  I have given positive experience feedback about this company in the past. However, a recent interaction was met with a response that threatened me with a code of conduct policy violation. Here's what I said "In this case, I am paying you - I am stuck with you - until the conversation I had yesterday, I have seen no evidence that values customer/end-user experience. I hope this is changing." I made that comment as a response to a somewhat micro-aggressive encouragement for me to provide "an alternate solution" to a problem that should be solved by them. I do not believe my comment is a violation of the code of conduct.

  After an utter lack of communication between the ******************* of Directors and its homeowners to tell us of the change in management of our HOA, I placed a call to AMS and spoke with *********************. She established that AMS was, indeed, our new property management company. She then answered all of my questions and followed up with an email that provided even more helpful information. Based on her outreach to me, I am very confident the relationship between ******** **** homeowners and our new management service provider will be infinitely more effective than trying to work with our previous provider (****).   ***************************** was able to clarify why I could not get into my portal - and made it so I was able to get into it as a board member and as a homeowner. I did not understand it would be two log ins and I am SO grateful that it was made so clear to me!

  I always have a great experience with ******, they are responsive, friendly, responsible and shrewd. Especially I would give credit to *******************************, who's extremely helpfull. She responds promptly in a timely manner, organizes everything well and sends professionals to quickly and efficiently address the issue. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with her in the future.

  I had an excellent experience thanks to Ally ******* who answered the phone and provided me courteous and professional attention. She addressed all my concerns efficiently in a pleasant and efficient manner.. This was important as AMS just merged with the company managing our HOA and I needed assistance.
