I had the pleasure of working with Autobidmaster to purchase a car from an auction dealer, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Autobidmaster exhibited exceptional knowledge of the auction process and the car market, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism, communication, and responsiveness were top-notch. Thanks to their expertise, I found the perfect car that exceeded my expectations. They even went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a broker to help with auction car purchases.

I have dealt with AutoBidMaster for many years and have always found them to be fair and professional. I have purchased many cars from them and they have always been easy and reasonable to deal with. Their practice with me has always been to help the customer in any way possible

This company called Autobidmaster is bringing a bad name for ************************. We have sent petitions to shut it down. They are just coded CR!minals. Taking and eating people money by force. I paid them ***** USD For a car and I have not seen the car for the past one year

Company held my payment for a whole weeks while incurring late fees and storage fees. Everyday I called the company they expressed they could not locate my payment even thought I sent payment via instruction on invoice. The rude employees showed no remorse for my money that just disappeared. My bank eventually opened an investigation and confirmed that the companys bank (***** Fargo) was holding the transfer because they needed an invoice. They eventually located my payment but , no one expressed this and they still refuses to removed storage fees for reasoning completely out of my hands.

If I couldve gave a zero rating I would have. After a divorce I was left with a $15,000 loan and no current s*** for it so I was forced financially do use an auction to get another vehicle even though they have a section under each car that says primary and secondary damage Autobidmaster, conveniently failed to mention the transmission was bad on the vehicle as purchasing. Three days after purchasing the vehicle, the transmission went out when I called their only response was well you signed a paper that says as is where is I asked him about the Primary and secondary damage section and why it wasnt listed on there they acted like they didnt know about it. Buyers beware Im pretty sure on their website they only pick the reviews they want you to read because they are far from 4.9 star company.

Getting them to get their system in order to bid was like pulling teeth. I was on the phone some time.. That finally got set right and I won the car I bid on. I immediately wire the money and pay the shipping fee. After 2 days I keep trying to get a update on when it will ship...I hear nothing back. I keep leaving messages telling them I can have it picked up outside of their company but they insist it must be their company that does it. A week into it they said they could only ship it 100 miles short of where it needed to go (the quoted address) and they wanted $200's more to get it 100 miles shorter and I needed to pay storage fee's on top of that. They put me in contact with the company who would actually pick it up/deliver it and he told me the price was $400 less than the price they were now trying to charge (which was $200 more than the quote). I don't know if they are incompetent or overworked or outright try to scam people. My gut says a bit off it all. Since I wouldn't agree to paying $400 more than the company charged ABB told me I could have it picked up outside of their company... Which they kept saying couldn't happen. yep, they scam a LOT of people by telling them half truths.

They are all fake. I tried to bit on several cars and I can't never win a bid. The price just goes up no matter what. Looks like they want a fixed amount and on top of that they add another 50% + on top of the end cost. They are taken advantage of people. I can get cheaper cars locally and is already fixed for less. Example: I can get a **** car worth $800 not damaged clean title locally, on their site is $500 at the end cost is $1800 + after so many fees for a car with severe damage that can't be driven. Another example is I was trying to get a car that is worth at least $1500 after fighting on biding it went up for $2500 and after fees it came up to $4800. the same car locally clean title not damage is $6700 . Why would I pay $4800 when I will need to put another $3500 to get it repaired with a salvage title? I tried to get my $200 just so I could of bid on car back and I was denied. Stay away from this sites. If you don't have a dealership license stay away from this sites as you will be loosing and over paying on a car that you can't drive right away and you will be paying the same cost as getting a one with no damage.

I just want to express my concern about the extra fees and credit card charges required to participate in Autobidmaster auto auction. It is unbelievable that users are required to purchase the basic, advanced or premium membership and add a deposit to start the car lot bidding process. This makes the process unnecessarily complicated and adds an extra financial burden on the bidders.Furthermore, I was disappointed with the limited selection of cars available for auction. Autobidmaster advertises inventory of ******* vehicles, but the majority of the cars were hard damaged salvage cars, which are not suitable for everyone. If someone is looking for a car with only minor damages, they would not find it in ************.I would appreciate it if Autobidmaster could review their policies and procedures to make the process more straightforward and accessible to a broader audience. It would be beneficial if Autobidmaster could eliminate the need for a membership and reduce the deposit amount required to bid on a car.Additionally, consider to move out of Autobidmaster directly to Copart or IAAI with selection of cars which includes those with only minor damages what is more reliable for a broader audience.

I cannot believe the appalling experience I had with AutoBidMaster. I recently purchased a car from them, and to my absolute horror, discovered that there was a rat living in the interior of the vehicle! The smell was overpowering and the rat had left droppings and damage throughout the car! When I tried to return the car, customer support of ******************** refused to take any responsibility for the infestation and suggested that it was my own fault for not inspecting the car properly before purchase. Not only was their customer service completely lacking, but their attitude towards such a serious issue was completely unacceptable. This is a major health hazard and the dealership should have taken immediate action to rectify the problem. To add insult to injury, the car also had several mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of by this dealership.I would not recommend anyone to do business with AutoBidMaster. They clearly do not care about their customers or the quality of the vehicles they sell. Save yourself the hassle and find an another reputable online auto auction that takes pride in their service and products!
