      They are CRIMINAL.
It costs me 3600$ to break my lease after they continued to refuse to fix the black mold issue, the fact that we have no fan in the master bath forcing us to open a window to air it out, our monthly heat bill was 250$ a month even if we froze and used the fireplace, they refused to fix the gap in the front door. They had a part of the siding coming off that they caulked and left for the next 2 years and told us won't be fixed until next year then we moved out, I SCRUBBED that place clean and even shampooed the carpets to be nice and they are saying the carpets were ruined by pee and had to be replaced and THEY WERE NOT. They are only saying this because we had a bad rapport because they refused to fix anything. Now they say I owe another 200$ in utilities and 1100$ to replace carpets when we had fucking carpet protectors on the carpets in the high traffic areas the entire time we lived there and my dog DOES NOT pee inside. now I owe them another 1300$ when I already paid 2200$ monthly rent, 200$ in utilities for the month of March and DID NOT LIVE THERE From the 14th on.
Our deposit is gone and they are trying to charge us for wear and tear because we have a pet even though our pet didn't do what they are accusing us of. It's so unfair how they can just say whatever they want happened and we have to pay to replace normal wear and tear on SHIT carpets

We have sent in requests to have things fixed, they're barely fixed in break days later. We ask for a fan for our bathroom because it's growing black mold, they Tell us that they can't... They also told us to keep our window open when it's below freezing, to ventilate the bathroom...

I regretfully write this review after a series of unfortunate experiences at the Heritage 24 (or **********************) apartment complex managed by Affinity Property Management. My wife chose this place without doing thorough research, and now we're dealing with the ramifications of that decision.Just two months into our lease, we were hit with a baseless complaint about a dog attack. There was absolutely no investigation to find out the truth of this matter, which naturally made us feel targeted and unheard. Further exacerbating the situation, there's an incessantly nosy tenant #*** who takes it upon herself to harass residents, including young children playing outside. She documents these harmless activities and reports them to the management. ***************** and *****************************, the managers, seem to believe everything without question. The rent is $1500, fairly steep considering the apartment does not include a washer and dryer. The unit we moved into was infested with flies, cockroaches, and ants. We listed these issues, among others, on a form upon our arrival, but the management has completely ignored our requests for repairs. Moreover, they attempted to evict my wife, further demonstrating their lack of professionalism and empathy. The demographic of the apartment complex primarily consists of Hispanic and financially struggling individuals who may feel hesitant to voice their concerns.I strongly urge prospective tenants to do thorough research before considering a lease here. Many of us have shared our unfortunate experiences, which should serve as a warning.I'd also like to caution future tenants about resident#*** who keeps dog pads in her backyard, leaving an unpleasant smell. In addition, she leaves her garbage 3-4 days at door step.Despite all this, we're still here, hoping for a resolution. However, we're prepared to move if our lease is cancelled and our deposit returned. This complex has been nothing but a source of stress and disappointment.

We had an awful experience with this apartment complex. We moved in on 11/25 and had everything confirmed for a studio. We got there to get our keys and the employees had no idea why we are there & then tell us they made a mistake and our apartment isnt ready. They offer us a 1 bedroom apartment which is another $250 a month. They offer to give us a concession of 3 months free of rent, so my husband and I agree and sign the lease. After we move in they change it to only 1 month free of rent. What type of business changes what they promise they are going to do? I do not recommend this apartment complex and will not be renewing my lease. The apartment was also very dirty and had a bunch of dead bugs when we moved in. Paying $1300+ a month Id expect the place to be clean prior to move in.

I'm so frustrated. I have been living ********************************************************************** here and paying on time for the last 3 years. They keep raising the rent and the cost of utilities. I pay over **** bucks for a 1 bedroom with absolutely NO amenities. They charge me for water, sewer, garbage. I also pay for the electricity. They have chargable onsite washing and drying machines (which they get a percentage). There is no dishwasher. No washer drier hook up and No AC. There are other apartments the same price as mine but are at least two bedrooms with half paid utilities and at least a washer drier hook up. The property owners dont pay for anything. They keep raising rent and making money off of us. I work hard and get penalized and pay into their equity. They rob people. Not only that. But some of these apartments have the worst insulation that the closets are molding. Some of the balaconies are rotting, door frames are rotting. And why can't I move?! Because I can't afford to. I can't save money because the money I could save is being put into their pockets. I'm stuck and I hate this place. It's also very convenient that they don't even have a contact page or an email... nothing. They are crooks.

If I was able to give them 0 stars I most certainly would. Steer clear of them!Affinity Property Management is a JOKE, simply put. An eviction notice was taped to my door last week, and since then I have called more than a dozen times to fix the situation only to be greeted by a dysfunctional phone system that does not allow you to talk to -anyone-, or leave a message.I have lived in Olympic Park Apts. for nearly 30 years, I have never had so many problems as I have had recently.Get it together Affinity! It might just be a job to you, but these are our homes! You should be embarrassed at how badly you manage your properties.
