0 stars. I ordered the dual horn system and they shipped to *******...from ************. My credit card was charged an ********************** Fee". When I emailed Motohorn, this is their response: "Although we ship our goods from **********, our products are also available for customers outside of **********. Because of this, all card payments on our website are considered to be international." I requested a refund of this "fee"...I'm expecting it to go nowhere.

I can't get a response from anyone at the company. The phones go straight to a message stating support is only done via email, yet no one responds to email. How are you suppose to get anything accomplished if you can't talk to the company?

Not at all what they show!!!!!! The dual horns do not sound like a train, just your normal harley **** amplified some!!!!!! These horns are PLASTIC CRAP!!!!!! WARNING!!!! Do not buy these unless your into CHEAP C*** on your Bike! Yes, if you try to return it, they want you to send it to some HABIB ******** And if it doesnt get there in 20 days after it was delivered, your out of luck.Just sayin......... Try at your own risk, but the reviews are telling the truth! Now some will be tickled pink with this ****, but what are the percentages of people that are displeased!!!! Also, just sayin......Dont buy, look elsewhere!!!!!

I had one on my heritage and during charity rides it is AWESOME. Had it for about a year with no issues from the horn. Bought a road glide and am now installing another horn because they are great. I dont know why this place is so many 1 stars, maybe people just dont know what they are doing but on Yuotube in Nov 2022 a guy posted a step-by-step video maybe that would solve their issues. Buying my sister a horn for her heritage for her birthday!

I saw a FB add for the MotoHorn 2.0 and it was being sold for $99. I received my horn quickly, and installed it in about two hours. I have a Road Glide and the area under the seat is a bit full, so it took a while to figure out how to fit the compressor. Aside from that, the install was easy and it works as advertised. It sounds like those obnoxious train horns you occasionally hear on jacked up trucks (exactly the kind of sound I want). With all that said, I noticed a couple of small dents on my horn once I was done and cleaned up. I contacted MotoHorn, they requested pics, and they sent me a replacement. If the poor reviews are legitimate (as opposed to user error being blamed on ***********************, it would seem they have taken note and made changes. I cant speak to the longevity of the product, but I am otherwise a happy camper.

Purchased the Dual horn from Motohorn. Their advertisement visually shows that these two horns sound like a train horn. Website also shows and appears these products are ******** made. They flash their fake US patent to con people. They also claim these horns are metal and waterproof. They are plastic with metal brackets. After installing the horn in daughters car and honking horn, It definitely doesnt sound anything like they advertise. I asked to return them and they want me to ship to Europe somewhere when their offices show ******.? After contacting them to send the items they were advertising they were very short with me. I told them I would l would file a complaint with BBB and slam a review for scam. I will file a dispute with my credit card company until they send me what they are advertising on site. All the video clips are totally fabricated.

Worst **************** of any company I have ever done business with in my entire life. I have never written a poor review, but this one is worth my time, to help save others from the experience I had. 1) Horn mount system is wretched, no matter how you mount, it interferes with shifting. 2) Product is cheap. It is loud, just like the owners of the company. I was billed on my credit card through BlueSnap ******. When I called my CC company and said I bought nothing from ****** and did not recognize the charge they contacted MOTOHORN and apparently they did not respond. Months later I get a threatening abusive letter stating they are going to *** for $99 because I was trying to rip them off??? It was a simple misunderstanding and the company just continued to attack and harrass me, even though I reversed the charges after they said they were the same company. No one should do business with such jerks. The product is a D+ at best. Points for being loud only.

Well, my experience has been 180 opposite of the first seven reviews.I ordered 3, for the discount pricing, from the bike page before I realized they had a vehicle page, which had a set of four... which was what I really wanted.I emailed the company.I received an immediate response to order another horn and they would treat it like a 4-pack price and credit the difference back. They did exactly that.Since the horns were in stock, they were shipped immediately and arrived on the East Coast, from the West Coast in a couple of days. There's nothing complicated about the installation other than since these are for motorcycles, you might need a bit of extra wire for a truck or SUV, depending on your placement and your battery location.I had planned to put two in the wheel well of a **** Xterra... I stopped at one after testing the horn before I finished wiring it.I nearly blew my ear drums out and I wasn't even on the same side as the horn.I opted for a little Red aluminum push button; the kind that have two posts and are only on when you keep the button pushed.I tied the relay into the *** IGN fuse.I do that with everything I've added so that nothing is ever constantly draining the battery, which is the case when you direct wire most things, even if they are not on.This way, nothing gets tripped on until the relay switches the power through it and that can only happen with the vehicle ignition key turned to ON.I wanted a switch that I could hit and forget.I rarely use the horn except to blow it at neighbors out in rural America. These horns are for the people on the road that clearly need their license yanked. The horn is loud as heckfire and ridiculously simple to wire. How it sits on a bike is a different story but it's not rocket science and I know rocket science... and it's not that hard either. It's just a matter of being creative and not worrying about which way they face.Truth is, they are LOUD everywhere; not just to the front.

This company is a joke and their explanation. for their customer service is laughable! They provide an 800 number that says you have to email us. When you inquire about trying to install the product they sell they email you back photos of a completely different bike and horn From the one you purchased. They offer now bracket specific to your bike or instructions assisting with the installation. They provide one generic flat bar bracket that has no place to mount on any bike unless you go out and either purchase individual brackets that you can ***** rig to fit your bike or if youre a fabricator and can make your own brackets to fit your specific bike. Seeing is I do not have the ability to fabricate my own custom made bracket nor do I want to have a ***** rig. System on my bike, this product is completely useless to me. $100 ****** learned! I wish I wouldve read the reviews from the purchase before I made my decision. Buyer beware!!
