      We started our process 6/8 and had all paperwork returned by 6/18 I was informed the truck was to be picked up on 6/21 n would arrive at the hub on 6/25.Near end of the day on 6/25 I had heard nothing about the truck. So I texted our rep to see if the truck had arrived. He had informed us that it would be by the end of the day. 6/26 samething. I calledndriveway helpline. same reply. From 6/25-7/5 was the same routine. I would either text or call fo the status of the truck. Everytime I was told it was due to arrive by the end of the day. I would ask can you at least tell me where the truck? I would always get-I have to check with logistics and we will get back to you by the end of the day. Never did. Finally 6/28 I was told the truck transporting my truck had broken down but wld be on the road sat and my truck would arrive on 7/1. 7/1 No one could tell me where the truck was but it would arrive by the end of the day. 7/5 comes around and I have talked to everyone by now. Where is the truck?I was told another truck was sent to pick up my truck and it would be here at the hub on 7/8. End of the day 7/8 I heard the truck had FINALLY arrived to the hub. The **** of 7/9 the truck arrived at my house and the trade was taken. Trade wise I signed over the rights to the vehicle back on 6/14 with all the paperwork agreeing no more miles would be placed on the trade. So we thought that the chaos had come to an end.NOPE. Every thing that needed done I had to bug them to get it accomplished. regarding the temp tags and were told to just carry all the paperwork with us. The $500 deposit to be returned after the drop off of the truck, I call them and ask them where it was. After 3 days of arguing the fact n showing them it was to be refunded, they finally agreed to refund the deposit.as it says on their site. They picked up the trade on 7/9 with the dropoff. As of today 8/7/24 my trade was FINALLY paid off.

      Horrible experience! Took 1 month to get the truck. Truck arrived leaking oil from the engine and the touchscreen was glitching with horizontal lines on the display, see picture. This was a 2022 GMC Sierra *** with the 3.0L diesel engine. It only had 29k miles on it. The carfax was clean. This truck came from a dealership in **. The name of the dealership is Chrysler Dodge Jeep ******** of ********** WV. The belly pan was missing under the truck which tells me that the dealer looked at the oil leak and did nothing about it. I called Driveway the day after the truck arrived and requested to return the truck for a refund. They asked me if I wanted to take it to a dealer for an estimate to repair it. This truck is under factory warranty, but I did not buy a broken truck and I did not want to deal with having it repaired. It took them 2 weeks to pickup the truck. I was able to track the truck with the *** number that the driver gave me. It went back to the same dealer in ** and 1 day later it was listed for sale again on Driveway.com. It is currently still listed for sale, see picture. They did not have time to fix the oil leaks and the touchscreen. They are going to sell it "BROKEN" again and someone else is going to have to go through the same thing that I just went through. It took 2 more weeks to get my money back and they did not refund my shipping cost of $1200 even though they were 100% at fault for selling me a broken vehicle that they knew was broken. I had to call and or text every day to get my refund. The agents are not trained well and if you do not stay on them, nothing will get done. Driveway is owned by Lithia Motors. They do not care about the customer at all. I will never buy a vehicle online again. Be very careful if you are thinking about buying from this company.

      Scam!! Led me along all day purchasing a vehicle and then told me it had sold in the morning at 5 pm. I had called first thing to secure the car. They ran my credit, which got me a worse offer, and then tried to use their worse offer instead of my preapproved direct loan. So they had me take out an insurance policy and took my deposit hours after the vehicle had already sold. What's worse than a used car salesman? A whole call center of them. They try to use friendliness to take advantage of people while only looking out for themselves. Absolutely miserable experience. If you're reading this, just call the dealership directly and save yourself the headache and trouble.

      I can't give zero starts or else I would.DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Driveway. Here's my experience. I started off online shopping for a vehicle. Found a promising vehicle with low miles , 2 owners, and from what I was told good shape. I'm going to break this down into 3 phases with an added 4th phase because of my dissatisfied experience. Phase 1 The online lot guy. I spoke with someone about the vehicle I was interested in. Super friendly and very quick to help me lock in this vehicle. I was extremely proactive in getting things set up on my end and providing all paperwork to begin purchase. Phase 2 The Sales agent. The sales agent was not proactive in updating me on funds being received at all. I had to call and bug every day asking if they had received my wire transfer of 30k as well as my loan providers wire transfer of 9k to finance the rest of the vehicle. Wire transfers take up to 24 hours. It took Driveway a week to "receive" my funds. Why were they dragging their feet? Phase 3 Delivery agent. I contacted the delivery agent after my funds were FINALLULY received by driveway only to find out that my vehicle would not be delivered on time because of mechanical issues that I was last minute notified of. It was never mentioned previous. There was no ETA on a repair time so I canceled the purchase and delivery, and asked for a refund. Phase 4 customer service rep(s). I have spoken with 6 different customer service reps over the span of 4 days trying to get a wire reversal refund to my account of 30k and to my loan providers account of 9k. Every time I call I'm told "were looking into it. We'll call you back in a couple hours with answers". No calls. Hence the reason for so many call backs from my end. A wire transfer only takes up to 24 hours. I'm on day 4 and have no refund, thus no money to put down on a different vehicle. I'm in *****. I'm still fighting to get my money back and have no wheels. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DRIVEWAY.

