely insane (getting additional quotes in the $10-15k range after this visit). A company like this deserves to fail and I hope this message warns others before getting sucked into these dishonest sales tactics.Review fromBrandy J

1 starTheir two estimators/salesmen ****** and ******) did a thorough inspection of the roof, including from inside the attic, and the results were eye-opening!Great job talking about the products, the company, and the installers. Definitely up front on the costs and the expected work, not hiding anythin about costs. But wouldn't leave until we wrote a review on the two guys, who then took a photo of the review before they finally left.Check the reviews closely. You'll find they are almost exclusively written about the salesmen, possibly written while they are in the room with the reviewers, stating they needed to take a screenshot of the review "for their boss," when though the review could be checked online later. (He actually took a picture of my phone with the review on the screen.)Would not leave any type of estimate or paperwork when they left. When I mentioned emailing an estimate to us a couple times they ignored what I said and kept talking about the quality of their work.It reminded me of high pressure car sales tactics. this ******/dabella home improvement outfit is for the birds.there are other professional companies that are out there doing good work, so past on dabella/****** home improvement because it's far from a he improvement.you will be sorry that you hired them!!DaBella
