    Do not order from this company, ordered a suncast cabana shed on 9/9/24 and all I get is 2-3 days delays constantly and absolutely nothing moving forward once they got payment. Luckily I kno better and use **************** so I fortunately got my money back. BEWARE FOLFS. Its a HOAX!

    This is definitely a scam website, they will never ship any orders, and they won't give you refund. They sent out a group email to almost 100 people today, all are victims!!!

    I purchased a riding lawnmower from this company Seacayago, for $1169.00 on September 17, 2024. Before making my purchase I asked questions e.g. How is it you can offer free shipping? I was assured my mower will be delivered. I had called twice before making a purchase. Each time the chat agent, **** was on the line immediately. After making my purchase I waited a week during which i hadn't heard from them. I called again. I was told they opened a ticket and I will hear from them within 2 days. That didnt happen. I called again. I waited with **** on the chat line for 30 minutes and finally was told they opened a ticket. Apparently they didnt realize that they had told me that before. This time **** wrote You would get a response in your email in 24 hours max. It is now 72 hours. Still havent heard from them. No information whatsoever after I sent my money. I would like to leave NO STAR.

    I know now that this company is not legit. Payment from ******* went to a holding account in ******, **. **************** received the payment which is operated by an individual in **************. Why are these companies being allowed to rob prople and why is the city of ******** allowing criminals to operate in their city!!

    Took my order, after a week indicated it had shipped and that a tracking number would be emailed within ***** hours. After a week has passed not only is there no tracking information, but the company has gone completely silent and is not answering their phone, not replying to emails and not responding to requests via their website or Live Chat options. I have found others online with the same issue. At this point I have no hope of ever receiving the item I ordered
