On May 27, 2025, I purchased a 2012 ***** 2 (VIN: *****************) through AutoBidMaster LLC, paying a total of $2,080.23 USD. The vehicle was listed on ****** and brokered through AutoBidMaster, based in *******The business committed to providing a vehicle with proper documentation that could be registered legally. However, when the papers arrived, I discovered that the bill of sale was missing. I had to personally request this document, which caused delays. In ******, vehicle registration is appointment-based and may take several days, adding to the inconvenience. When I finally returned with the full documents, I was informed by the **** (Quebec licensing authority) that the vehicle is flagged as stolen in their system and cannot be registered. I immediately contacted AutoBidMaster on June 18, and they acknowledged the issue, stating that Copart had forwarded the case to the ***. However, to this day, the matter remains unresolved and I have not received any timeline or confirmation of *********** a result, I am left with a vehicle that cannot be registered, insured, or used despite having paid the full amount in good faith. I have formally requested a refund or financial compensation, but AutoBidMaster has not taken responsibility or provided a resolution.I am submitting this complaint to request assistance in securing a full refund or fair compensation for a vehicle that was sold with a defective title and is legally unusable. I have all supporting documentation and communications available upon request.

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ****** concerns.  As we explained to Mr. ***** last week, the vehicle being flagged was done by someone prior in the chain of title.  Since we did not flag the vehicle, we could not unflag the vehicle. To have the vehicle unflagged we had to reach out to the prior dealership who then reached out to the insurance company.

We asked that this be done on an expedited basis, and it was done on an expedited basis. We have confirmed with the prior dealership that the improper flag has been cleared.  We have communicated this to Mr. ************

I am rejecting this response because:
    Dear BBB,

Thank you again for your involvement in my case regarding AutoBidMaster LLC. I can confirm that the title issue with my vehicle has now been resolved, and I appreciate the BBBs support, which I believe played a major role in accelerating the outcome.

However, I would like to note that the resolution only came after more than two weeks of delay, during which the vehicle I had paid for in full was completely unusable. I was also initially provided incomplete paperwork, which forced me to reschedule multiple appointments with the **** (Quebecs registration authority) and caused unnecessary disruption, time loss, and stress all through no fault of my own.

Given these circumstances, I believe a partial compensation from AutoBidMaster would be a fair and professional resolution to acknowledge the inconvenience I faced. I respectfully ask that this request be communicated to the business.

Thank you for your continued support and for helping protect consumer interests.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,

    Aslan Kamenov

I am rejecting the business’s response because I am the one who paid for the vehicle and shipping.

The purchase was made through my friend Nurzhan Sagadatuli’s AutoBidMaster account with his full knowledge and consent.

The vehicle (Lot number: 45149465, VIN: 5TDYK3EH9DS111534) was fully paid for, including international shipping. I have payment receipts for both the vehicle ($7,301) and shipping ($1,700), which are attached.

Now I am being charged $2,556 due to a container delay and customs hold — issues completely beyond my control.

I am not responsible for third-party logistics or customs delays. It is unfair to hold me accountable for problems I did not cause.

The vehicle is currently being shipped to Georgia, where it will be unloaded and prepared for transport to Kazakhstan. After arrival in Kazakhstan, I will be required to pay significant government fees such as customs clearance, recycling tax (utilization fee), and primary vehicle registration.

These additional charges in Kazakhstan are expected to cost $5,000–$6,000 more, bringing my total out-of-pocket expenses to over $13,000. Adding this unexpected $2,556 charge on top of everything creates a serious financial burden.

I respectfully ask AutoBidMaster to waive this charge or help resolve the issue fairly and with understanding.

    Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr.***** ****************

It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We work with a membership-based online auto auction marketplace.  Dealers affiliated with our marketing platform sell vehicles from auctions to members.  The process is fully explained on our site:  ***************************** and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Policies, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, covering the transactions.  Mr. **** agreed to our terms on November ****** (the Agreement).

In the Agreement between AutoBidMaster and Mr. ***** he agreed that he understood that he was purchasing the vehicle on an as is basis, with no warranties, and without reliance on any of the information provided in the vehicle listing.  Mr. **** further agreed that it was his responsibility to research and inspect the vehicle before bidding on the vehicle.

