legit sold me a car with so many problems and forged on the inspection a different break measurement i had this car for 2 months barely drive it and all the breaks and rotors need replacing and the axle. The pretty much told me to get lost. The ***** dealership handling the car told me there is no way the car should have been sold to me in this condition and its only a 2021! They have not helped me at all and refuse to even car! I drive my little one around in this car and they knowingly didn't want to tell me about these issues.

We bought this car July 21, didnt received the car until a month later. Which I still made first car payment even though I didnt have the car.. I received this car with a temp tag which expired Sept 19th. I can not get a temp tag from my state dmv since the car was purchased in *****, but driveway representatives state ***** doesnt give out more than one temp tag. So we are unable to drive a vehicle we have been paying for because the tags expired Sept 19th.. The dealership was supposed to do a vin verification on the vehicle prior to us buying it, that never happened. We had to go out of our way and take off work in order to do the Vin verification and pay for it out of pocket, after sending in the verification, it took over a week for someone to get back to us, just to tell us it would take four weeks for the tag. Aim another week we get an email stating they need more documentation before applying to get the permanent tags sent out. At this point we have used countless resources trying to get from point a to point B because our tags are expired. We have paid every payment up until this month because we genuinely just cant afford it as we cant drive it. This company keeps stringing us along, will not send us our registration to get the plates. and is hounding us about making our payment on time. Every time we try to speak to a supervisor it takes days for anyone to get back to us, we have three children and cant take them to school because of the expired tags, and nobody is helping us, only pushing out buying this car further than the three months it has already taken. We want a refund for the payments weve made where we were unable to drive (Sept 19th whenever this gets rectified or we get refund. As well as compensation for lost time at work, running this companys errands for them.

I bought an Audi Q5 car in December 2022 from Driveway and the order ID is *******. The car was delivered in January 2023. I have been following up since then to complete the registration of the car through the ****** DMV.I was told by the team from Lithia, the partner handling the delivery and registration that they would register the vehicle, but have requested the title from the store Driweway.Documents required are submitted by me. These were to be sent to the **** and my plates were to be mailed to me.All these were to take 3-4 weeks, *** a month plus. It has not happened yet after 9 months. The vehicle has been driven less than 10 miles since handover. I am unable to use an unregistered vehicle.I have requested ******** to take the car back and return the money so I can buy something I can use. I am paying for insurance, mortgage, and Parking, but not using the car. If anyone from ********** looking into it then take some action. As the next step, I am exploring options to log a formal complaint/reach an attorney.Just giving a heads-upto all those who are thinking of going to ******** for a purchase. When you spend so much money to buy a car I believe you would want to drive it. Maybe Driwewayis not the right choice.

They take your deposit for a car. They tell you they will reserve the car for you and within 5 days they will ship the car to you. The car was still being advertised on the dealer and the driveway.com website after I put a deposit down. I never got the car and waited 10 days. Lack of transparency and business ethics! This is a SCAM. Buyers Beware!!

honestly, i feel bad for anyone that works in customer service there, but i feel worse for me because i paid above blue book value for this. i had the same experience as many others here, where driveway sends temp plates and registration that expire because "someone was out sick", and didn't pick up the title to file the paperwork from the dealership to start paperwork with the dmv. i had to take hundreds of dollars worth of ubers, at the same time, i had to pay over $300 a month in car insurance for a car i could not drive because the dmv rejected my insurance paperwork (why? because driveway dropped the ball on the paperwork... ) the dmv sends a letter saying i could be incarcerated, have my license revoked or be fined... none of that sounds promising, and yet someone in ****** tells me i can drive it anyway? i don't think so. customer service is a game of cat and mouse and you may or may not get a response. i was seriously told "there is a delay in the title".... with no solution or explanation, that they will "open a ticket".... none of these extra uber or insurance costs were reimbursed, nor was i offered a rental. by the time i received the plates and registration, over two months had passed since i had purchased the car. with plates in hand, i bring the car to get it inspected, and it needs over $2k in repairs. and those $2k in repairs are NOT including an estimate needed to fix the driver side door that does not open with the keys.... I spent $500 to have the car delivered from 40 miles away and the dealership drops it off with keys that don't open the driver's side door. something is wrong with the door. Driveway offered to pay this.. however, thinking i have time to get an estimate and not knowing that the whole fiasco of expired plates and registration will make the car un-drivable to a garage for inspection... i am now stuck with thousands in repairs in addition to the ubers and the near month's worth of insurance i paid for a car i could not drive.

