1 starI recently resigned from the ***** of ********* of our Creekwood HOA. (I'm also the owner of a Townhouse in Creekwood.) AMS is currently providing the Association Management Services to the Creekwood HOA. Sadly most of my past 3 years on the Creekwood HOA ***** were spent in arguments with ************* about why our requests to AMS fell in the cracks, why violations were not reported to the *****, and not fined by AMS. Now AMS is threatening to put Creekwood in Receivership unless Three Owners volunteer to serve on a new ***** within the next 25 Days!Review fromKrish V

5 starsHave been very satisfied with AMS ever since they started managing our condo complex. Particularly, ******** has been very friendly, professional and prompt in email communication. She makes sure that my questions and concerns are properly addressed and any HOA information is timely passed to me electronically or via paper mail.
