    I placed an order on 8/21/24 totaling $113.00. Company stated it would be delivered on 8/26/24. It's 8/30/24. 1 have tried to call company. The wait time is 2.5 or 3 hours to talk with someone for 2 days in a row. I tried doing the online chat. Wait time for that is 40 minutes. I called 1800flowers. They are in a group of businesses that share all the same billing and customer information. No matter who you order from all your invoices are together. 1800flowers told me they couldn't help in anyway. My order states that it is still being processed. It isn't even ready to ship. They have my money and there is no way to reach them, but to wait 2.5 or 3 hours on the phone. I can wait 40 minutes to chat on the computer, but there is no way to know if that will be a person or a computer. I am stuck in *****.

    I ordered a $60ish dollar gift basket to be delivered for a sympathy gift the day before a funeral. I paid $20 for quick shipping. The day it was to be delivered it hadnt even been packed up to send. I contacted the company via chat. They did immediately offer me my expedited shipping fee back. However buyer beware if you have a gift you need delivered they ARE NOT RELIABLE. They take your money and say they can deliver, but do not. I asked if they can overnight it and they will not bc the order wasnt even ready to ship. I have to now scramble to find something else to send my friends family for a funeral tomorrow. I have ordered wolfermans before and had a similar delayed shipping experience. They said they will issue a full refund, so I dont need anything more from them, but encourage others to reconsider giving them any business.

    I placed one order with Wolfermans Bakery. At the time of the order I requested to not be added to any email lists. For months I have been getting numerous emails from this company each week. I have tried to unsubscribe at least a dozen times. I have also called many times and was told the emails will stop. I realize it's just an email but I want them to to stop. This company can not seem to respect my wishes. I won't order from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. It's too bad because the person who received my gift of baked good really like it.

    I cannot get this company to stop emailing me. I have unsubscribed on numerous occasions. I have called and have been told I will no longer get emails and yet everyday I get an email from Wolfermans.

    This company canceled an order with 6 English muffins packages and TOLD me they were replacing my order with a basket with 2 packages of muffins. FOR THE SAME PRICE. A blatant RIP OFF.     I placed an order with Wolferman's Bakery for a Christmas gift. The promised delivery date was no later than 12/13/23. On 12/15/23 I had still not received the item and could see that it was messed ** in shipping. I chatted with customer service and explained that this was a gift that I needed no later than the 16th of December or it would be useless. Customer service agent agreed to overnight another package to me so I would receive it on the 16th and told me that if I did not receive it that they would cancel the order. I did receive a package on the 16th, but it was not what I ordered. I called back and was told that they could not cancel the order and that I could not talk to a supervisor. Worst customer service ever. Would never order from them again!

    Placed 2 orders with many items. Tracking showed that nearly all the items were delivered to other places across the country and NOT to me. Of all the items I ordered, I only received 2 total and they were both incorrect. One was a jam sampler with the incorrect jam. The other was a Christmas Banquet sampler with the incorrect muffin flavor inside. Spent nearly 2 hours total on phone on 2 different occasions regarding these issues. Both times I was promised replacement orders. Requested replacement order confirmation email and tracking numbers, but neither was provided to me. I was guaranteed delivery of the replacement orders by today's date, but I still did not receive items. Reached out to customer service a 3rd time and asked for tracking and they could not give me the new tracking numbers. They only had old tracking numbers from the original order that already showed as delivered to another state. I requested a full refund of both orders. I was then told they would process a refund immediately; but while in the process of "refunding" my money they suddenly said they could not do it and I would have to call another phone number to address my "concerns."     I receive multiple emails daily from Wolferman's Gourmet. I have unsubscribed daily, but the emails still keep coming. They do not honor their unsubscribe feature. In fact there were more emails after I tried to unsubscribe. I would like them to stop sending me solicitations. I see that other people have also filed complaints with the BBB about this.

    I placed an order (W01005859618906) on 4/29/2023 in the amount of $81.98 as a mother's day gift with guaranteed delivery "Arrives On or Before: 05/12/2023". After numerous delays and the company trying to switch out items they apparently no longer had in stock with items the recipient was allergic to without any communication to me that they were doing so, I eventually had the order canceled and refunded after Mother's Day. I have since tried on regular occasions to have my email removed from their mailing list. It has been months, and I am still receiving the emails, and now I am getting multiple emails from them a day. I now consider this harassment and do not want any more communication from them, but I can't get it to stop. From reading other complaints here, I am not alone in this.

We also have sent an email to our Enterprise Email Operations to suppress any and all promotional emails.
