    Putting solar panels on the roof of our barn wasn't a quick process, but Purelight Power representatives were always available to keep us informed of the progress, by phone, e-mail or text messages. Their on-site teams are efficient and very professional, the workmanship is excellent, and we are especially grateful for the follow-up visit from their customer service representative, who walked us through the process of monitoring our system and answered all our questions. So far, we're quite pleased with our solar system, and we recommend Purelight Power to anyone looking to invest in solar.

    Just completed having solar installed and a new roof put on by their roofing company. All completed in a timely fashion and were very happy with the project. No complaints.

    I'm very pleased with my new roof and solar. Every person involved in the process was very polite and professional. It was a very easy and timely process. I'm telling everyone I know of my experience with Purelight because it seems that quality and service overall has been in decline in the past several years and it's so uplifting to see a company deliver such exceptional service and product.     The salesman that came to my house and talked to me about initial installation/ design was helpful and responsive. Things moved along fairly well for the first initial scoping/ design/ consultation aspects. Since then, I have a had a lot of trouble even reaching anyone in the office. I call many times and leave messages and they never call back. I am getting frustrated. So, today I called them (and miraculously someone actually picked up the phone!!!- first time ever) because earlier they said my permission to operate is in Pac Power's hands, I called Pac Power and they said that Purelight needs to upload images of the inspection stickers (inspection took place over 2 weeks ago). Purelight said today that they were waiting on Pac Power and that it only would be 10 days to operate. Pac Power said they are waiting on proof of inspection and that it will be at least one month to process the inspections and install some type of meter. Why in the heck doesn't Purelight have their act together in terms of calling their customers back when I leave a message on their main number, and why don't they upload the inspection to their system like they are supposed to? I asked Pac Power if I could do it but he said no, only Pure Light can do it. I also called a direct branch manager person with Purelight today ( a different number) and left a message. There is no outgoing voicemail message saying who she is, her title, or what number it is. I have no idea if this message will be responded to.

    Hi ******, First I want to apologize for the delay in communication you've been experiencing. While we. try to expedite the process for each customer as much as possible, due to the scope of external partners we have to work with to get each part of the project signed off on, projects can get hung up at various junctions. It is not unusual to have things in process with the power company or county, but be told that they don't have something yet. That doesn't mean that we haven't submitted that form, but that it is moving through the system for the power company/county, and hasn't landed on the right person's proverbial desk yet.I've checked in with our team and reiterated that every phone call received needs to be called back within a certain amount of time, and asked for a member of your project team to reach out to you asap with an update.In the future, you can also always reach out to us on social media at facebook.com/purelightpower where our team is available M-F **** PST if you are still not receiving a response to your call. I apologize again for the delay and frustration caused.
