I have an active monthly parking pass with City Center Parking. On January 29, 2025 Following 3 car break-ins at their garage. I failed to realize that alongside my car getting ransacked, the thieves had stolen the parking pass and garage door opener. On January 31, 2025 I realized they had put a tow warning on my vehicle due to no parking pass on display. I quickly emailed the Administrator at City Center Parking letting them know that I do have an active parking pass with them and to not tow my car. They replied on 2/3 not acknowledging my concern and stated that they would not be responsible if my car were to get towed. And lo and behold, they towed my car later that morning. My complaint is that they neglected to check their records to ensure that I indeed had an active pass and neglected to read my email and still allowed my vehicle to be towed. The administrator whos my only contact refuses to let me speak with the manager or supervisor. Later that week, I was able to get my car out of the tow yard and I would like for City Center Parking to reimburse for that amount. Since the vehicle was towed due to their negligence.

On June 9, 2024 I parked in ******** OR at City Center Parking's Lot 51 upper. They have a payment machine. The first time I paid, I did not get the receipt I'm required to display. I assumed the transaction hadn't processed and did it all again. The second time I got two receipts, and my bank statement shows I was billed twice. I have talked to two different representatives of City Center Parking and filed requests for reimbursement twice over the past three months. I have not received a reply, and there has been no reimbursement to my account. The receipts are numbered ******** and ********. Each is for $15. I know this is a small amount of money. However, the machines at this location cause lots of people difficulties--I've stood in line and watched multiple people try multiple times to pay. City Center Parking ideally needs reliable payment machines, but lacking them, clearly posted directives about where to resolve payment issues and timely response when they are contacted about issues.

I entered into a parking agreement with City Center Parking in ********, ******, beginning January 2023. I graduated from *** and ended the parking agreement on August 4, 2023. I received a letter four months later stating that I owe the full parking fee for August plus late fees. After several attempts to resolve this over the past three months, I discovered that the agreement states that cancellations must be received no later than the first of the month. I have made several more attempts to settle this account by offering to pay for the August 2023 parking, even though I did not use the parking for that month, with the expectation that all fees will be removed. I am now calling every week, and they continue to add fees every month. The balance is now $408.77. There is only one phone number and they refuse to allow me to settle the account, they refuse to allow me to talk with a supervisor, and they refuse to let me talk with someone in the accounting department. They informed me that I need to pay the full amount of $408.77, or fees will continue to be added to the account. At what point does this stop? This is a scam, fraud, and harassment.

When I started using this parking garage, located under my building, I was told that it would be closed on evenings and weekends, and for a little while it was. Then the front gate broke. It has been over 4 months and they have done nothing, I have had my car broken into several times and they have done nothing. I tried canceling my parking and was hung up on by the phone representative, making it impossible for me to cancel my parking because they didnt help and their online cancellation portal is broken. The worst part is that my building knows how bad they are but even they cant get me in contact with them. Its been nothing but a headache when parking at my own home should be a guaranteed and safe thing. Im attaching two emails to my building, as well as photos of my broken car windows and the front gate which has been left open for many months.

12/13/2023 I've applied for 1 months worth of parking. I've only been aware that the cost is only $175 per month, nothing more. After receiving the bill yesterday morning, there was a $362.26 charge on it, over double what was expected. With over 45 days of parking, rather than the 30 i requested. Felt very predatory and not really having any other choice but to eat up the cost.I was able to only pay a partial payment of $187.26 but still owe $175 on January 1st.

I was living in the Indigo apartment building in downtown ********. Subsequently I signed up for a parking spot with the attached garage (City Center Parking). The parking space was set to cost $220 per month and I lived there for 1 year. After moving out of the building, I notified the building to ask them to stop billing me. I figured that was done little did I know they kept billing me until Nov. 30th when I caught it. Throughout that time, they also added additional charges to the $220 on several occasions for services I did not sign up for ($158) and had no explanation for this. When I asked about the additional charges, their employee told me they could not see or find the charges. My credit card company later informed me that on that same day, an employee reversed that additional charge that they could not findThe real issue here is that I NEVER authorized automatic payments with this business. The payments from my time living there were always made on a one time basis. I know this because I have missed a payment, had my pass turned off and accumulated a late fee, this is due to them not having automatic payment authority. These payments went on for months to a *********** credit card, accumulating interest that I have paid. I feel that they never received authorization for recurring payments from me, and that they certainly havent retained it. I asked for proof of the AutoPay sign up and their employee couldnt provide me anything. I have already filed a fraud case with *********** regarding this. I am feeling like these charges were made maliciously, being that they knew and had acknowledged that I cancelled my account. I also feel that other consumers are likely dealing with issues from them. This behavior is unethical at best, and potentially illegal. Justice should be served.

City Center Parking offers month-to-month parking in the building, *****, which I was residing in at the time. On their website they have a page that lets you view and cancel your membership. I canceled my membership on August 15th. The rest of the month had already been paid for--as you pay for the whole month, at the beginning of the month, ahead of time. On top of this, I fully moved out of the building on August 27th and completely stopped using the *******s before that. The management in the building notifies City Center Parking of this, as City Center Parking controls the access cards to the parking lot.On September 1st, City Center Parking incorrectly billed my credit card for the ******* of ********** claiming that I never canceled my account, and that they couldn't see if I had or not in the system. I know that their system DOES keep track of this because once you cancel your membership, the page no longer has your information displayed. For the page to display conditional information, it requires that to be saved somewhere in a database. And since it's specific to my account, it's attached to it. They should be able to see one way or another. Luckily for me, the building management said they have had issues with City Center Parking in the past, and I took a screenshot of the odd, blank page after canceling.Aside from charging me incorrectly, they refuse to remove my credit card information from the system. I've verbally asked two different representatives to remove my information and they have not done it. The first phone call was back in September!! They also have an automatic billing system that you can't turn off! They have been billing me monthly, adding declined payment fees, late payment fees, and so on. My bill is now close to $800. It has been impossible to get in contact with anyone that is not in a third-party call center, and they are offering no resolution other than paying. Which is wrong since I canceled using their provided website!

I cancelled my parking permit back in April of 2022. I followed all of their instructions after calling them and being told I needed to fill out their online form to cancel. I was continued to be billed after I cancelled my permit. When I reached out to City Center via phone, their online contact was out of order, I was hung up on repeatedly. Each time I started to explain why I was calling they hung up on me.
