    I used the Radaris opt out form to remove my information from their website due to privacy concerns. My profile is number: *** ******, **********. Radaris said my info would be removed from their website within 24 hours. I received email confirmation from Radaris stating my removal has been approved by the administrator, It has been a week and they have not removed my profile. I have refreshed my browsers and cleared the cache. I tried calling Radaris and they never answer the phone. Due to privacy concerns, I want my profile removed immediately. It is against the law for them not to remove my info from their website when requested. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Radaris is a personal data collection *** I observed personal information in my name on various search engines that I wish to have removed. Radaris has an opt out process where they will remove the info once an online form is filled out. On ten (10) occasions I have complied with their opt out protocol and the information online which they are required to remove still exists.

    I bought the 1.00 then I had to buy the 3.95 for this report. Then it was ***** then it was 47. And I still have not gotten the report. No refund only now they say this report is not to be found after paying all this money to be scammed. I spent a lot of money for 1 report. To be passed around to truth finder, been verified and told they don't work with each other . I have my coropandonce and videos of the whole situation from. Seeing the profile to the amounts to nothing

    I am rejecting this response because: This was not the only email used . They were sent the emails. This is more then just amount spent! It's taking responsibility for your action and the ones not taken. For your response of this is not a guarantee is unexpectedly when you show the file then send to another company to another charging then claiming you don't work with the other companies and remove the file you wanted then push other profiles on is not right! Until you are held responsible this will go on! Now I paid your company for something yet your sending me somewhere else to collect that's not going to be a guarantee I will get my refund and your off the hook. No I sand by my complaint. I have the emails the responses back and forth.  I even have the email where you gave me the wrong report and expected me to except it! I made it very clear ******* **** ***** 42 5/20/1982 *********************************! You sent me a 60 plus year old not even close!

    As of today you have the report I'm talking about! If you do not have ******* **** ***** 42 Keedysville *************; then why do you have part of his information as then ask for money knowing that you do not have what you show! Point made your a fraud scammed and even worse a lier! I do not understand how your getting away with scamming people and the government and other agencies are allowing this to take place! You not only show that you have the report you send people to been verified then truthfinder! And work at getting as much money as you can! You just didn't realize that Your dealing with a person that hates dishonesty! See I have reports from. 3 years ago on this person! I paid for and downloaded it only to have nothing but be! I didn't do anything til I need the information and now you want to play stupid! I reject your offer because your a lier scammed and I'm not sure how you sleep at night! Know karma will hit you!! Your commiting sin on both laws greed **** envy pride. Shall not steal, Bieber false witness covet false testimony!

    They make it impossible to remove your information from the internet, create a 10 second delay on every web submission so it takes a long time to TRY to remove your info and then at the end, they don't send the confirmation email.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I followed the steps on the web page.  They have several steps that only require a click of a button to continue while they try to explain why it's their "right" to show your private information. 
    Every page has a 10 second count down before you can click continue.
    At the end, you have to enter your email address AGAIN, and they claim they will send a link to remove your information.  Problem is, I still don't have that email and I've checked my Spam folder.
    There are three problems with this company:
    1.  They collect and display personal information without consent
    2.  They make if difficult to remove this information
    3.  Once you follow their steps and waste your time, they still don't remove it.

    I am filing this complaint against Radaris because their opt-out process for removing personal information is needlessly complex and feels intentionally obstructive. After locating my listing on their site, I attempted to follow the opt-out instructions, but encountered the following problems:Too many steps: The process requires navigating through multiple screens with vague or misleading buttons, rather than providing a simple, direct method for removal.Artificial delays: After each step, the site initiates a countdown timer or "processing wait" screen that feels manipulative and unnecessary.Lack of clarity: At no point does the site clearly confirm that the opt-out was successful or that the listing will be removed ************** follow-up: Other sites offer immediate confirmation. This process appears designed to discourage people from reclaiming their data rather than support privacy rights. Its especially concerning for individuals like myself, who have had records expunged and are trying to protect their privacy legally and ethically.I am requesting that Radaris:Immediately and permanently remove all personal data associated with my name and identity.Provide a simple, one-step opt-out process with no artificial delays or unnecessary screens.Send confirmation that my data has been deleted from their platform.I believe this user-hostile process violates the spirit of consumer rights and personal data protection, and I hope the BBB will help hold Radaris accountable.

    Ive tried to remove my information on Redaris via their website and many phone calls They make it impossible to do so. All I want is for them to remove my name and information from their website. Even their removals@redaris doesnt work. I never signed up as a subscriber.Please help!

Email gets blocked due to "exceeded number of requests per person". I got blocked despite not even getting a confirmation email, nor a screen that said an email was sent. The mere existence of such an "error" is nefarious. A person should never be limited to the number of times they can make privacy requests.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It doesn't address the full issue at hand. Only saying they handled MY request for removal is blatantly avoiding the rest of their malicious actions. I had gotten the confirmation email HOURS after my initial attempt, not to mention getting blocked beforehand.

    I've had a friend who tried to opt out and when they received the late email confirmation, it didn't even work because it "expired". This was an hour after they received the email, same day they did the opt out request. Delaying the email AND nullifying it shortly after? Unacceptable.

    If I just accepted their response, they would continue their PURPOSEFUL DISREPECT and disregard towards privacy. Removal should be made easy and convenient. And this site does the exact opposite of that.
