They are trying to sell a cheap product at a high price. Not only did I not get relief it actually made my pain worse. They are refusing to return my money and say they dont have a return policy. May be the worst business I have ever dealt with

I should have read the reviews first as well. i was having some pain in my right foot and was thinking my arch was falling so I went for a consultation. My first clue should have been that i could not find prices for the supports online. I specifically asked if I could return the supports if I was not satisfied and was assured that I could as long as I gave them the opportunity to refit me first. well, i have been refitted and not i am being told that they only refit and don't do refunds. that is what angers me. Don't tell me one thing, get my money and now change the story. I am on my 3rd support, it feels better, but the lie that the supports fit in every type of shoe is a lie. Because now they want me to buy what they describe as sturdier shoes as the first 2 supports would not allow me to walk well. it is funny how they feel fine in the store but not in the real world. Anyway, i am very disappointed and feel like they should honor their word or be honest up front. don't by them unless you are ready to keep them.

I took my husband here because he was having feet problems. The lady was very nice and talked me into getting the supports also even though I really didn’t need them. They didn’t fit in my work shoes also I just changed my mind about all of it. My husband bought the shoes along with the supports but after one day he was having more pain in his back and hips. We brought everything back to the store the next weekend and they refused to refund the supports.

They are misleading, without telling me they ran a hard credit check and then told me I was approved the credit check lowered my credit score and I have a product that causes more pain. I would never recommend anyone to go to the good feet store it's a scam. Best advice is to do research to find a solution for your pain because the good feet store is not a solution.

The return policy of this store on their shoes is terrible. We tried multiple styles in store and went with what sales lady said was the best but after walking around in house for a little bit they hurt But now what , it’s not like they have lots of different styles. Maybe 2 or 3 options. I understand policy on supports, but on the actual shoe that is so wrong. Will not ever buy from them again. Have a store credit now and no option to use it. No wonder they are making money

The good feet store does not honor their return policy.
On the back of the receipt it simply states you can return within 60
      days.
I tried to return my $1600 purchase of 3 plastic premade insoles due to the intense pain it was causing and not
having the time to switch insoles 3 different times a day.
I came into the store before the 60
days and was told I had to do another fitting and try to wear a different premade insole. They stated they would not provide any proof that I signed something agreeing to this change in return policy. I had paperwork that I was given other than a receipt and it being required to “try another pair” was not stated. So now I am stuck with a $1600 bill for some plastic collecting dust. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM

Hello *****, thank you for your feedback. Many feel that the price of our
arch supports reflects their value. We do have options available for
many different needs and will work to find a solution thats right for you.

Before I start, let me say, I’m sure this works for some people. But the experience I had was very poor. When I initially got fitted, I pointed out the the insert for the right foot doesn’t fit. We also tried a smaller and a larger size, basically we could only get 1 foot perfect but the second not.

I was told to try them so I did, and my left foot fit perfectly, but the right insert was too big.

1900 dollars later (I’m serious), I was told they can’t split the sets, so this would never work for me.

I went to return them and was berated by Greg. I’ve never had a store berate me before. I literally went in thinking that this store is fine and it just wouldn’t work for me, and I left feeling ashamed and angry. Thanks for making me feel like that even after I clearly explained my problem. You kept putting the blame on me. When I made a clear remark saying oh maybe I’m not a great customer, Greg yelled and said he didn’t say that then continued to berate me.

I’ve never had a customer service person ever in my life berate me or shame me, but I have now.

Anyway I was going to recommend them and just say it didn’t work for me, now I can’t recommend it at all. Pro tip, don’t treat your customers like crap.

Can’t wait for your rebuttal post.

I READ THE BBB A PLUS RATING FOR THIS STORE BEFORE I WENT IN. THE SERVICES WERE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED BY THE MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS. THE ONLY THING I DIDNT SEE WAS THAT THEY PREY ON OLDER SICK PEOPLE. NO ONE GOES IN THERE UNLESS THEY ARE IN PAIN. THE MAJORITY OF THEIR CLIENTELE IS 65 PLUS. I AM 73. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGEE OF MY PAIN LEVEL AND THEN, AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS AND STILL IN PAIN, THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY HAVE A SCRIPT THEY FOLLOW AND ARE VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES. PEOPLE WHO ARE OLDER AND IN PAIN ARE TEMPTED TO BELIEVE THEM. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BUSINESS. I AM OUT OVER $1000 AND STILL IN PAIN. HAD I BEEN YOUNGER OR IN GOOD FOOT HEALTH, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.

I was charged $550 for 1 insert, not a pair just 1. Really wish I had read the reviews prior to visiting the GFS.
Extremely expensive and I wish I would have never made the purchase. My Oofo's are much better priced and are way more comfortable!
