    I have been a victim of radaris for years and the information will not be removed. I was arrested in ******* over ******************************************************* ***********************. Also it has prevented me from receiving several high pay jobs or jobs in general. They refuse to take it down despite my multiple requests begging and pleading. I have Changed in 20 years and my life is completely different. Please remove this negative image and information of me as it is not only illegal but extremely unjust. I have missed opportunities in housing , jobs and career development due to this post. I currently volunteer and take care of the elderly for free. I also dedicate my time to helping others with similiar drug addictions and take them through the ** steps I am a sponsor and a changed person, my life is complete done a 360. Please take this information down. I am going to seek legal action if its not taken down.

    I am requesting that Radaris remove all uniquely identifying information including age, location, names of relatives, and telephone number. Nor will they retain and/or possess my information and that of my spouse for business purposes. California Senate Bill 362 (SB 362) is a law that gives consumers a way to request that data brokers delete their personal information. The bill also requires data brokers to register and be subject to penalties if they don't comply. Thus required to honor deletion requests and take appropriate measures to protect consumers' privacy. The widespread practice of data brokering has raised significant privacy concerns as individuals often have little control over how their personal information is collected and used which may result in fraud and identity theft.I understand the information provided is publicly available and compiled from various public databases, government entities, commercial data providers, and other sources of public data. However, Radaris and its affiliates have not been authorized from sharing such personally identifiable information.     I've previously requested the removal of my personal information from their website which they did remove. A few months later, they added my personal information back to their website.This information includes sensitive information about myself, my spouse and my underage children.
