  auto bid master is horrible i purchased the 199 package claims you can bid on multiple cars at once and no spending cap. LIes!!!!!!!!! i was only given 6000 spending power only bid one car only 450 that left 5000 left to spend. I bought the right to bid more than one car you think i get what i paid for bid another car ahhhhhh wrong. i call ask about why she gets ****** at me while not explaining what i paid the 299 for. Oh you can bid multiple cars she sAYS no limit she says so i ask ok why cant i oh u got to pay more huhhhhhhhh so i then ask for refund due to what i wasnt given that was clearly stated. I was told i can not get it back althought i was hood winked. point being run as fast as you can to a real broker.

  If I could leave -5, stars I would. ******Do not do business with this company. I purchased a car through them from Copart. The car was damaged more than the damage it had on the Copart lot. I have evidence that leaves no doubt whatsoever.. this unscrupulous company auto bid master is trying to protect Copart when they are hired to represent me. Then theyre talking about suing me for complaining about the damages to my newly purchased car to the tune of $3000. This week Ive left eight emails and five voicemails and no one has returned my call. They are intentionally ignoring it so I will file suit against them.. terrible customer service. I followed their dispute policy by wasting $18 on a registered document to them. All I get is a letter from their law firm that theyre going to *** me if I *** them. ********* company. Do not deal with this company. You have been warned.

  My bank saved my life honestly. When the guy told me this is how scams go I just had to look it up truly and seeing how all these complaints dealing with how shifty they do their dealings. I see its actually true sadly. I almost just spent nearly **** dollars until this man saved me from this, but the people are disgusting taking hardworking dollars or sending lemons. Not to mention I cant even take my I.D. off the site , I cant even delete my account for some odd reason but thanks to these reviews and the banker I guess I take my business elsewhere

  During the live auction, I was checking on a upcoming vehicle (a cheap car)on the upcoming lot and when I went to bid on a car that was around $500 or $600 The screen reset, and I was tricked into bidding on a truck for $5000. Some incite. the screen resets when viewing upcomig vehicles as each vehicle is sold. If u are looking at one through the upcoming lot section, as the vehicles sell. It changes the vehicle you are looking at. So when I went to bid on a car for under $1000. I got stuck with a totaled truck for about $5000. I had to relist the truck and pay $800 in fees to relist a truck I didn't want or even see till the screen finished refreshing. So I lost $800. Coparts and autobidmaster said there was nothing I could do but pay the fees. Autobidmaster stated it was coparts live auction link, so they couldn't help how the live auction works.

  They charging me a late shipping fee without prior notifying me of any due date I gave them a car to ship and they never told me my car will be in a container with other cars, because they wanted get other cars, they kept my car for more than 30 days running to 2 month, I kept calling everyday.They brought a charge of 190 for storage and I called what is the storage all about, the customer rep said it was the storage paid at auction which was incorrect.I sent messages and calls and finally I got an email that it was the accrued days after the free 30 days.Under normal condition, I have handed over my car to you well enough before time but they intentionally delayed the car. Well I thought let it go in as much the have finally moved it and I could just pay it by month end since there was no due date .Around ****pm on the 12/29/2023 during off working hours and when they knew I will definitely call if they were working, they sent an email that I must pay additional $50 for late payment and it will accrue till the money is paid.They knew it was late on Friday night, weekend and then holiday. What a set of human being destroying the company.This is against US customer protection law, you never gave a payment due date and charging for late payment.Even in the email it says the due date is 10/25/2023.I can't just understand the level of professionalism. There were hidden fees from what they advertised at least they should have given more information but the information was in drip by drip just to ensure they drag an innocent customer into paying.Before going into a business with them, think of a worst nightmare and if you think you can deal with it then you may proceed otherwise look for a better company.Date of experience: December 28, 2023

  Ive been dealing with **** for almost 3 years now and she has been beyond helpful with the whole buying experience. You are going to run into fees but thats any auction site you use. Ive had a few little issues but shes fixed everything right away or made it even better!! Ill deal with her and autobidmaster for years to come!!

  no one can get around the fees but the service is 5 star because i never had a pproblem that i could not get resolved and the repersentive always went out their way to fix it and that person is ****

  I had problems with a car that would not start, but the autobitmaster staff helped me with this issue and helped me, it was a pleasure to work with professionals, special thanks to **** who I worked with
