    Bought a shed on there website product
    Suncast Modernist 8ft x7ft. Dual Barn Door Storage Shed for 489.99 dollars on March 8, 2025. The tracking number is 11831. It currently says still processing. I started calling a week ago to check my status as it has never changed to anything but processing. The website says it send out in 1-2 business days. The phone line is consistently busy. I have emailed them and gotten no response.

    I had ordered a backyard play set for my child’s birthday. it has been over a month and I can not get in contact with the company nor can I get my refund. I requested a refund before it was shipped, but cash app support was of no help. each time I had made a complaint to cash app support, the company would update it to make me look as if I was just being impatient. I had seen that they have scammed many people before. I have disputed the transaction with cash app numerous times and they deny it every time with out giving me a reason. also since paying for this item, the company has taken them completely off of their website. I was scammed and I can’t seem to get anything done about it. it was supposed to be here 3/13/25-3/15/25 and has not arrived. the update they posted on my tracking says it had been delivered to the country of destination, but the company is based the US just as I am in the US and I still have not received my item.

    I placed an online order with ************************** for a Suncast shed on March 5, 2025. They responded via email on March 6, 2025 confirming the order. Follow up emails and phone calls are not responded to or answered. I am now disputing with my credit card company. My credit card was charged on both March 5 AND March 6.

I bought this from their website for (******) and paid with my credit card on Jan 17, 2025. I got an email from ********************* saying order is being processed on Jan 17, 2025 and I never got the order fulfilled as yet. It has been more than 2 months. I have followed up every month (Feb 21, 2025 and also on Mar 8, 2025). I still have no response from the company. Now they have changed the entire website and showing some other products (jet skis). 100% scam. It looks legit but shoppers will lose money. I am not sure why BBB/*** is not doing anything about this?

    January 21st 2025 i ordered a outdoor entertainment shed for $489 dollars. It has not arrived, they will not respond, many stories about others being scammed online. Contact phone and email are both not real.
