    It simply doesn't work! I've spoke with customer support numerous times. They told me it would be working the same day 3 days ago. **************** was telling me that they can't look up my account and I have already paid 25$

    This company should not be allowed to have vending machines in buildings. Nowhere in ******* ***** are the six **************. There is one of their machines at ***** ISD, transportation department, and every time someone put some money in to get some it gives some and then it takes your money, and when the young man comes out to refill it, he said theres no refine at your own risk that its not fair you stealing from us we put money in for product. We expect something back not for you to come tell us that is at our own wrist. I think they need to take their machines out of companies and out of ***** so the better business bureau need to do something about them stealing from people that work hard for the money.

    I wish I could give 0 stars. PayRange is new to me as I currently moved to a complex that uses their services. On Sept and Oct of ***************************************************** within 5-7 business days as it stated. Fast forward to December my money hasnt posted and I am unable to do laundry. I currently have to drive 40 minutes to a friends house just to do ******. Whenever I call PayRange I can not speak to someone directly. They have to take a message and have someone contact you back or they transfer you in hopes that you will get someone to help you. Due to their high volumes of callers you have to leave a message and they will call you back. It has been over a month and I havent gotten a call from anyone. I email them and leave messages daily with no response. *** asked for them to credit me and they refuse to answer. One of the customer service representatives gave me two choices, if I dont have patient to wait the 5-7 business days I can either move to another complex or use another laundry mat, mind you it has been 3 months now. These people dont understand the meaning of customer service nor do they show sympathy for you. I am afraid to add more money because I dont want the same thing to happen again.

    I own a laundromat and purchased Payrange in February. I was told by the shipping ***** it would be shipped in **** days. Fast forward 2 months they informed me it was on back order until the end of may. fast forward to August 4th I received an email that my order was on its way. Installing the units was not difficult But I did need Help with the first one. I tried to contact support several times voicemails and emails (don't worry you wont loose your place in line) Right!!! They must be pretty backed up because I still haven't gotten a call back 2 months later! Now I am getting complaints that the washers are UNAVAILABLE! Not sure what to make of this, the machines are not in use. Try like h*** to contact customer service once again. no response. I had to pose as a customer to get a response from them. they sent a BS copy paste response and told me to contact the Owner and if there were any other problems to email the customer service guy back. So I did and told him I was the owner explained to him my bluetooth was on and my phone was charged and my wifi is good and I am in fact a human and I do have 2 legs and 2 arms, and yes i did try refreshing the list in the top right corner that looks like a circle shaped arrow. I'm not quite that tech. ignorant. NO RESPONSE! several calls and service request emails still nothing. still waiting its been 3 days! now my customers are looking to me for help and there isnt s*** i can do to help them. So my customers have to leave to get cash. VERY inconvenient VERY disappointing.The next time I get a response from them Im finding out how to get my G##D### ****** Money Back!!!! I have had it. Im ******. I feel quite robbed. Hopefully this will get there attention but I doubt It. ***********************, PhD is the *** of Payrange if anyone has his email please send it my way, thanks.

    They took my money off of my plasma card and I called the company and got a new card they tried to put it in a inactive card and keep saying they gave my money back my card company sent it back to them and they refuse to give me my refund that is my plasma money I donate for cause I get disability so I do it for extra money

    I live in an RV resort that uses Pay Range in their laundry room. I have sent more than a few notices to pay range, such as a washer billing me 3 times over the course of one minute. NEVER received a reply or refund. Today I started a waher - it filled about half way and then the display read Out of Order. I reported that too, but do not expect a refund. I estimate that Im about $20.00 in the hole with them now. For me, quarters from now on.

    Payrange app does not work. I paid for candy and lottery ticket. It just accepts your paid credit and doesn't deliver. I would not use this application.
