    Product never received. I ordered a shed on March 10th and as of today, April 22nd, it has still not been received. Website is malfunctioning and obviously incomplete Credit card charge read Ziplunch. Filed a credit card fraud charge today.

    Ordered an e-bike march 6th. They charged my credit card but still says processing when I track my order on March 14th. Tried calling and get a busy signal everytime. Sent countless emails and no response. Must be a scam

    I fell victim to purchasing a riding lawnmower and am unable to contact anyone from Seacayago **** I disputed the transaction to my bank and also contacted the BBB. Dont trust this site! The low prices is what got me!

    If I could give 0 stars I would, they couldn't be more helpful till I bought a riding lawnmower , never heard from them again! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SEACAYAGO!

    Ordered a $900.00+ Lawn tractor from this company. At first received answers to my questions about shipping etc. They originally responded but, as I have seen from other complaints, got the delay game. I live in *******'s West coast are and have been out of power for some time and not able to correspond with thus outfit. It appears that they are a scam outfit and have been stealing peoples money. Don't know what can be done at this point, but I am thinking about making a criminal report with whatever ********************** is appropriate. I would appreciate a response from the Portland BBB, if possible.

    Ordered a Shed in September 1st. Got a very professional email on September 4th that it would be delayed. I've sent a couple of emails inquiring about its status; crickets. Unfortunately, this company is truly not honorable and hope you do not trust them.

    Quick in the beginning to answer any questions about the item I was interested in. Paid online and then the delay game started. I was ghosted and gave them the benefit of the doubt with their location in ******** experiencing some unseasonable heat that went on. I was willing to be patient until I called the *** number that I found on my AMEX charge. Someone answered and was extremely rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was some clarity on my order, a tracking number or even a response to my emails I sent. To be honest I wanted the item I ordered and was willing to be patient up to the 60 days after placing the order. The only word I could come up with to describe him is a Shidiot! Not sure what a Shidiot is.....Look it up on urban dictionary and stay away from this company and this *** group. If you have multiple companies in your *** and one can't be trusted then they ALL can't be trusted.
