    This business contacted us claiming that they could provide and advertising opportunity for my business. After receiving information of there service, I agreed to purchase the ad. To this day I have not received any proof that it was created and they also portrayed there name as The Takeout Times but in fact are called The Table Times. My ad cost $499 and I have also reported this to my bank and the federal fraud unit. I saw online that they have closed their business.

    07/07/23 - got a call from *** ***, agreed on his pricing. Signed a contract and paid $499.07/11/23 - was sent an article proof to review.07/11/23 - approved article proof.07/21/23 - artwork requested by takeout times design team.08/08/23 - artwork approved from us.08/11/23 - we sent out final artwork approval.01/04/24 - we sent an email asking for any updates and/or a refund.01/04/24 - was told by ****** **** that they know that the 120 day delivery window has passed and they would resolve this promptley, was denied a refund.01/11/24 - sent another email asking for any updates.01/12/24 - was sent an email by ****** **** saying they know things have been delayed and that they will be making out brochure a priority.09/24/24 - we sent another email to ask for updates.Throughout this time, we also made several attempts to contact The Takeout Times via phone calls without any success.

    * Entered in to 1-year contract dated 11/2/2023. * Pre-Paid $499 to Takeout Times * Takeout Times promised significant presence within their "menus" that they supposedly were creating for local restaurants who were already supposed to be on-board (I can supply restaurants if needed). They also promised on-going artwork/design assistance and ability to chance my ads quarterly. * I have not received ANY advertising or marketing to date from them.* I have received Zero response to several of my voice messages and emails. It appears they have the same phone number but changed names to STAKEOUT TAKEOUT. How can they just change names and still exist?

    they called me offering their services i said yes to $1500 with the exchange for their services on 01/09/24. today date is the 9/5/24 and they are no where to be found and no services render

    1/25/2024 I spent $500.00 for an ad that was never created or printed as promised, and now they won't respond to emails.

    Purchased an ad in October 2023. Company took our money and never produced an ad. They have several businesses and their practice is to open these companies, take money and this incorporate under a new business name. I have made the Oregon Attorney General Aware. I want a refund of the $399.00 I paid immediately.

    December 19 I paid $500 for an advertisement int heir takeout menus. I received several communications with their team back and forth until January. At this ***,e they stopped responding to me. I was supposed to receive a copy of the advertisement in January. I never received it. I reached out to them several times to see what was happening and demanding a refund if they are not going to provide services. I have not heard back from them at any point. I have emailed, called, and texted them several times.

    I took out an ad with the Takeout times. I spent $500 in Dec 2023 and was told I would have an ad out by March. I did not. I called they told me due to printing issues it would be May. Had the worst time contacting someone in May. But when they finally got back to me in June. They said it would run in the Aug Edition. I have stopped by some of the businesses today ( July 30th ) to ask about the booklet. They had no clue what I was talking about. I would just like my money back and for this nightmare to be over.

    Contracted with Takeout Times back in August of 2023. Gave them $250 for initial layout. Sent me proof and requested the remaining $250 for full commitment. Did so and they stated they would be in print and out by October. Could never get back in touch with company and could not reach anyone via social media, calls, emails, etc. Am out $500 on marketing and nothing to show for it. I am very upset as this looked like a very legitimate business-but was just a scam. Please document so others do not lose our on their marketing dollars and hard earned money.

    The Takeout Times aka Table Times contacted us to do an exclusive ad for our local restaurant Bridges Bar and Grill in ***********. This ad has never been completed and we found out that Bridges Bar and Grill is not working with them. Now they aren't responding to emails and I see they have other allegations about similar situations *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
