    I placed an order for a sympathy gift on 1/30/25, the data range to have this delivered started with 2/6/25 and when 2/6/25 came, i didn't see that the order moved past confirmed so i called. They told me that it was going to be delivered before 2/12/25 which was too late so we made arrangements for 2/9/25 delivery expedited. On 2/7/25 they called me to tell me the item is out of stock, i switched the item. On 2/7/25 later in the date they called to tell me the new item was out of stock so we picked a new item. Then they told me that my pay pal was not verified and i got an email about a payment issue. No one could explain he payment issue when I called and assured me everything was ok . I got an email shortly after advising my order was cancelled. I called 2/8/2025 and they told me because they ordered it, i wouldn't be able to track it but it is now scheduled to be delivered on 2/10/25. There were no payment issues and i was good. I called 2/10/25 to check on the status and they told me it was set to be delivered 2/12/25 which was not what i paid for. She switched it to 2/11/25 expedited. This is a terrible experience trying to send a very expensive basket to console someone for the loss of a loved one. Lets hope it actually arrives tomorrow. You are better off going to the supermarket, purchasing items there or from Home goods, put in a box and ship through ****, at least you know it was mailed and you can track the delivery. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This business is also under the Harry and David ******** so they just lost our business.

    If I could give them a zero I would. My order never went past its confirmed status. Then when I called they couldnt find my order yet I have emails and also can see it online. Heres the kicker, because they cant find my order (although half of them can find it and half of them cant) they cant refund my money. So I am out $93 dollars because they cant refund it a freaking joke. Terrible company

    I placed an order for three gifts...each to be delivered to different addresses. Thankfully two of my gifts arrived to my family members before Christmas...but the box that was to arrive at my house (which was a gift for a local family member) was cancelled without any communication to me. I realized their incompetence when a Wolferman's box arrived...I excitedly opened it only to find not ONE thing was in my order. I called to ask what happened, but when I went online to get their number and look at my order status, it read "Cancelled". I never cancelled my order. I called and she apologized and said she would reorder what I had wanted. (I will spare you the details of that conversation...let's just suffice it to say...it was ridiculous from a customer service standpoint.) She GUARANTEED I would have my box by Christmas Eve. It's now Dec. 27. No box. I called just now...there's no pending order even (like the previous *** had promised me). Why is there no pending order?--because they don't even have the product in stock. This second gal said I received a credit already for that order. Lo and behold...my card did not reflect any kind of credit. She kept saying it would be coming. So, thank you, Wolferman's, for your poor service. I am not confident I will even receive my credit because they can't even bother to tell me they had initially cancelled my order. Very sad. All the *** would say was sorry....such and such is our policy. How about a quicker refund?

    If I could give zero stars, I would! I ordered a month early for Christmas and selected a delivery date of 12/18/24. When the package did not arrive by 12/20, I called the company (now owned by Harry & David) and was assured it would arrive on 12/24. It did not arrive at all. On 12/26 I was told that the company had run out of product. We are not talking about emeralds mined from earth here. Its a bakeryjust bake some more! As of 12/27, I asked for a full refund, which I guess I will receive, and was told to wait 5-7 business days to see the credit on my account. Funny how they charged me immediately yet I am to wait two weeks with holidays and weekends before I see my refund. Do not engage this company for business; they deserve to go out of business!

    Muffins are nowhere near as good as I remember them being. I ordered a six pack and only four packs showed up. I've requested a replacement twice already and they haven't shown up. Third time, I asked for a partial refund and was told they'd only refund 50% of the shipping costs. Don't risk it!

    Placed an order Oct 19th for several Christmas gifts for delivery Dec 13th. All but one arrived on schedule. One did not arrive. When it didn't arrive I checked order status and found shipping company never received product to ship. Called customer service Dec 16th who offered to replace the missing item and have it delivered by Dec 20th. Item never arrived. Called Dec 23, no record of Dec 16th conversation, and don't have the product now so can send a substitute and earlist delivery is Jan 28th. Talked to supervisor and finally got a delivery of similiar product for Dec 31st. we shall see.

    I just received a gift box of Wolvermans English muffins. I was Shocked when I read the ingredients. Blue food dyes, bad seed oils, modified food starch and more. I would Not feed these to my dog. How can this company stay in business. These ingredients can be cancer causing, especially the food dyes.

    I ordered two baskets for Christmas gifts and they didn't arrive on the date they were to arrive. They took my money and cancelled my order without any notice to me at all. They can email confirmation of order, that shipment is sending, but nothing that they cancelled order and yet kept my money. I had to call and inquire and be told on phone it was cancelled. Then I was told it would be 7-10 days to get my refund. I at least got them to refund in two days instead. They wanted to reorder for me, but I have no faith that this company can perform as they failed to do so without contact of their cancellation. I have never had service like this from a company and will not try to use them again and will never recommend them.

    Placed order on December 4th. One confirmation email. Nothing since. Called December 13th and 15th. **************** is awful. Hard to understand. Put on hold numerous times. Still no further emails or product received. Do not have much hope of receiving. Would leave zero stars since nothing has been resolved

    I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received any update on it. When you go to the 'Contact Us' section on their site all you have is an option to mail them a letter or chat on line. I have tried chatting on line and have waited for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone then give up. It's ridiculous that you can not get any customer support.
