      Wish I could leave no stars.... Absolutely terrible experience - kept receiving bills and finally asked for proof of the ads at their locations or told them I would not be paying - HAVE NOT HEARD BACK SINCE OR RECEIVED A CALL OR ANY BILLS!What kind of company is this???? SCAM.

      I signed a contract to advertise our business last April 2022 at the local Golf Course on a bench. It was a reasonable price of ******, I thought. I was charged another ****** in July 2022 for another year. I recently, was sent an email asking to submit my artwork and they were getting to work on my bench ad. So, I am ****** into this and have no sign on the golf course for 4 months. I will be taking legal action against these scammers. - *****

      I find myself being another client pressured into signing up. Once transaction was complete. Within 24 hours, I started having fraud charges made to the CC used to complete transaction. Quickly closed CC and started the process with CC. ************ did there job well). Quickly I requested a refund. I was 100% ghosted for over a month after numerous emails sent to all emails that were sent to me. Two months later, I was finally contacted and told there is NO refund allowed, strict company policy. After reading all the reviews on the BBB, I should have done more research first. If I had, I would not be in this time consuming and frustrating business deal with the Bench Craft Company. ZERO Stars - F ***** Rating

      Will misrepresent the products and then once they have your money you will never hear from them again or get a response! Stay away from this fraud!
