      I was in a car accident where I rolled multiple times. Most likely have a head injury and possibly internal bleeding but I wouldn't know as I have been waiting *************************** the *** No concussion checks, no xrays, no CT scan. Just a ** check, temp. And pulse. It amazes me that a hospital can run like this. Only having 1 doctor in the whole er. If this continues people will die. This is totally ridiculous. I am scared to sleep untill I know I'm okay. The front desk workers are terrible. They say it'll be soon but here I am 6 hours later still waiting on the room that was supposedly getting set up hours ago. They sit there and watch ******* videos and tik toks and seem inconvenienced when another patient interrupts them.

      Providence violated my daughters HIPPA rights, they should of kept my daughters norivate notes about her health and her private notes she had for the doctors, but now shes going through a domestic abuse/custody case and all her private info is in the hands of a lawyer that wont stop at nothing to make my daughter look bad. Talk about betrayal and feeling stripped of the your own privacy. When we sign these stupid confidentiality forms lies they leak anything.

      Providence/St. *************************** is garbage! Last year I had covid and went to ** for a monoclonal antibody treatment. The ** left me on a chair in a hallway for 11 hours.They bill using hospital codes for procedures done across the street at the clinic.My doctor (across the street) doesn't respond to emails/texts via their app/platform.The bigger they get, the more we suffer.

      Providence is horrible greedy company that only cares about putting money in their CEOs pockets, they couldnt care less about patients. I spent an hour on hold to try to pay a ****, wasting my time and preventing me from working while waiting on hold. Once I finally got someone on the line she could only help if I wanted to make a payment at that second or if I set up a recurring payments. She could not take a post dated payment for 4 days later. Everytime we have called it has been over 30 minutes on hold before having to hang up and try again another day. I have never heard of a company that cant take a post dated payment. Its like they want to send their patients to collections.

      I had a HORRIBLE experience for an inpatient surgery at the hospital. Anesthesiologist told me I was having a procedure I wasnt anesthesiologist did not check the epidural to be sure it worked. The hospital room shares which was not told to me. The communication and nursing staff are terrible. No medications on time, no idea about my case, no one had any idea about anything going on. I filed a complaint with the hospital, very detailed with dates and names. The hospital took 4 weeks to respond just to reiterate my issues and say sorry could be due to nursing shortages.

      ProvidenceExpress ******* billing in ******** ** Horrible - frustrating - if they did not have captive sick customers that business would go broke!Telephone contacts impossible.