In the Agreement, AutoBidMaster explains, and members agree and accept that as AutoBidMaster does not have possession of the vehicle, we cannot and do not make any representations regarding any vehicle.  We expressly disclaim any representations or warranties regarding the vehicle.  We require that members agree that they understand and agree to such conditions for all purchases, prior to making any purchase.

Section 2 of the Agreement specifically states, in part:

While we may provide information and other guidance as part of our Services, such information and guidance are for informational purposes only and you may decide whether or not to follow it. By using our Services, you understand and agree that neither we nor our Dealers (a) own, control, employ, recommend, or endorse any of the independent third-party sellers who own the vehicles available for purchase using our Services; (b) own or possess the vehicles available for purchase using our Services (unless we are listed as the seller); (c) research, verify, confirm, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy or completeness of any Vehicle Information (as defined in Section 7.2 (Vehicle Information Disclaimer)) for any vehicle available for purchase using our Services; and (d) make any representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the quality or condition of the vehicles available for purchase through our Membership Services.

In addition, per Section 7.1 of the Agreement, Mr. **** agreed that:
All vehicles are "AS-IS" and "WHERE IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". All vehicles are sold from by our Dealers. We do not buy or sell vehicles. You agree that vehicles sold via our Services are sold without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability. You agree that vehicles sold via our Services are not represented as being in road-worthy condition or mechanically sound. You agree that vehicles sold via our Services may have latent, hidden, or undisclosed damage or other conditions that are not immediately apparent or discoverable.  You agree that vehicles sold via our Services may not be fit for use as a means of transportation, may not comply with local, state, or federal emissions standards, and may require substantial repairs at your expense.  You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate any vehicle and all related Vehicle Information (as defined in Section 7.2 (Vehicle Information Disclaimer)) before placing any bid or purchasing any vehicle using our Services.

Section 2 of the Agreement states, in part, Purchasing a used or salvage vehicle from an online auto auction marketplace presents many risks. It is your sole responsibility to inspect any vehicle prior to placing any bid.

Mr.**** complains that the **** he purchased needed an engine overhaul and that the *** he purchased was missing back seats and the dashboard was ripped.  Mr. **** purchased these vehicles seven months ago and per his complaint, shipped them to ********

Per the Agreement, if these is an issue with the vehicle, a member is to inform us prior to the vehicle being removed from the auction yard.  Once a vehicle is removed from the auction yard, there is no way to determine whether alleged damage was present at the time of sale or occurred during transit.

Per the signed Purchase Agreement, Mr. **** agreed that the vehicle as sold as is,where is, with no representations or warranties and subject to the terms of the Agreement.  In addition, on page two of the Purchase Agreement, Mr. **** acknowledged and agreed that, I acknowledge and agree that AutoBidMaster does not make any representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any Vehicle Information or any Auction Verification contained in the Lot Details on the auction listing.  Further, on page three of the signed Purchase Agreement that Mr. **** signed, he agreed with the following statement:  AutoBidMaster made no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any damage disclosures or the condition of this vehicle.

We are sorry that Mr. **** is unhappy with the vehicles he purchased via AutoBidMaster, but based on the Agreement between the parties, he is not entitled to a refund or other compensation.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

    Complaint: 23450536

I am rejecting this response because:

    To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing in response to the letter submitted by Ms. ******* ******* regarding my formal complaint.

Firstly, I must respectfully correct an inaccurate statement in your response: I did not wait seven months before reporting the issues. I sent an email on February 2, 2025, exactly three days after the vehicles arrived. This communication can be provided upon request and clearly demonstrates that my concerns were raised promptly and in good faith.

Secondly, regarding the **** A8, the suggestion that the engine sustained internal damage, including piston failure, during transport is both mechanically and logically implausible. Such internal engine failure does not occur due to transportation unless the vehicle was already compromised prior to delivery. This is not a speculative claimit is a mechanical fact.

Likewise, in the case of the *** X5, the assertion that the vehicle may have sustained interior damage during transport, such as the removal of rear seats or a torn dashboard, is equally untenable. These are not damages consistent with shipping conditions but rather clear indicators of prior undisclosed issues.

With all due respect, while I understand that vehicles are sold under as-is terms, this does not excuse the omission or misrepresentation of critical damage. The language used in your agreement does not shield the platform from responsibility when a vehicle is presented in one condition and delivered in anotherespecially when significant interior parts are missing or the engine is non-functional.

