    Multiple times I have but in a request to have my personal data removed. Each time it says "Please check your email and click on confirmation link to complete the removal." I never receive an email. And when I contact customer support, they just say to go submit the same request I already have 3 times now and so I just go in circles. They are intentionally obtuse and refuse to remove data they do not have my permission to share.

    Since being a victim of identity theft, and receiving three letters in the last two years informing me that my information has been hacked and sold on the dark web, every month I scour the internet and search for my name on all the browsers. Today, 6/15/25, I found RADARIS has AGAIN exposed my PRIVATE data all over the internet so that my data can be sold or stolen. Since 2016, yes almost 10 years ago, these [bleep] have been been exposing my data and aiding in the possibility of my identity being stolen and/or fraud.Yes, I am able to send a request, from their web page link, to "Remove My Info," but why do they keep uploading it, with wrong information and strangers that I'm supposedley linked to, again and again and again???!!!This time I have had enough and will do everything in my power to expose them, file complaints about them, in hopes that they will change their privacy data policy that if a person finds their data exposed and has it deleted, THAT RADARIS WILL NEVER AGAIN EXPOSE PRIVATA DATA.

    Dear BBB,I am writing to file a complaint against Radaris for what I believe to be deceptive and obstructive practices in their personal information removal process.Over the past month, I have submitted Radaris' opt-out form multiple times in an effort to have my personal information removed from their website. Out of several attempts, I only received confirmation emails twice, and both were sent long after the requests were made. When I attempted to use the links provided in those emails, I was met with error messages stating that the verification period had expiredeffectively nullifying the removal requests.This ongoing pattern suggests that Radaris opt-out system is intentionally non-functional or negligently maintained. Ive found numerous similar complaints online, indicating this is not an isolated case.Moreover, submitting the form requires providing an email address, which adds to my concern. Not only did Radaris fail to honor the request, but they also obtained additional personal data (my email address), which may be used or exposed against my wishes. I believe this practice is deceptive and potentially in violation of consumer protection laws.I am deeply concerned that Radaris handling of personal data fosters an environment that facilitates scams or harassment. I hope this complaint will be recorded as a formal step toward holding them accountable. I also plan to explore further legal action if this issue remains unresolved.

    The ****'s right to delete, also known as the right to erasure, allows California residents to request that businesses delete their personal information. Businesses must comply with these requests. Additionally, that Radaris and their service providers do the same. Submitted prior requests, requesting a right to deletion of my familys information due to privacy concerns. However, the information was reinstated similarly to the consumer complaints with the BBB. For this reason, signed a subscription with a data removal service as they provide ongoing monitoring and updates to ensure your personal information remains removed. Optery was given limited power of attorney to maximize the effectiveness of their data broker removal requests, therefore making them an authorized agent for the specific person identified. Based on observations, data brokers are not always responsive and at times have made the removal process challenging as they refuse to honor the person authorized to act on the principal's behalf. For the Better Business Bureaus reference, I have attached an image documenting the activity history from Optery as my mother is on our family plan along with a url link directing the end user to their information.     Multiple times I've asked Radaris to remove my personal info. Multiple times they've responded with that it has been approved by an administrator, refresh your browser, and so on. And yet my data is still there. At one point, it was removed, and then they added it back! I want it removed, and removed permanently so that I stop getting spam and scam calls just because I'm an older lady.

    I am requesting a 'Right to Deletion of ************* and that Radaris not to sell my personal information in accordance with applicable state laws due to privacy concerns and potential identity theft. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to request that businesses delete their personal information. This right applies to all personal information collected by a business, including data they may have shared or sold to third parties. Businesses must comply with such requests within 45 days, and are also required to notify their service providers and contractors to delete the data as well. Submitted a request for removal utilizing their Contact the Customer Support Team on May 18, 2025 but yet to hear a response from them. Filed prior complaints with the BBB and Radariss privacy team requesting that my information be removed from their affiliate/subsidiaries websites, however that has not been honored. I have copied and pasted the *** Link from Pub360 displaying my information along with ***** on security news article from March 8, 2024 indicating that Pub360 domain/servers are tied to the data broker radaris. ******************************************* and *******************************************************************************************************

    Company is refusing to remove my data. The removal tool on the website is not functional. I tried multiple times to remove my profiles and it stalls out 60% through. This tool involves clicking through a variety of screens with slow loading bars while you get flooded with pop *** with information about why exploiting the poor consumer protection law in ***************** is a good thing. I emailed customer service with links to these profiles, indicating that the removal tool is not working and requesting they be removed. **************** is refusing to help me and requesting that I use the nonfunctional tool. I currently have a stalker and this is a matter of personal safety. Clearly this company does not care about that.

    I told the company there was an issue with the tool 3 times and they did not remove my information until I made this report, which I informed them of in my most recent reply. They have also not confirmed that they will not re create my profiles and are instead trying to sell me some sort of monitoring service.

    I have repeatedly instructed Radaris to remove my name and personal information from their website and to NOT repost my name or information on their website in the future. Their company, once again, has posted my name and personal information on their website. I have requested removal via email and their company customer service is playing games, once again, directing me to use an opt out form - that errors out and is unable to submit - and then they proceed to ignore my response again asking for removal.I'm tired of this data brokers games. Immediately remove my name - **** *****" from all Radaris webpages, including:************************************************** - my name appears towards the bottom of this webpage and links to the following:***************************************************, do not repost my name or personal information in the future on **************************, or affiliated data broker sites such as Verisign and *****************.
