      **** was very helpful in getting a refund for me when I accidentally purchased too many tickets for the **** Very prompt responses, and managed to get a full refund for the extra tickets. Thanks, ****!

      A vendor incorrectly entered purchase information regarding a purchase of season tickets, such I was charged for the purchase but never received the tickets (as in "it's lost in the system"). After sending an email request for assistance to research and fix this problem, the customer service representative corrected the problem within an hour and delivered the tickets.

      After contacting afton several times regarding an old account that needed to be deleted in order for me to purchase tickets and not getting anywhere, I was contacted by ******* who was not able to resolve the problem at first but after using my phone number he was able to delete the old account and just like ***** I was able to successfully purchase tickets.

      I contacted Afton Tickets to try to cancel tickets to a car auction purchased by a friend of mine last month who suddenly passed away. Even though Afton Ticket has a policy of no refunds, I explained the situation in an email and within a few minutes, the company issued a full refund.