I must also address the broader tone of your response, which I perceive as an attempt to deflect accountability by overemphasizing contractual disclaimers and underplaying the core issue: deception or lack of transparency in the transaction. When one uses a broker or intermediary, the reasonable expectation is not to be misled or financially exploited.

To be clear, I am not seeking a refund, nor am I disputing the inherent risks of salvage vehicle auctions. What I am requesting is basic fairness and responsibility: I have already paid for the **** A8s mechanical inspection and repairs, and I am willing to obtain a formal estimate from a certified *** dealer regarding the damage to the *** X5. All I ask is that you cover the costs for the damage that was neither disclosed nor expected, and which falls outside the scope of auction risk.

This matter has resulted in considerable financial harm, and I am fully prepared to take all necessary steps to ensure that it is resolved, including escalation through legal and consumer protection channels if required.

I remain open to an amicable resolution and hope you will reconsider your current position in the interest of fairness and good business practice.

    Sincerely,

    Arbi Duro

I purchased a 2012 Nissan Rogue from AUTOBIDMASTER in February. I did not get my ownership document after 30days, then called them, they said the tile was lost by *****, they will work on to fix the issue for me. After waiting nearly four months, I received only a copy of the ownership document, which makes it impossible for me to register the vehicle. When I contacted them again, they just kept making excuses and told me to keep waiting. Ive already waited four months, and now theyve sent me a copy instead of the original title. Dont they know that a copy is not acceptable? This is deceptive and misleading.

I received an email April 30, 2025 stating I won a vehicle. I never bid on this vehicle. I immediately called Autobidmaster to inform them of the fraudulent activity. They wouldn't help me get this off my account and refused to let me talk to management. They failed to resolved this issue. Days later Autobidmaster placed storage and late fees, which I quickly notified them again and told them to close my account. A couple of weeks later, I noticed they illegally charged my credit card. I called my credit card company to tell them of the unauthorized charge. Today I received an email stating I have 10 days to pay $899 or Autobidmaster will turn me over to collections. This all started with a fraudulent bid that I never placed, and when I called customer service, the issue wasn't resolved. I do not owe them any money. They proudly boost on their website: that customer satisfaction is their top priority, that they continuely enhance their services based on feedback, ensuring that your experience with them is always exceptional, they are here to provide you with support and assistance, their refund policy ensures that your financial transactions are handled with integrity, Autobidmaster proudly serves as the best broker, a testament to their expertise and customer satisfaction, their partnership simplifies the buying process and ensuring you enjoy a hassle-free experience. Where is this customer service they proudly boost about on their website?

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns in ***** Kammerers complaint regarding the purchase that was made on their account.

It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We work in conjunction with a membership-based online auto auction marketplace that allows members to purchase vehicles listed for sale at auto auctions.  Our process is fully explained on our site:  ****************************, and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to our Terms and Conditions in order to use our services.  **** ******** agreed to these Terms and Conditions when they became a member on September 11, 2024, and the updated Terms and Conditions covering this transaction on April 7, 2025 (the Agreement).

All sales through our services are on an as is, where is basis and all sales are final.  This is provided for in the Agreement and also on every vehicle listing page.  If a vehicle is not paid for and picked up, the vehicle will be relisted and a relist charge will be incurred.  That is what happened here.  I have reviewed this account and can confirm that this bid was made from ***** Kammerers account.  It was discussed with ***** ******** that not paying for and picking up the vehicle would incur a relist charge.  The vehicle was not picked up or paid for, and the vehicle was relisted and the member charged as provided in the Agreement.

The Rules and Policies Section of the Agreement provides, You are responsible for all bidding and ************** that occurs through your Member Account (whether through our Services, ******'s website, or through kiosks at auction facilities).  Section 8.3 of the Agreement provides, You hereby agree that you will be liable to AutoBidMaster for any breach of the Agreement, including but not limited to the items listed below, and you unconditionally release AutoBidMaster and their Dealers from any and all liability whatsoever for any losses or damages (whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, and including attorney fees) arising out of or in any way related to any of the following:  Your failure or refusal to strictly comply with our Rules & Policies Any bids, purchases, and or payments made via your Member Account.

It was ***** Kammerers responsibility to make sure that no one else could bid through their account and based on the Agreement and their waiver provided by Section 8.3, ***** ******** is responsible for all bids through their account.