      I wish I had read all of these reviews before trying to do business with Driveway.com. There is plenty of communication and staff availability before you have all your paperwork completed and paid for the vehicle. Once you do that, you are on your own. Once, they received my check for the vehicle, I had to initiate communication. I had to fuss to get the vehicle, and it was 7 days late. Once I got it, no one asked to drive it and ensure everything seemed okay. They just said sign this paper and left. Immediately, I could tell the engine didn't sound right. I called to return it right away. They wanted me to bring it to a shop to be repaired. I chose not to deal with this company any longer and said no, I wish to return it. Even though they delivered a vehicle that wasn't in good running order, they still charged me for shipping the car. I had to call and call to get someone to come get the vehicle. That was 8 days ago, and my bank is still waiting for payment. In addition, not a single person has reached out to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs!

      Driveway.com is an online car sales service. They have the worst customer service Ive ever had the misfortune to experience when dealing with a business. The process of buying and especially registering your car is nightmarish at best. I was told to get temporary registration tags for my new vehicle. Upon going to the *** I was informed that this is impossible because Driveway didnt have the title to the car they sold me. No worries, Ill just drive the car illegally for a month right? (This was their actual recommendation) Well, its been two months and I have no plates and no registration. When Im able to get a response from their customer service (you have to contact them they will never contact you), Im informed that registering my car is their highest priority. Unfortunately, its not high enough on the priority list to actually do anything about it. Driveway.com is a criminal organization and needs to be shut down. The ** they currently have with the BBB is far too generous.

      I ordered a vehicle and had it shipped and the color stated gray on all paperwork; when it arrived it was white. They will not refund the shipping fees or insurance I had to carry during transport. And were ignoring my calls so I have no refund on a $44K vehicle. A few days after not returning calls, *****, a manager from Driveway.com, called me she said would return the vehicle and reimburse shipping fees; when I confirmed I wanted to return the vehicle they changed what they said and stated I would be responsible for cost to return the vehicle as well as not be reimbursed for the original shipping fee. This is a quote from *****, "We did not falsy advertise the vehicle as I explained yesterday. We have not committed fraud. ICE CAP is gray by ****** manufacturing standards. The vehicle is very light gray, it was advertised as such." Ice cap is the brightest white ****** makes. Would love to be able to upload photos of the white truck they sent. Also, there are various items listed on the sticker that the vehicle does not have such as body color bumpers and turn signal indicator mirrors. There is no decal on the vehicle showing it is a TRD Off Road which in conjunction with everything else leads me to believe this vehicle is not what they are saying it is.

      To whom it may concern, I want to vocalize my huge disappointment in this companies business practices and poor customer service. If I had known that 11 days after pre-qualifying and selecting a vehicle to purchase would have ended with no vehicle I never would have given Driveway an opportunity to have my business. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Carvana with quick, smooth, financing and delivery with 3 days of the purchase agreement. Keep in my with the exact same financial information and credit score from me. Nothing has changed. I allowed Driveway to hit my credit repeatedly and now suffer the consequences of the many inquiries to my credit. All while sending everything that was asked of me thinking the car was reserved to only find out the car was not. No one informed me of what I was actually approved for and under what circumstances until it was too late. I only chose Driveway because of the vehicle I was interested in was the right price, very low miles and practically new. I have purchased 19 brand new vehicles in the past. Never defaulted on any of them. I know my situation is unique but the lack of communication in that time period was practically non-existent. I have the text messages to prove it. Furthermore, out of curiosity I decided to see what the Better Business Bureau would say about this company. Very poorly rated and not accredited. I wish I did not my research. I am a business owner as well. I will share my experience with others.*********, ***************************

      I received a truck from driveway five days ago the four wheel drive service light was on the moment I got it. Then two days later the check engine soon light came on they requested a diagnostic test that provides the codes needed to address the issue. But when provided said it wasnt good enough for the dealer ( there dealership owned by the same company. All fee have to be paid out of pocket by new owner after you spend your savings with them. Please note shipping you may not get back there whole goal is to rip you off. Thats why they sell online.

      Extremely Unprofessional Staff **************** Bad Bias experience, was not made Aware of MULTIPLE DAMAGE AREAS???? & when addressed it was purposely ignored until after the return time period. Unprofessional Staff Doesnt Prioritize Customers or practice good business. ??????????????
