      *********** is my favorite store, or was. I dont like their new security policy. Where You have to be let in. I understand them trying to be precaution, but this is extreme. Everyone else that abide by the law and does not steal in **********. Should not have to deal with arm guards at the door and ropes letting you in and out by the armed guards. I just dont feel comfortable anymore. I am not going to spend my money in a store that treats everyone like criminal I visit all of the ********** in ******* area and in *************.. I spend a lot of money in their store Each week.. I think its time for me to give other stores a chance, that trust their customers until proven otherwise. No other ********************** has these tactics in place when you come in and out of there store. I will not spend my money there no longer. There are plenty stores coming in the area that have the same deals or better and they are welcoming to their customers. And this review is for all of the Burlington stores and that ************** area.

      Worked here for 10 years. The quality has gone down and prices keep going up.They will hire you and tell you anything to get you to stay in their corporate c*** They rarely give raises that do anything to help the workers. ****** ****** ********** is the manager of the Customer contact center. She is very very Shady, she hires friends then keeps them doing nothing all day. She walks around the building with her nose in the air acting better than everyone else. They also Cheat customer on a regular basis. If a customer pays express shipping but ********************** and ********************** thinks they can get it faster through ground, then they will change the shipping method but keep the customers extra monies. This was horrible, it ends with no delivery on correct dates and packages sometimes not arriving at all. They are involved in all kinds of lawsuits due to incorrectly labeled items or contamination. If workers try to speak out about abuses they get fired.

      I ordered a Fathers Day gift from Harry & David (owned by 1-800-Flowers) well in advance, only to find out the day before that the order never processedeven though I received a confirmation. **************** told me there was nothing they could do except cancel or reorder, which obviously meant it wouldnt arrive on time.This comes right after my Mothers Day order was also messed upthe wrong flowers were sent. Thats two major holidays in a row ruined because of poor systems and zero accountability.Their branding talks about making holidays special, but in my experience, theyve done the exact opposite. I will never order from them again, and Ill be telling others to avoid them too.

      passport membership still charges for free shipping. Their outsourced customer service to who knows where and their frequently broken website is a complete joke.

      My wife and I ordered a $200 food basket for our nephew and his wife after the birth of their first ****** The first delivery came with the ice melted and ants in the basket. We called to alert your company and the representative *********** was really less than helpful with my wife. This is at least the third time we have sent items to either family or friends. I asked my wife to let me interact with *********** since she was extremely disappointed and I could tell was getting frustrated with him. He kept saying we wouldn't be paying for the "spoiled" product which I think anyone would assume. When I expalined it was for our nephew whose wife had a difficult delivery it didn't seem to register. I asked what about the inconvenience and the embarrassment for us and my nephew and he finally offered a discount. Well the retry for the delivery that was scheduled for today never happened and a date of June 12th was offered. Needless to say we have cancelled the order and will make sure we tell anyone considering using your company what a terrible experience we had and would think twice about being a customer. ********************** and ********************** mission is to Our mission is to Deliver Smiles and our vision is to inspire more human expression, connection and celebration. Our experience is so far off your mission statement that it is hilarious

      I placed an order on May 22 with a quoted delivery day from H&D of June 3 at the latest. It is June 9 and my order still has not even shipped. I spoke to their customer service chat on their website and they said it was an issue on their end that the order was not pushed through. They requested that I call them and provide them with my bank information over the phone to complete my order (I already provided this with my online order). I was not comfortable with this, and asked to cancel my order. The representative said that there is no way for them to do this. This has been my second similar experience with H&D in the last 12 months. This is not the level of customer service ******************** once provided. I will not be using them again.

      I placed an order on the 5/16/2025 and expected it to be delivered on 5/20 for my grandpas birthday but not until the the 5/21 did I receive the notice that the gift basket is not available. Why wasnt it communicated to me sooner? Now Im given two options, one is waiting for a different basket to arrive on 5/23 or waiting for the same basket to become available and expected for 5/29! My grandpas birthday was on 5/20! That was the whole point of ordering the basket to have it arrive on time. This is absolutely the worst scenario and irresponsible by Harry & David. Very disappointing and wont order anything from them ever again!

      Absolutely atrocious experience with Harry and David and their "family of brands" as the customer service *** keeps rattling off to me over and over again. I placed an order for a sympathy gift and ordered two items that totaled about $100. I paid $60 for expedited shipping to have it delivered on the specific date of a memorial. One item of the order was delivered and the other item when I checked tracking hadn't even shipped yet. I used the chat feature and was blatantly lied to and told "oh it will arrive today, the shipping info is just an estimate". I called customer service to confirm and was told it definitely would not arrive today, an that I had actually ordered from two different companies (even though i ordered from one site, with one shopping cart with one shipping fee). The first *** was kind enough to partially refund my shipping and gave me a number for the "other website" because they "don't have access to their files" even though i ORDERED FROM THE SAME SITE. I was talked in circles by the second ***resentative who refused to resolve the issue or refund my shipping. After much pushback i was offered a 15% discount on a future order and only after reinforcing how misleading the site was was a offered a 50% shipping refund. Of note, never during my checkout process did it indicate I was ordering from two distinct companies -- and I am sure this is done intentionally so that people don't realize they are essentially being scammed. This company has MISLEADING practices, do not order from Harry and David. I'm sure there are much more ***utable companies that offer a similar service...I certainly have learned my *******

      I ordered two separate gift baskets they sent them to the same address,I did a virtual assistant to help revise the message for the correct recipient.I dont know what the point of customer service is when they cant fix an order.They make enough profit to be able to fix an order.Anyhow I will have to purchase another gift baskets elsewhere.

      I paid for expedited shipping for a gift basket to be delivered to a family in mourning before a funeral. It did not arrive on the guaranteed delivery date. I spent ************************************************************************ the delivery was delayed due to the weather (it was a sunny day at the delivery address), but would be delivered by 3pm today. When it did not arrive (again) I contacted customer service (again) and was eventually told that the basket I had ordered 3 days ago was actually out of stock all along and couldnt be delivered for another week. They sold me a product that didnt exist and charged me extra to not deliver it, then lied to me about it. By the time they admitted their (several) lies, it was too late to send anything to the family before the funeral.