I purchased a vehicle recently. This has been by far the worst experience ever pressure the vehicle everything seems to have been going good come to find out when they got to the delivery center they find damages damages were relayed to me, asked if I had a seen him none of the pictures that were advertised for the vehicle showed any sort of damage, then it was explained to me that they would contact the dealership and repair shop to see how much the repairs would be and get approval from the dealership that they would fix it got an approval but it was for a fix something. Totally unrelated to the pictures that were sent to me Now come a month and a week later still no vehicle still a bunch of back-and-forth finally received my vehicle after a bunch of calling back-and-forth with still no repairs done come to find out what they showed me was not the repair that was fixed now Im being told theres nothing I can do And Im stuck with a damaged vehicle because they couldnt communicate properly and on top of that I received my vehicle a week before the first payment is due. The absolute worst. Makes me sick to my stomach. Cant believe I allowed myself to go throw with this purchase. But I guess they prey on desperate people.

I purchased a vehicle from them and have not been issued a ******** plate, and the temporary tag expired yesterday. They said it would be 2 to 6 weeks until I receive it from now. The car is not legal to drive now, until I receive it.

I purchased a 2020 ***** CX-9 Jan 16th this year. Initially, they said it was going to be a smooth process and ensured me that Id enjoy the process. But this is how it really went: They had to send the documents numerous times because of errors they made in the paperwork. One of the sheets was to verify the odometer readingwell they drive the vehicle to their service hub and then to your house, adding miles to the vehicle. I called the day I received the vehicle (Jan 30th) because there were no tags, not even temp plates and the park break was on. I spoke to **** and he sent a 30 day temp tag that would expire the 22nd of Feb but assured since they were in charge of registration, I had nothing to worry about. ***** asked that I take the vehicle to a local shop to have a quote done, however the part was a dealer part and the mechanics said to take it to a ***** dealer. Now that so much time had passed, the temp tag expired. I was not able to drive the vehicle. I went to my DMV and they explained there was nothing even in their system for processing registration for the vehicle. I expressed my concerns to *********, who was far from professional, expressed there was nothing that could be done and that I would have to park my car until the plates and registration came in. Therefore, I had to rent a rental, as they do not provide onenow out of an additional $799 for a week. I was promised to receive these documents on a Saturday and when they didnt come, Monday and so on. Overall, I wouldnt recommend purchasing a vehicle from Driveway!

Worst experience ever! I swear this place is a scam. Someone needs to shut them down. November 23, 2022, my partner and I purchased a 2018 Tesla model 3 from Driveway sales representative Quavon. We picked the car up from ******** **** in ******* ** where Driveway was holding it. We filled out all the paperwork for Driveway and they provided us with temporary plates and told us that they will be mailing the real plates out in 10 days. 10 days passed by, and we contacted Driveway again and at this time they told us that it can take up to 30 days to receive the plates. December 21, 2022, we contact Driveway to see when the plates will be mailed and to inform them that our temporary plates will be expiring soon. A different sales representative from Driveway then informs us that we now need to fill out additional paperwork. The ***** of ******** needs to be completed and the Odometer statement needs to be completed, paperwork we already filled out, and they can't mail out the plates till then. We contacted the ******** ****/Driveway representative to see if they can help and they have not contacted us back. Driveway Corp. then sends us over to Driveway DMV representatives ****** and *****. ****** then tells us that they don't renew temporary plates in ** where we purchased the car. We filled out the paperwork the ***** of ******** and the Odometer statement on January 5, 2023, got it notarized and sent it to Driveway *************** The next day Driveway reaches out to us January 6, 2023, and they told us that our paperwork was filled out incorrectly and to do it again. We then fill out the paperwork again on January 8, 2023, notarize it, and mail it to Driveway. On January 7th, 2023, we also made our first payment to the car on time. We called them on 1/10/2023 and they stated they received that paperwork but havent looked at it yet and that it can take up to 3 to 6 weeks to process it. We finally received our plates January 23 2023.
