78yo frail husband felt ego on the line, wife had her portion of shocking high total removed before husband felt long sales session of employees Mattered More than wife's stressing their finances from hurricanes recovery's and repiping and electrical expenses.. out in car only few miles away Husband began crying Angry realizing Wrongly blindly IN NUMB LAST MOMENT LET THESE SMILING EMPLOYEES put on himself these added expenses WITH ONLY A MOMENT IF A MINUTE BEING OF HARD OF HEARING A TOTAL WELL OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS this 2:30/2:27pm transaction 10/15.. another appointment forced them back home then back 10AM store's opening 10/16 the bag packaged untouched still from backseat from employee at 2:27 10/15 in untouched entirety wife put on store's counter by register again where came from .. Male employee quiet Female employee gaslighting, wife as husband stayed nervously in car, wife implored then sat quietly calling corporate 2 voicemails and website customer form submitted. Husband over ***** had her to car shaken. The ordeal now 120+miles, Bank card's calls and dispute form too, and a call back to store all within 24hrs of transaction. Female employee said yes to items there that customers needn't return and amount given back to customer. Hopefully this situation resolves as simply as that. Any clerical misentered amount a transaction would be addressed timely simply NOT DISTRESS CAUSING. These employees BEFORE THE AMOUNT WAS EVER ENTERED FOR FINAL TAP THAT THE COUPLE WERE SHOCKED AT THE AMOUNT STORE ASKING AND THE PLUMBING , ELECTRICAL AND AN OVEN ALL OVER $6K WORRIED WIFE OPENLY EXPRESSED ALOUD THAT BUYERS EMOTIONS WERE IN STICKER SHOCK AND FINANCIALLY STRESSED . her portion had removed made it embarrassing ( only a 4th of it reduced!??! ) INTENSITY felt upon couple Which MADE HUSBAND FEEL OBLIGATED after sales sessiom TO GO AHEAD WITH TRANSACTION !!!!! Bbb accreditation doesn't make honesty or quality. Within 48hrs couple did due diligence to get $simply back.

My wife pressured me to pay over $1600 at The Good Feet Store, which was her idea to visit. I wanted to walk away because the price was so outrageous. You deal with a salesperson, not a doctor of any kind.

I went to The Good Feet store seeking relief. I told the salesperson that I was pregnant, had some injuries and needed relief and support. He still decided to have me put my hands out and press as hard as he could to show I would lose my balance without these inserts. I was interested and requested the first pair of inserts but was told I had to take a different pair but could try them later if I wasnt satisfied. I purchased a pair of shoes and inserts. After wearing them I noticed the shoes pinched my feet and the inserts would move around in the shoes. I went back and exchanged a different pair of shoes and requested a different pair of inserts but I was told I couldnt have those. I was also recommended to remove the cover for the insert and received something like a sock to cover the insert instead. Now the inserts stab at my soles. I feel no relief after wearing these products and I highly regret my purchase. I spend well over $600 for a product that doesnt work. I felt rushed during the buying process and taken advantage of. I would never recommend these products or this store to anyone. The sales people werent even on the same page with what they recommended and they didnt let me take home the inserts I originally wanted. I feel scammed and regret that there is a no return or refund policy because I didnt really have a way of knowing if they would help me long term until I purchased and found out they were worthless to me. Im completely frustrated with this store and I want my money back. These products have only left me with more pain and discomfort than before I used them.

A scam and sales pitch that forces you to wait. No mention of pricing until at the register, I refused at least one of the supports because I don't stand on my feet all day. The return policy is on the receipt. I regret paying a dime. As I walked at of the store my feet were killing me. I tried to take the arch supports back three days later (they were never worn). Manager refused to refund or take back as "Good Feet Store" will promise that they will find supports to fit your feet. Would definitely like to dispute the charge. I will never step into that store again.Negative rating.

DO NOT GO TO THE GOOD FEET STORE. Go to your foot doctor. These people are not professionals, and the product is extremely cheap. Not custom to your foot at all. After going through their presentation, their "measurements, etc.... I was still hopeful that it would help. I asked how much and was never told until they were done, stuff was put in a bag and then I was told how much I owed. I paid. AT NO TIME WAS I TOLD THERE WAS NO REFUND POLICY!!! I was duped. After going through the build up, my right foot was absolutely MESSED up. I went to the podiatrist, had to have an ultrasound - was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Have had to have cortisone shots, oral steroids and I am still in pain. When I asked what I should do with the inserts... the doctor said to throw them away. They are NOT CUSTOM MADE. I'm out *******. DO NOT USE THE "GOOD FEET STORE" . I left a message with the sales woman, explained my situation and never heard back. I wish I would have read all the reviews. THEY SUCK!!!

I ordered a gift card from the website. The website says up to 48 hours for processing and then you pay for 2-day shipping. 7 days later I still didn't have card. I called and talked to *****, the customer service manager. Let me tell you out while she's really soft spoken and super sweet and will say the words "thank you" a dozen times, she doesn't give a darn about the customers. In the midst of me trying to state that I would give it another day to arrive, she cut me off and and told me that she'd give me a refund. She did issue the refund, but all that tells me is that she doesn't care about me as a customer and didn't care about my business either. If this is how their corporate office works, I can't imagine how poorly the stores are ran. This must be a real blessing in disguise.

To make this simple. Stay away from the place. My wife and I went there to get inserts to comfort her feet to help protect the knee. They gave this 30 minute long presentation of how genious the inventor was. The phony measurements of your feet. They run the scam of showing you your bad feet, then run this scam showing you what your feet should look like, then run the lecture of telling you stay away from your knee doctors because this will help to strengthing your feet. Next, they bring out all of these inserts, pre-made for your feet, at that moment you should realize the scam, it's close to a scam as possible JUST STAY AWAY.

This is a farce. I spent more than $3,000. to have a foot problem corrected. First time they gave me the wrong size shoes and all the inserts slipped around. Not only that but the inserts created pain in my knee which I hadn't had before purchasing the insert. I went back and they gave me the correct size shoes and made insert adjustments but they are unwearable because of the (new) knee pain they cause.

I met with staff August 2, 2024. I was evaluated and was recommended to purchase orthotics to help with foot, knee and hip pain; I was told by salesperson that these orthotics should alleviate my pain. The price of the orthotics was $1600.I refused that offer and was then offered a step-down orthotics-2 types a strengthenerand maintainers.I was instructed to wear the strengthened daily, increasing time by 30 min each day with a goal of wearing them 8 hrs daily.I was only able to tolerate them for 4 hours, the foot pain being very pronounced to tge point of being unbearable. I returned them to store today, 8/15/2024 and was told there these could not be returned for reimbursement. A disappointing waste of money and time.I do NOT recommend this business.
