    I received a gift of the English muffins that my brother-in law bragged about. They were like from last year, they were DRY. This was after they substituted the first order with cake that I couldn't eat (diabetic). I am hearing this from other people's reviews. I hope my brother in law can get a refund, he spent alot of money. Thank you

    Order placed on 12/10. First stated the delivery date no later than 12/19. Then changed that date to the 23. Item is obviously lost. It keeps stating it it in *********,** but no movement since 12/12. They don't want to refund my money. They wish to ****** for the 12/30. Not really acceptable for a Christmas gift. I stated no, but was told to recheck in two days. Again, unacceptable.

    I had written a complaint but I received a phone call from the higher management of wolfermans and they assured me my order would be resent if my recipient did not receive their order on the day it was due. ***** didnt assign the tracking number so my order couldnt be traced.I am happy with the result I achieved going above the call center. They have earned my future business. Thank you.Sincerely,***************************

    I telephoned Wolferman's and spoke to a customer service representative as I wanted to order the Wolferman's Signature Bakery Tray and gave her the order number. She gave me an order number for the Signature Deluxe Tray, which was incorrect so I told her to make sure that the Deluxe Bakery Tray wouldn't show up on my order. She assured me that it wouldn't be on my order. I repeated the order number for the Signature Bakery Tray which she repeated back to me. The next day I received an e-mail confirmation on my order, which again was incorrect as the Deluxe Tray was never removed. I telephoned Wolferman's again and spoke to a different customer service rep. this time. She informed me that the Deluxe Tray was removed from my order. The recipient of my gift received the Signature Deluxe Tray, which was considerably more expensive than the one I ordered. I feel Wolferman's and their representatives don't seem to care about the customers and that Wolferman's should deduct the monetary difference from the Signature Deluxe Bakery Tray from the Signature Bakery Tray. There was supposed to be a 10% discount for new customers which I also mentioned to the rep.

    I asked customer service when the mini English muffins were made. They could not give me the information. I sent an email, complete with pictures of bar codes, tags identifying the products in question. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard a thing. I do not think that my question was unreasonable and believe that the information as to when a product was made should be readily available to the consumer. The only information provided to me was that the muffins are flash frozen. The packaging indicates that the muffins can be frozen up to 3 to 4 months. This means that the muffins, if you choose to do so, will be refrozen. My question is: WHAT is Wolferman's hiding from their consumers? Obviously they are not willing to give out this information to the consumer. ********************* and I use that term lightly is non-existent. I gave one star because there was not an option to give anything less than one star. I called customer service" again today. What a joke! I'm done!
