Scam!!!!! do not buy into there BS that they feed you, at least in the ************* area. They dont put up the signs when they say they will. And when you choose not to renew with them they curse at you and yell at you. Plus you are NOT the only one being advertised at the golf holes like they say. Completely a waste of time and money. They need to be investigated for fraud for sure.

1 starAfter working at this place and seeing how they treat new employees, there is no way this is an ethical business. They will hire you and fire you on the spot and give you one hour of training before throwing you into cold calls. 90% (not exaggerating) of the businesses you contact have already been contacted by them an excruciating number of times in the past so you are soliciting the same people over and over again. Bench Craft fraudulently try to charge my card for nearly $800 stating that I had asked to be sponsored on a bench at a golf course in *********. They couldnt produce any paper work for this and when I pulled the documents they did send me it is blatantly states what I did pay in full for and agreed to do. This company tried to upsell everything and will auto renew you for another year of advertising with last minute notice. I had to contact my bank to make sure no further transactions from Bench Craft Company would be chargedBench Craft Company

Do not be fooled. You will be offered the world at great prices and then insulted by the "TopDog" when you ask fora refund.This is one of the most unprofessional companies that I have had the displeasure of working with. I can not count the number of times I was insulted overths phone. Theongoing legal battles with their parent company TMI says it all. Do not waste your time or moneyBench Craft Company

Mr. ***** ********* of ***** ********* Renovations in ************* ******** has seen pictures of his advertisements posted at the host golf courses. It is unfortunate that his personal and business circumstances have led to a demand for a refund when he is aware that his ads have been installed and are being seen by the public. He has also been offered and accepted complimentary ad time to appease him. He is aware that we do not have any "ongoing legal battles". I invested in Benchcraft advertisements last year in the fall. I advertised several golf course locations. Spent quite a bit of bit of money. And not a single call. Honestly, it has been my worst investment yet. I do not recommend them at all. I continue to let their sales **** know that I am very unsatisfied and will not be renewing this coming year. So far, its been a total loss. Hopefully I can save the next guy.Bench Craft Company

I only seen the ad in a panthlete that nobody sees because I went to the golf course and asked the people there because they are very good friends of my son. When You called to sale me a 1800 ad you said our ad would be on a certain hole that was a lie. So again this is a scam its not at any holes its not even in the score cards. I paid a whole lot less from a mu h more reputable company on the actual score cards and wouldn't you know it I've actually gotten real leads. Bench craft is a scam its very obvious from all the other reviews you have that say the same thing. Also stop calling our office. Your extremely rude and unprofessional you lack accountability. I think the words you used were "your the one thats a scam" after you literally scammed me out of 1800 dollars i hope other people see this and run the other way.Bench Craft Company

It is unfortunate that you are able to include such inaccuracies in your response, in addition to typos and bad grammar. You did not pay $1,800 for your ad. Please review your paid invoice for an accurate amount paid. Your ad is on hole 5 of the course guide, which you confirmed seeing at the golf course. I was contacted by bench craft via a cold call about a local country club. At first I was skeptical but after checking out their website and calling the golf course to verify their legitimacy I decided to try out 3 local golf courses. The process was easy and the graphics team put the ads together within a week or so for me to approve. Even if I only get 1 call from the sponsorships I will be doing it again.Bench Craft Company