I am rejecting this response because:

I disagree with Autobidmaster.  Their website claims "At Autobidmaster, customer satisfaction is our top priority."  But they failed to listen to my issue and they do not provide me with support and assistance I need as they claim.  They aren't accepting the responsibility of their website issues.  My buying history proves this is fraudulent.  Autobidmaster already illegally charged my credit card.  They still want more money.  This issue doesn't have anything to do with their company agreement.  Autobidmaster is fraudulently scamming innocent buyers.  They hold themselves out to have a "customer - centric commitment" when I can't simply call and talk to someone about this issue.  Their customer service is very unprofessional.

On May 14, 2025, I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee (VIN: *****************) through AutoBidMaster LLC. The total amount I paid was $5,759.00 via wire transfer, which included the auction final bid, ****** auction fees, transaction fees, and processing fees. The payment was made with all required details and memo (Lot #********) by the due date.Upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered it had severe engine and transmission damage as well as significant electrical issues, making the vehicle completely unusable and not repairable in any practical or cost-effective way. These major problems were not disclosed at all in the auction listing. Had these defects been mentioned, I would never have proceeded with the purchase. This is clearly a case of serious misrepresentation by the seller.I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with the business and have requested that the matter be escalated to a supervisor. I am also prepared to provide a certified mechanic's report to support my claim.I am requesting a full refund of $5,759.00, as the vehicle delivered does not match the advertised condition and is not functional. If this issue is not resolved appropriately, I intend to file complaints with additional consumer protection agencies and online platforms to warn others about this experience.

I am filing a complaint against AutoBidMaster due to extreme delays and repeated false promises regarding the international shipping of my vehicle they also made a mistake they provided me a tracking number and that tracking number as I was tracking it I got proof the mistake was they wanted to ship to Europe instead of ****** AutoBidMaster originally promised that my vehicle would arrive in ****** by April. However, as of May 15, I was informed that it will now leave the **** on July 2nd and arrive in September a five month delay beyond the original commitment. and I bought the car from ****** on 12/6/2024 This ongoing delay has severely impacted my business and financial stability: - My customers in **** are dissatisfied, and some may cancel their purchases, resulting in direct financial loss. - *Rising import tariffs due to the delay mean I will now pay extra taxes, further increasing the damage. - Despite repeated assurances, AutoBidMaster refuses to provide tracking details, sailing dates, or a legitimate explanation for the delay they keep giving me different days everyday and refuse to give me a compensation for this issue or even a refund. AutoBidMaster's conduct is unethical and misleading, failing to uphold the service they advertised. I am seeking the BBBs assistance in holding them accountable and pushing for the following resolutions: 1. Immediate and verifiable tracking details for my shipment. 2. A firm shipping date that will not change again. 3. Compensation for the financial losses caused by these delays. 4. Direct contact with a supervisor or upper management to resolve this matter. I appreciate the BBBs help in ensuring AutoBidMaster corrects their business practices and fulfills their obligations.

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for the opportunity to address Mr. ******** concerns.

It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. AutoBidMaster helps members facilitate the transport of items through their preferred shipping broker, ******************************  All shipping transactions are governed by the ***************** Agreement (LSA)between the member and EasyHaul.

Per the **** shipping dates and locations are not guaranteed.  International shipping depends on multiple companies, transport lines, warehouses, and other third parties.  As we do not control any of these third parties, we cannot control the shipping process.  In addition, shipments are dependent on weather, economic, political, and other conditions over which neither AutoBidMaster or EasyHaul have control. We suggest Mr. ******* review the **** specifically Sections 5.3.9.

********** requests that the shipping date not change.  As stated above, we do not have control over all of the parties involved in a shipment. We cannot guarantee that a shipping date wont change.  This issue is specifically provided for in the **** Section 8, which states that delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Until we have an agreed upon shipping date, and container available, we are unable to provide Mr. ******* with tracking for a shipment.  We will provide tracking information once it becomes available.

********** also requests compensation for the shipping delays.  Both AutoBidMasters Agreement with ********** and EasyHauls LSA state that consequential damages such as these alleged damages are not allowed.

********** also requests he be given direct contact with a supervisor.  We will have that supervisor reach out to ********** ************************* do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

Faltaban sensores, mdulos y sistemas electrnicos.
