Company automatically adds high shipping fees ($24.99) to ALL holiday orders. Holiday catalogue website lists lower cost "Standard" shipping fee IS available ($8.99). Website says lower "standard fee" shipping dates are available for December mid-week delivery, but site auto-populates range which includes higher cost shipping dates (weekends and holidays). Customer cannot override higher cost delivery day in date range. Called **************** and they were unable to assist. This practice is highly deceptive.Business Response

Company does not honor the unsubscribe. I have for the past 3 weeks unsubscribed daily to be removed from their email list. EVERYDAY I receive emails from them. I have emailed the company and have been told that my email has been deleted, my address removed from the catalog and yet I am STILL receiving email from them everyday. I am rejecting this response because:I HAVE NOT HAD ISSUES WITH TEXT MESSAGES OR CATALOGS.
Harry & David DOES NOTIFY OR communicate that it takes seven business days to stop emails. They have an unsubscribe feature that does not work. The staff is not aware of how to stop these emails as well. After weeks and three now four communications and still it is wrong. I am STILL receiving emails as of this morning and after an email from ****, it appears a Harry and David has a secondary email program which some people miss. I dont know how I can miss it, when Im not even aware of where it is what it is or how theres a secondary email program. And again why isnt the staff trained on a secondary email program?
Frustratingly is the fact that Im having problems with emails and yet the response was in regards to text messages?!?!?!?
Harry and David and instruct me on how to stop text messages. David stated that they would look into why I was still receiving EMAILS.

I have recently made a purchase online from Wolferman's Bakery. Everything regarding my order was wonderful. My issue is that now I receive multiple marketing emails every single day that I do not wish to receive. I have unsubscribed every way possible, numerous times and I am still receiving these emails. I placed an order that was never delivered to me so I contacted Wolferman's and they refunded me for that order. So, I placed a ''replacement order'' and paid EXTRA to have it expedited and delivered on a certain date: 5/17/23 (since they screwed up the first time around and now I was pressed for time so I was forced to pay the extra fee). This is W01005863492746. Today is 5/17/23 and the order has not even shipped out and customer service will not provide me with any tracking information. They keep telling me to just wait for a shipping confirmation email. Obviously the order is not going to ARRIVE today, if it hasn't even't shipped from their facility yet! It's absurd customer service! I want the entire order cancelled at this point and a full refund, especially since they charge a large fee for expedited shipping and don't even ship the item out!! Their customer service department doesn't' speak English and the service is appalling, they cannot communicate a valid response. They read from a script over and over and never get anywhere. Previously, several of their agents refused to assist me with rectifying my order! Ordered a sympathy tower on 12/8/22 at 253 pm ET standard shipping. They billed my Citicard mc ending in **** *****. Received confirmation and later a delay veered order. When I say person on 23rd they never received anything. Spoke with Petagay in Jamaica. Call ended 945am az time and was 42 mins and 26 seconds long. Could not find me or recipient in order history. On 11/9/2022 I placed an order (#W01005833145834) for 10 gift baskets (Mix and Match 4-Bread Selection, Product 8203W) to be delivered to various recipients on/before 12/16/2022. Six of the 10 gift baskets have been lost and/or will not be filled based on conversation with representative on 12/18/2022 as they no longer produce that product. There was no communication to me regarding this and no regard from the company to advise their customers, which they have charged and been paid $326.73 for these gift baskets. After spending over an hour on the phone with an so called representative from the company, who basically reads from a script. I am seeking a full refund in the amount of $326.73 due to Wolferman's inability to fulfill their orders. I feel that the company has little to no regard for any customer service, except to take the money and fail to deliver the goods.Business Response

I ordered a Christmas order and I have two orders left to be delivered. The order to ********* and ********************* has no tracking number now and Ive called about it four times. Nobody can help me. They lie to me and tell me theyre going to submit a new order I never get the email from them. Theyre just sending me in a loop I need to know why they cant figure out what happened to this one particular order I made and I need somebody who is going to tell me the truth when they say theyre sending me the email about it I never get it. Previously requested to be removed from all unsolicited Mailings but continue to receive their catalog, which immediately is tossed into recycling.
