  Vacasa was responsive to our questions before our stay and was also available with immediate help to deal with a lockbox problem when we arrived at our rented home. The home itself was just what our family hoped for; it was meticulously clean and exactly as pictured in the Vacasa web page. We would unhesitatingly consider using Vacasa for future property rentals.

  This is beautiful property perfect for a large family,we enjoyed every minute of itthe fact that we could cook our own food for a change and not have to eat out was a major plusmy granddaughter stayed in the pool the whole timethe house is wheelchair accessible except for the bathrooms so keep that in mind if someone in your family uses a wheelchair like meeven still I would stay there again

  First time booking through Vacasa and very pleased with the experience. Easy booking and the only communication by phone and in person (receiving my 3rd parking pass) was pleasant and ***** at the office was super friendly. I would book through them again.

  Stayed at a Vacasa rental in ******** for 4 days, price range of $1500. The well that the cabin had was not functioning and had an issue. All of this was brought to attention and a team member came out and said it was not working and that she would lobby for a refund. We were not able to take showers nor cook or clean, brush teeth, use the bathroom etc. the basic needs for living. I was refunded $470. I called to and said I felt like I should receive at least half when I really felt like my money should have been refunded totally all together. The place advertised a grill with propane so we were going to cook our meal but the propane was empty and received a new bottle as we were leaving. This was a complete bust. When talking with them about the refund I was denied the half and told we will give another 80 for the propane issue. The money we had to spend to compensate for these issues out weigh the half Im asking for in return. At this point I just want my money back.

  Was a great location. Place was as described! Very clean and well supplied. We had an issue with the airconditioning that took 24 hour to get fixed but after that things were fine. It ended up being a very dirty filter It may be good for them to check it more often. They only provide one bath towel per person. It would have been nice to have a few spares. Overall it was a great experience.

  I really enjoyed my stay. It was convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants etc. It was the 4th of July so there was a lot of celebration but nothing too late. The studio was perfect for me. Everything was very clean. I would stay there again. Id like to go in the off season with less people in town too.

  We found Vacasa in ******** to be very unresponsive. We were locked out of our vacation rental due to a broken entry system. It took 3 hours for someone to come to help and more than 24 hours for them to fix the system. We were given keys that did not work well, making entering the property very difficult. We had issues with a broken smoke detector that woke us up all night and we had a Vacasa employee "stop by" without letting us know in advance to find something in the property.

  Dream stay!The accommodations were incredible. We loved the vaulted ceilings, bright, clean, and nicely decorated interior, comfortable furnishings, and overall feel of the cottage. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was awesome! We would definitely rent this property again without a second thought. The location was perfect! Close to so many hiking trails with picture perfect scenery. It was truly a home away from home! My sister and I were sad to leave.
