    Very frustrating experience! After many past orders through Wolferman's, I tried sending a gift basket to a sick friend. On 11/12/24, I placed an order and paid extra for the gift to be delivered on 11/14/24. I also paid extra to have a greeting card included. On 11/17/24 Wolferman's sent me two emails - one to apologize for the shipping delay, but saying that the item had now been shipped; the other email said that they forgot to include the greeting card. On 11/22/24, another email from Wolferman's saying that the item I ordered is out of stock. I emailed back the same day asking which of there emails was correct - was it shipped on 11/17, or is it out of stock. No response to my email. On 11/25/2024, I checked the Wolferman's website to get a status of my order and I opened an online chat. The representative said the order had not been shipped, but he would arrange for that order while I was online with him. At the end of the conversation, he said to check my account later for tracking information. On 11/26/24, the order was still not in my account, so I opened another chat session and was again assured that the order would be placed and I would get an email and/or phone call to confirm. On 11/30/24, an email from Wolferman's said my order was canceled and I would be issued a refund. That refund has not been processed and, more importantly, the gift to my sick friend has still not been delivered after 2 1/2 weeks. I will never do business with this company again.

    Worst experience ever. Purchase made on Nov. 18 for a Thanksgiving delivery. No update to order online with a delivery date of 11/27. No update on delivery or tracking. Still with the date of delivery of 11/27. Online chat gives me wrong number to contact. Spoke to customer service on 11/26 guaranteeing order to be delivered on 11/27. Continuing to contact with prompts on the phone saying they can not find order. Online still showing delivery date of 11/27. **************** person on 11/27 tells me order can not be fulfilled till December do to items not available. No communication that items were not available, not changes to order online. Bad *****************

    Horrible. Expensive and small. Muffins were dry and stale. The $25.00 baklava was a joke, maybe 4 inches square. Not worth it!! Plus, delivery was messed up. I made the request for a certain day delivery, and it was not honored. I live in ** and when contacted they said it would not be delivered until 3 days later when I was out of town. Let's see, Baklava out on the front porch in 110-degree heat. I complained enough and they got it to e a day earlier but not the day I requested. I will never purchase from this company ever again. Horrible and expensive for stale dry muffins.

    Aug 16. I place an order for two bread boxes.. I sent two boxes to one address.. Boxes did not arrive as scheduled. I receive a call September 4 from the **************** apologizing for the delay that they had ***************** issues but my order would arrive by September 8. When I go into my Celebrations passport, I see my order happened to be canceled the same day they called me. I assumed they were doing an order on their end. I call September 8 as again, it did not arrive. I got an apology and they said that they were going to get the order out and should be there by September 18. No-shows again. I call them again. First I get the looks like you canceled it story. Thats not what happened. After a back-and-forth multiple times and my voice of disappointment. They credited me back for the order and they said in good faith to show we can follow through with our orders. We are going to replace that order and get it sent out for you for free ASAP. In the meantime 2 bread boxes arrive its now September 26th. Both boxes have an outdated coupon for August 2024 and the product is dry. But we assumed this was the replacement. Then yesterday another notice of a package. She picks up 1 bread box with fresh English muffins and a coupon for 20% off that is dated for August 2025 question.where is the second fresh bread box ?. The bread boxes my mother had show up out of the blue obviously were old. I am currently working with Wolfermans to get the second fresh one they promised me they were sending as they were replacing my original order. So far they have told me they are unable to do that for me but the could give me a 20% off coupon. I did not ask for that second order to be delivered to me for free. They offered it to show that they could follow through on their commitment. Apparently they cannot. So now my mom will decide who gets the fresh one.. those muffins are at least six weeks old. And now they are talking with me like I am trying to scam them! *. *****

    Absolutely the worst company to do business with. In June I ordered the Father's *** package and paid for most of it with a $75 gift certificate the balance was paid on my credit card. The order never shipped I never got any correspondence telling me that the order was not shipping I had to track it down myself. When I tracked it down they were not able to credit me back the gift certificate as I could not provide the number although the order showed I paid the majority of it with the Certificate nor did they credit the $15 that went on my own master card. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH....THEY ARE THEIFS

    I placed an order for English muffins and scones. The scones are all inedible. They are all in chunks, hard as rocks. Some of the muffins are doughy on the inside and burned on the outside. None are flavored as labeled. After contacting the company repeatedly, they refunded $9.00. I have no idea how they arrived at this amount. The whole order was $98.00. When I chatted with them online they pretty much ignored whatever I said, and offered a discount coupon for future orders.

    I ordered 8 different Christmas gifts valued at over 250 dollars for family members. I ordered in October so I wouldn't have to worry about Christmas gifts.I was called by foreign workers who explained that they "ran out" I was not offered a refund and had to "pick" what they had left . The customer service agents recommended 100 a piece suggestions on original 30 dollars gifts to upsell. I wrote letters and called as one gift was sent in October and the other seven gifts were wrong and I had to spend ***** minutes per Christmas order speaking to a foreign service worker in another county that had little idea what was going on.I never received a return response and I highly recommend that you consider not using this company acknowledging my difficulty in written or called response.Please don't put yourself through the hassle until this company uses workers that can speak ************* would not use at all honestly for anything Christmas related or anything "on sale".***************** ****

    Placed an order 10 days before the persons birthday. According to the their calendar it would arrive before or on their birthday. When it didn't arrive I checked ***** and they never shipped it. Customer service didn't care. Absolute failure. Ill never order from them again.

    If I could, would give it a zero rating. Talked with 2 representatives and neither could help. I received an email from them saying my order was cancelled (they had already charged my credit card). One rep told me they changed my order to hold (vs cancelled) and would send order when items were available which could be 1-6 weeks-I told them that was unacceptable and cancel my order and credit my account - she said that couldnt be done - again I told her this is unacceptable - still waiting for my credit - another order placed at the same time was delayed as well but per rep had shipped so could not cancel it - it was being delivered much later than expected - the place is so disorganized and they would not let me speak with a supervisor - very frustrating - dont plan to order from them again

    Ordered Muffins and Povitica April 7. 3 of 4 muffin packages included 1 regular size muffin instead of extra thick which I had paid more for. The company is aware this happens and does nothing to correct it. I called about the Povitica loaves, both of which had a pasty substance between swirls of very thin pastry. Hard to slice and you could not put this in a toaster to warm it. One loaf had very dark, bitter and rancid walnuts, plus it was burnt! A very pleasant customer service lady acknowledged that customers are getting short-changed "sometimes" if you buy the Extra thick (extra expensive) muffins. 3 of 4 packages is "sometimes"? The Povitica was replaced with other items.You cannot file a warning complaint to other customers on the Wolferman's website, nor their parent company, Harry & David. A company brochure packed with your order says you can write a review for any product by clicking WRITE A REVIEW. That opportunity does not exist on either site. Products are very expensive and shipping is too - I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Bay English Muffins in the grocery store are a pretty good substitute for one third the cost!
